Abstract

Une installation de ventilation et de production d'eau chaude sanitaire pour une habitation collective (100) comprend au moins deux chauffe-eau thermodynamiques (21) qui sont chacun partagés entre plusieurs logements (1A, 1B) de l'habitation, pour alimenter lesdits logements en eau chaude sanitaire. Chaque chauffe-eau thermodynamique comprend un réservoir dans lequel est contenue de l'eau à chauffer, et des moyens de pompe à chaleur qui transfèrent de la chaleur entre de l'air extrait des logements et l'eau contenue dans le réservoir.
