Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé non-destructif de mesure de l'épaisseur de barrière thermique et/ou de mur en superalliage d'aube creuse de turbomachine selon lequel on applique en au moins un point de l'aube une sonde à courant de Foucault à laquelle on applique une tension alternative dont on fait varier la fréquence et on détermine l'épaisseur de la barrière thermique et/ou l'épaisseur de mur en fonction du signal mesuré en sortie de ladite sonde, ainsi que des valeurs de conductivité pour une ou plusieurs couche(s) de la paroi de l'aube, caractérisé en ce que l'on corrige l'épaisseur de la barrière thermique et/ou l'épaisseur de mur ainsi mesurée en appliquant une loi de correction fonction de la conductivité mesurée pour une ou plusieurs couche(s) de la paroi de l'aube.
