Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif bioréacteur (AB1) comprenant un conteneur principal (R1) adapté à une culture de micro-organismes soumis à une première pression (P1), le conteneur principal (R1) comprend une ouverture principale (MI1), une première ouverture secondaire (SI1) et une seconde ouverture secondaire (SI2), le bioréacteur (AB1) comprend, entre la première ouverture secondaire (SI1) et la seconde ouverture (SI2) une circuiterie (CIR1) comprenant une cellule d'observation (VC1) adaptée à la circulation d'un contenu sous une lentille (VCL) d'observation translucide, à une seconde pression (P2) sensiblement identique à la première pression (P1), et au moins deux éléments d'isolement (ISO1, ISO2) adaptés une séparation mécanique de la cellule d'observation (VC1).
