Abstract

L'invention concerne une vis d'ostéosynthèse (1) destinée à la solidarisation de fragments osseux, comportant : - une partie proximale (10) qui présente une empreinte de vissage et qui comporte un premier filetage (11), - une partie distale (30) qui comporte un second filetage (31) situé dans l'axe (A1) du premier filetage et dont le pas (P3) est supérieur au pas (P1) du premier filetage, et - une partie intermédiaire (20), située entre la partie proximale et la partie distale, dont le diamètre extérieur est strictement inférieur aux diamètres des parties proximale et distale. Selon l'invention, une partie (33) du second filetage présente un diamètre extérieur qui se rétrécit progressivement jusqu'à l'extrémité libre de la partie distale, et l'extrémité libre de la partie distale présente une partie de forage (32) qui est sensiblement circonscrite à un cône (C1) de révolution autour dudit axe et d'angle au sommet (α1) obtus.
