Abstract

Procédé et dispositif de réglage de la température et du taux d'humidité relative de l'air dans un bâtiment (10), comprenant une extraction d'air vicié et une introduction d'air neuf extérieur dans le bâtiment, le procédé consistant à : - faire passer l'air neuf extérieur dans un ballon d'eau chaude sanitaire d'un dispositif (20) de production d'eau chaude à énergie renouvelable pour lui donner une température prédéterminée, différente de celle souhaitée dans le bâtiment, et à introduire ensuite l'air neuf dans le bâtiment, et - faire passer l'air vicié extrait dans des espaces (18) délimités entre des parois internes (16) et externes (14) des murs du bâtiment, pour donner à ces parois internes une température prédéterminée différente de celle souhaitée dans le bâtiment, afin, en hiver, de réchauffer par rayonnement l'intérieur du bâtiment et, en été, de refroidir par rayonnement l'intérieur du bâtiment.
