Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un bâtiment comprenant une ou plusieurs pièces habitables et une ou plusieurs sources auxiliaires (21) distinctes de ladite ou desdites pièces habitables, ledit bâtiment étant équipé d'un chauffe-eau thermodynamique (6), d'un système de ventilation mécanique contrôlée (7) sur ladite ou lesdites pièces habitables, l'air ainsi mis en circulation étant utilisé pour chauffer l'eau présente dans le chauffe-eau thermodynamique (6), caractérisé par le fait que le bâtiment comprend en outre un ensemble conduit auxiliaire (22) reliant le chauffe-eau thermodynamique (6) à ladite ou auxdites sources auxiliaires (21) et un moyen de ventilateur pour faire circuler l'air de ladite ou desdites sources auxiliaires (21) vers le chauffe-eau thermodynamique (6), le bâtiment comprenant en outre un moyen de régulation (23) du débit de l'ensemble conduit auxiliaire (22) en fonction du débit du système de ventilation mécanique contrôlée (7) pour garantir un flux et une température d'air apporté au chauffe-eau thermodynamique (6) sensiblement constants.
