Claims (9)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de fabrication d'une pièce creuse (200) par fusion sélective de poudre (10, 20, 60) par un faisceau de haute énergie (95), dans lequel : - au cours de la fusion des couches successives de la pièce, un trou (120) est ménagé dans une paroi (210) de la pièce ; - la poudre contenue dans la pièce est vidée par ledit trou ; - le trou est rebouché.
- 2. Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'aménagement du trou (120) comprend l'aménagement d'une zone de poudre non fusionnée (62) dans la paroi (210), en cours de fabrication de ladite paroi.
- 3. Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le trou (120) est rebouché par soudage.
- 4. Procédé de fabrication selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le trou (120) a une forme oblongue.
- 5. Procédé de fabrication selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le trou (120) a une forme évasée vers l'extérieur de la pièce (200).
- 6. Procédé de fabrication selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant en outre, avant le rebouchage, un traitement de surface du trou (120).
- 7. Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le traitement de surface réduit la rugosité du pourtour (110) du trou (120).
- 8. Procédé de fabrication selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 5 à 7, dans lequel le rebouchage du trou (120) est effectué sous atmosphère non oxydante.
- 9. Pièce creuse fermée (200) réalisée par fusion sélective de poudre par un faisceau de haute énergie, comprenant un bourrelet (130) sur une 10 surface intérieure d'une paroi (210) de la pièce, ledit bourrelet (130) bouchant un trou (120) dans ladite paroi.
