Dans la plupart des bâtiments industriels isolés par l'extérieur, que le bradage soit en double peau ou en panneau sandwich, le problème des ponts thermiques au droit des menuiseries se pose. C'est pourquoi, en réponse à ce problème, nous proposons une invention qui concerne : L'utilisation d'un précadre isolé en périphérie des menuiseries dans la réalisation des bâtiments industriels. La présente invention concerne la conception et la réalisation d'un précadre isolé en périphérie de menuiserie lors de la réalisation d'un bâtiment industriel isolé. Cet élément a été étudié afin de neutraliser les ponts thermiques linéaires 5 autour des menuiseries et donc de répondre à une partie des exigences de la RT2012. Il est généralement utilisé, pour la réalisation de bâtiments industriels isolés, un bardage dit métallique. Les entreprises qui utilisent actuellement du bardage isolé traitent la 10 jonction panneau/menuiserie de la façon suivante [1]: - Mise en place du bardage jusque devant le tube creux 10x10, - Pose de la menuiserie entre les deux tubes creux 10x10, au nu intérieur, - Recouvrement entre bardage et menuiserie par un pliage d'angle, Cependant, dans cette technique nous pouvons remarquer une non-15 continuité de l'isolant, et donc une apparition de ponts thermiques [2]. Notre invention se propose alors, afin de supprimer ces ponts thermiques, de poser les menuiseries dans un précadre. L'ordre des tâches de mise en place de la menuiserie est alors le suivant [3]: - Pose des précadres entres les tubes creux 10x10, 20 -( Pose du bardage jusque contre le précadre, - Pose de la menuiserie dans son précadre. La pose du précadre perpendiculairement au bardage permet d'assurer la continuité de l'isolant entre le bardage et la menuiserie et de donc supprimer les ponts thermiques [4]. 25 Les photos et schémas annexés illustrent l'invention : Les figures let 2 illustrent l'état de la technique antérieure et font ressortir le problème technique posé ci-dessus. Les figures 3 et 4 illustrent l'invention du précadre et son bienfait sur le bâtiment industriel. 30 Les figures de 5 à 8 montrent les étapes de positionnement du précadre afin de mieux comprendre son positionnement et son utilité. La figure 9 montre une menuiserie type que nous proposons sur nos bâtiments industriels avec l'identification nette du précadre. La figure 11 montre les résultats du test de perméabilité à l'air que nous 5 avons réalisé en 2013 sur l'un de nos bâtiments industriels afin de voir si notre précadre remplissait sa fonction. Selon le CSTB (Centre Scientifique de Techniques du Bâtiment), la valeur à respecter dans notre cas de bâtiment est de 3,0 m3/ (h.m2). Or, le résultat que nous avons obtenu après notre test d'étanchéité à l'air est de 0,59 m3/ (h.m2), soit largement inférieur à la valeur recherchée. Nous avons 10 également pu constater lors de cet essai qu'il n'y avait effectivement pas de fuites à la jonction menuiserie précadre. La caméra thermique a également révélée une absence de pont thermique à cet endroit.
