Description
OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a method for producing a photovoltaic field installed on a basin and in a geographical area subjected to cyclones or tornadoes. State of the art The photovoltaic fields are generally made on grounds allowing anchoring of a multitude of supporting structures, possibly steerable, which supports each of the photovoltaic modules. The installed power ranges from a few tens of kilowatts-peak (that is to say measured under flow conditions of 1 kW / m2 at 25 ° C) to several tens of megawatts-peak. On these load-bearing structures, the modules are subject to meteorological conditions, and in particular to winds and high temperatures during hot seasons. The load-bearing structures are sized to withstand strong winds but are not compatible with use in cyclone zones. In some areas subject to cyclones or tornadoes, the installation of photovoltaic modules requires a mechanically high-performance chain of fixation, and in particular very strong supports, solid ground anchoring of these supports and an adequate fixation of the modules on the supports. . These constraints imply a high cost of installation and a limited economic interest in the installation of photovoltaic modules.30 Moreover, in geographical areas where temperatures are high, which often coincide with cyclonic zones, the modules heat up at low temperatures. temperatures above 70 ° C and see their solar energy conversion efficiency greatly reduced by this temperature. These two constraints of mechanical resistance to cyclones and conservation of a high conversion efficiency leads to a limited installation of fields or photovoltaic farms in the regions concerned. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to remedy these drawbacks and relates to a method for producing a photovoltaic field installed on a basin and in a geographical area subjected to storms. According to the invention, photovoltaic modules are installed horizontally on a basin, a device ensuring the maintenance of photovoltaic modules on the surface of the water in normal operation and the immersion of these photovoltaic modules in the event of a storm. According to the invention, the maintenance of the photovoltaic modules on the surface of the water in normal operation and the immersion of these photovoltaic modules in the event of a cyclone is achieved by the installation of a low density and watertight part. water at the rear of these photovoltaic modules and by the mechanical connection of these modules to a device which contains a volume which, when filled with air, ensures the buoyancy of this structure and photovoltaic modules and, when it is filled with water, ensures the immersion of this structure and photovoltaic modules. According to a development of the invention, the structure contains a means for limiting the immersion depth of the structure and photovoltaic modules below the water level to a value between 0.1 and 1 meter.
According to another development of the invention, the electrical connection means of the photovoltaic modules are placed above the surface of the water when the structure holds the photovoltaic modules on the surface of the water.
According to a variant of the invention, photovoltaic modules are installed horizontally on a basin, a device ensuring the permanent maintenance of photovoltaic modules at a shallow depth below the surface of the water, depth between 0.05 and 0.2 meters.
According to this variant of the invention, the maintenance of the photovoltaic modules at a shallow depth below the surface of the water is achieved by the installation of a low density and watertight portion at the rear of these modules. in such a way that the assembly consisting of the photovoltaic module and this low-density part has a density greater than 1, and by connecting these modules to a device which limits the immersion depth of the photovoltaic modules below the level of the water has a value between 0.05 and 0.2 meters.

OF THE DRAWINGS Other advantages and features will emerge more clearly from the following description of particular embodiments of the invention given as non-restrictive examples and represented in the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. top view of an embodiment of the method in which the device for flotation or immersion of the photovoltaic modules is a tube placed under the photovoltaic modules - FIG. 2 represents a section according to RA of the method of FIG. 1 in the position of FIG. 3 represents a section according to RA of the process of FIG. 1 in the immersion position of the photovoltaic modules - FIG. 4 represents a view according to BB of the process of FIG. 1 in the immersion position of the modules. photovoltaic cells and the maintenance by immersion depth control elements - Figure 5 represents A view according to CC of the process of FIG. 1 in the immersion position of the photovoltaic modules and the holding by control elements of the immersion depth is shown in FIG. 6 represents a view according to CC of the process of FIG. floating position of the photovoltaic modules FIG. 7 shows in section an embodiment of the method in which the photovoltaic module is kept shallow Description of particular embodiments. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a photovoltaic module 1 is equipped, on a fraction of the surface of its rear part, with a structure 2 of low density, typically less than that of water and between 0 , 01 and 0.5. The assembly consisting of photovoltaic module 1 and structure 2 of low density, is called photovoltaic module equipped. The photovoltaic module equipped has a bulk density greater than that of water due to the high density of the module.
The structure 2 has the effect of counterbalancing part of the weight of the module 1 so that the entire module and this structure has, when this assembly is placed on the water and the low density structure is immersed, a weight apparent between 1 and 10 kg per square meter, more typically an apparent weight of between 2 and 6 kg per square meter. Apparent weight refers to the weight of the entire module and structure minus the weight of the same volume of water. The structure 2 of low density reported on the rear face of the photovoltaic module is typically a porous structure with closed pores, in particular a polyurethane foam. According to a preferred embodiment, it is glued to the rear face of the photovoltaic module 1 with the aid of a polyurethane glue. According to a preferred embodiment, this low density structure 2 covers the entire rear face of the photovoltaic module with the exception of the surface where the electrical junction box of the module is fixed and with the exception of several strips, typically 2 or 4 strips, in which will be fixed the immersion device 3 of the photovoltaic module equipped. The photovoltaic module equipped is then mechanically connected to the device 3 which contains a volume which, when filled with air, ensures the buoyancy of the photovoltaic module equipped and, when it is filled with water, ensures the immersion of the module photovoltaic equipped. Indeed, when the volume is filled with air, the assembly consisting of the photovoltaic module equipped and the immersion device 3 has a density lower than that of water and the whole remains on the surface of the basin. This is the normal mode of operation of the system shown schematically in Figure 2 because the photovoltaic module is then exposed to solar radiation and produces electricity. The equipped photovoltaic module which has its water contact back side benefits from a cooling effect by water and thus retains a high efficiency. When the volume is filled with water, the assembly consisting of the photovoltaic module equipped and the immersion device 3 has a density greater than that of the water and the assembly is immersed. This is the mode of protection, shown schematically in Figure 3, applied during storms, photovoltaic modules are no longer subject to the direct effects of wind. The apparent weight of the assembly consisting of the photovoltaic module equipped with the immersion device 3 is typically between 1 and 10 kg per square meter. According to a preferred embodiment, the device 3 which controls the immersion of the photovoltaic module equipped is made with a tubular assembly, in particular polymer tubes. Each photovoltaic module equipped is supported by several tube portions, typically 2 or 4 tube portions. These tube portions are preferably part of the same tube running under the plurality of photovoltaic modules equipped as shown schematically in FIG. 1. A single means of injecting air or water into the tube then makes it possible to control the immersion or maintenance on the surface of photovoltaic modules equipped. It appears that without auxiliary means for controlling the immersion depth, the assembly consisting of the photovoltaic modules equipped and the device 3 plunges to reach the bottom of the basin, which is not desirable because it entails a pressure of important water that tends to bring water into the structure of photovoltaic modules. To avoid this phenomenon, a structure containing an element 4 with a density much lower than that of water, typically less than 0.25, avoids immersion at great depth. Indeed, the apparent density of the assembly consisting of the photovoltaic module equipped, the device 3 whose volume is filled with water and the immersion depth control element 4 is less than that of water. The depth of immersion is limited by the length of a rod 5 which is fixed to the device 3 as shown schematically in FIG. 4. An element, typically a ring 6, gives a degree of freedom in rotation to the rod 5. In submerged mode shown in Figure 5, the rod 5 is vertical and limits the immersion depth.
In the surface maintenance mode shown in FIG. 6, the rod 5 is oblique in such a way that the element 4 remains on the surface of the water and does not shield the sunlight directed towards the photovoltaic module. According to a preferred embodiment, the element 4 is a volume of silicone foam with closed pores and resistant to ultraviolet radiation.
According to a preferred embodiment of a variant of the invention, a photovoltaic module 1 is equipped, on a fraction of the surface of its rear part, with a structure 2 of low density, typically less than that of water and between 0.01 and 0.5. According to a preferred embodiment, the element 7 is a closed-pored silicone foam volume resistant to ultraviolet radiation. The depth of immersion is limited to a value between 0.05 and 0.2 meters by the length of a rod 8 which is fixed to the photovoltaic module by an element 9.
