Description

The present invention relates to a gas premix burner device. A gas premix burner device operates with constant air / gas ratio, it comprises a venturi which creates a depression on the gas valve. This depression is greater or less depending on the power required. Such a device however has a disadvantage, knowing that the depression evolves squared of the flow, it is difficult to obtain a sufficient vacuum signal when reducing the flow rate beyond 5. Indeed, when the flow is divided by 5, the depression is divided by 25. To overcome this disadvantage, and allow high modulation rates, it has been proposed to vary the section of the combustion air and gas suction in proportions equivalent. This is achieved through mechanical systems generally controlled by servomotors or solenoids. Thanks to the variation of the sections, the depression remains important in spite of a decrease of the flow. The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned drawback without resorting to control or any external energy source. The gas premix burner device according to the invention comprises a suction fan of the air / gas mixture, a gas supply valve, a gas injector, and a Venturi interposed between said injector and said fan so that to create a depression on said gas valve, and it is characterized in that said comprises a movable part, able to move under the action of said fan and a return spring, the displacement of said movable part 30 being suitable to modify the sections of the gas and air passages. According to an additional feature of the device according to the invention, the moving part comprises a flat wall capable of being subjected to the depression exerted by the fan, and comprising, on its face opposite to that subjected to said depression, protruding elements capable of to be inserted in openings which comprises a body in which is guided in displacement said movable part and which are in connection with means for supplying gas or air, the cooperation of said projecting elements with said openings being carried out through conical surfaces, so that the insertion depth of said projecting elements in said openings allows to change the dimensions of the passages, and thus to modulate the flow rates. The advantages and characteristics of the device according to the invention will become more clearly apparent from the description which follows and which refers to the appended drawing, which represents a non-limiting embodiment thereof. In the accompanying drawing: - Figure 1 shows a schematic view of the gas premix burner device according to the invention. FIG. 2 represents a schematic view in median section of part of the same device. With reference to FIG. 1, it can be seen that the gas premix burner device comprises a centrifugal fan 1 for extracting the air / gas mixture AG, a gas control solenoid valve 2 controlled by a motor M, an injector 3 of G gas and a venturi 4. According to the invention, the venturi 4, which is also shown in Figure 2, comprises, facing the fan 1, a part 40, or piston, movable under the effect of depression 25 generated by the fan 1, which is adapted, depending on its position in the venturi 4, to change the section of the passages 41 of the gas G and 42 of the air A. For this purpose, the venturi 4 comprises two parts, besides the movable part or piston 40, a body 5 comprising three concentric, concentric, inner 50, outer 51, and intermediate 52 tubular portions. The concentric intermediate 52 and outer 51 tubular portions are interconnected by material bridges 53, so that to provide a tubular space 54. The parts 35 t concentric ubular intermediate 52 and inner 50, are in turn joined by an end wall 55 only centrally pierced with a hole 56 opening into the inner tubular portion 50. The part 40 comprises a plane wall 44 lined peripherally and a side, a wall 45 intended to be inserted into the space 54, and which externally has a tubular face 46 of a diameter allowing it a narrow insertion without jamming in the outer tubular portion 5, and the inner side a face 47 of generally frustoconical shape, whose thickness at the base, on the side of the plane wall 44, is greater than the width of the space 54. The part 40 is thus axially movable in the outer tubular portion 51, guided by the inner face of the latter, while the depth of insertion of the wall 45 in the space 54, due to the oblicity of the face 47, modulates the size of the passage 42 between the space 54 and the delimited space by the walls 44 and 55, until possibly close this passage. It will be noted that abutments 57 are interposed between walls 44 and 55. Furthermore, part 40 comprises centrally an axis 48 introduced into hole 56 and extending into internal tubular portion 50. Hole 56 is of frustoconical shape. flared towards the workpiece 40 while the spindle 48 is lined at its base with a cylindrical workpiece 49 of a light diameter greater than the smallest diameter of the frustoconical hole 56 so as to allow, depending on the depth of the workpiece. insertion of the piece 49 in this frustoconical hole 56, to modulate the width of the passage 41 and even close it. It will be understood that according to the position of the piece 40 relative to the end wall 55, modulates the flow rates 30 at the passages 41 and 42. The space 54 is open on the outside, while the tubular portion The inner wall 50 is connected to the gas injector 3. Finally, the flat wall 44 is pierced peripherally, internally to the wall 45, with openings O.

On obtient donc un système venturi 4 qui s'adapte 15 automatiquement en fonction du fonctionnement du ventilateur 1.In operation, the fan 1 creates a vacuum at the wall 44, and sucks the moving part or piston 40. This movement opens the passages 41 and 42, and the air A and the gas G pass through the wall 44 by the 0 openings to mix. When the flow rate of the fan 1 increases, the moving part 40 is sucked by the depression created by the fan 1, and moves towards it, which makes it possible to enlarge the sections of the passages 41 of the gas G and the air A. When the flow rate decreases, the moving part 40 is biased by a spring 43 mounted on the axis 48, which reduces the passages 41 and 42. This gives a venturi system 4 which automatically adjusts according to the fan operation 1.
