Claims (8)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Servovalve hydraulique (1) comprenant : - un étage de puissance (3) comprenant un organe de distribution de puissance cylindrique (50) mobile dans un logement (6) du corps (2) de la servovalve hydraulique (1) entre deux positions extrêmes pour mettre en communication un ou plusieurs ports de service (Cl, C2) avec un port d'alimentation (P) en fluide hydraulique et un port de retour (R); - un étage de pilotage (4) comprenant un moteur couple (MC) adapté à déplacer un organe émetteur de fluide (16) relativement à un organe récepteur de fluide (15) afin d'en modifier les positions relatives de ma- nière à créer un différentiel de pression exploitable pour déplacer l'organe mobile de puissance (50) dans son logement (6), l'étage de pilotage (4) comprenant un organe de rétroaction (33) ayant une extrémité (34) reçue dans un espace de réception (51) de l'organe de distribu- tion de puissance (50), caractérisée en ce que l'organe de distribution de puissance (50) comprend deux portions (52, 53) assemblées entre elles de sorte que l'espace de réception (51) est délimité par des surfaces (52.4, 53.4) respectives de chacune des portions (52, 53).
- 2. Servovalve hydraulique (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les surfaces (52.4, 53.4) de chacune des portions (52, 53) délimitant l'espace de réception (51) reçoivent un traitement local de durcissement.
- 3. Servovalve hydraulique (1) selon la revendica- tion 1, dans laquelle l'organe de distribution de puissance (50) comprend un pion d'assemblage (54, 80) reliant les portions (52, 53) de l'organe de distribution de puissance (50).
- 4. Servovalve hydraulique (1) selon la revendica- 3025844 14 tion 3, dans laquelle le pion d'assemblage (54, 80) comprend un épaulement annulaire (55) définissant deux faces (56, 57) contre lesquelles viennent en appui les surfaces (52.4, 53.4) des portions (52, 53) de l'organe de distri- 5 bution de puissance (50).
- 5. Servovalve hydraulique (1) selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle le pion d'assemblage (54, 80) comprend une zone de guidage (58, 59) coopérant avec un alésage (52.5, 53.5) d'une portion (52, 53) de l'organe de 10 distribution de puissance (50).
- 6. Servovalve hydraulique (1) selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle le pion d'assemblage (54, 80) comprend une zone de brasage (60, 61).
- 7. Servovalve hydraulique (1) selon la revendica- 15 tion 3, dans laquelle le pion d'assemblage (54, 80) com- prend une zone de frettage (70, 71).
- 8. Servovalve hydraulique (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle l'espace de réception (51) comprend un insert (82) destiné à recevoir l'extrémité de l'organe 20 de rétroaction (33).
