Description

La présente invention a pour objet le domaine de l'odontologie. Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne un jeu de pièces à main, dénommées aussi contre angles.The present invention relates to the field of odontology. Une pièce à main est un porte-outil, comportant un manche, une tête, et un segment de liaison reliant la tête au manche. Selon que le praticien travaille sur l'arcade dentaire supérieure ou inférieure, à droite ou à gauche, il doit orienter différemment la pièce à main utilisée. Cependant, pour trouver la position optimale de la tête et donc de l'outil, il lui faut compenser en changeant de posture. Par ailleurs, lors un traitement endodontique, la préparation de canaux dentaires, jusqu'à quatre par dent, nécessite de travailler selon des axes différents, la correction étant faite par une adaptation, de la posture et/ou de l'orientation de la main, ce qui peut être dommageable non seulement au confort du praticien, mais également à la précision de son geste. De cela il découle que les praticiens adoptent à longueur de journée des positions qui peuvent être préjudiciables à leur santé. Ainsi, il a été constaté que 57% des dentistes souffrent de problèmes rachis et lombaires, 15% de problèmes visuels, 13% du « stress du chirurgien-dentiste ». Les fabricants ont fait ces dernières années de grands progrès pour optimiser l'ergonomie de leur pièces à main, voir par exemple le modèle communautaire 001827890-0001 dans lequel la zone de préhension du contre-angle a été optimisée, ou bien le brevet FR 03/00474 qui décrit une pièce à main dont la tête est beaucoup plus petite que sur les pièces à main traditionnelles, facilitant ainsi la visualisation de la zone de travail. La préhension de ces pièces à main reste souvent inconfortable dans bien des positions, générant des postures inadaptées, pouvant affecter à terme l'intégrité musculo-squelettique des praticiens, et fatiguer leur vision.
