DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DES MODES DE RÉALISATION PRÉFÉRÉS 30 La structure améliorée selon la présente invention est illustrée sur les figures 1 à 5. Dans cette structure, un composant (10) d'application de produit cosmétique, destiné à effectuer une opération de maquillage, a une structure qui est illustrée sous la forme d'une structure d'une brosse à lèvres, en tant qu'exemple d'illustration ici. Le siège (13) comprend un corps qui délimite un conduit (14) à travers lui, pour bloquer ou laisser passer le liquide, de manière à contrôler la délivrance du produit liquide au composant à cosmétique (10) monté extérieurement sur lui. Le récipient (11) a une extrémité inférieure opposée, dans laquelle un disque (15) formant valve est inséré afin de former une fermeture de stockage du liquide à cette extrémité inférieure du récipient (11). Le disque (15) formant valve présente un fond qui est directement positionné et fixé sur une extrémité supérieure d'un siège de tube inférieur (20). Une barre de piston (16) présente une extrémité s'étendant à travers un trou taraudé (21), et vissée dans ce trou, aménagé au centre de l'extrémité supérieure du siège de tube inférieur (20) de manière à être reliée directement et de manière rotative à un centre du disque (15) formant valve pour la connexion et l'assemblage. La barre de piston (16) a une surface circonférentielle qui peut être sous la forme d'une barre circulaire ou sous une forme ayant des faces opposées qui sont planes et parallèles. Toutefois, la surface de la barre est renfoncée de manière à former une rainure de positionnement (17), ou une pluralité de rainures opposées. Le siège de tube inférieur (20) présente une surface annulaire d'extrémité formant une surface rugueuse (22) qui est insérée dans le corps de récipient (11) et fixée dans une position fixe à l'intérieur de celui-ci, pour réaliser un assemblage inséré et fixe afin de former un espace de remplissage entièrement clos à l'intérieur du corps de récipient (11). De ce fait, avec la fixation et le montage du siège de tube inférieur (20), la barre de piston (16) est apte à tourner par vissage pour réaliser une action de poussée intérieure, et le disque (15) formant valve est apte à être déplacé à l'intérieur du corps de récipient (11), ce par quoi est obtenue une action contrôlée de compression du liquide cosmétique en vue de la distribution. La commande de la rotation de la barre de piston (16) est réalisée au moyen d'un organe élastique (23) et d'un organe rotatif (24) qui sont séquentiellement placés dans un espace tubulaire intérieur du siège de tube inférieur (20), d'une manière successive et avec contact mutuel. L'organe rotatif (24) présente un trou central ayant une surface sur laquelle des nervures rectilignes (241) sont aménagées, ces nervures étant parallèles à une direction axiale et étant en prise mutuelle ajustée avec la rainure de positionnement (17) formée sur la surface de la barre de piston (16) à des fins de guidage. Ainsi, de par cette prise mutuelle ajustée, l'organe rotatif (24) est apte à coulisser dans la direction axiale pour un rappel en position étant donné qu'il est sollicité par la force du ressort, permettant à la barre de piston (16) et à l'organe rotatif (24) d'être dans un état de liaison pour la transmission d'une rotation contrôlée. L'organe rotatif (24) présente une bride inférieure sur laquelle sont aménagées une pluralité de surfaces en saillie (242) agencées circonférentiellement ; dans le but de réaliser une transmission contrôlée, ces surfaces sont aptes à venir en prise avec des surfaces formant des dents de cliquet aménagées sur une barre formant cliquet (25) située en partie inférieure, d'une manière alternée et légèrement décalée. L'organe rotatif (24) et la barre formant cliquet (25) sont successivement introduits dans un manchon de réception (26) qui est prévu à des fins de positionnement angulaire. Le manchon de réception (26) présente une surface circonférentielle interne sur laquelle des nervures de positionnement (261) sont aménagées pour permettre un engagement mutuel avec des rainures creuses (251) aménagées sur une circonférence extérieure de la barre formant cliquet (25) de sorte que la barre formant cliquet (25) est uniquement apte à coulisser axialement. Egalement, une extrémité inférieure de la barre formant cliquet (25) fait saillie et est insérée dans un organe de commande par pression (27) qui est situé le plus à l'extérieur de manière à permettre à cet organe de commande par pression (27) d'être pressé vers le bas pour entraîner le manchon de réception (26) à coulisser vers le corps de récipient (11) et pour soumettre la barre formant cliquet (25) à un déplacement axial similaire. Grâce à l'agencement de prise alternée existant entre les surfaces formant des dents de cliquet que comprend la barre formant cliquet (25) et les surfaces formant des dents de cliquet (242) de l'organe rotatif (24), l'organe rotatif (24) qui est ainsi pressé peut tourner et coulisser dans une direction fixe lorsqu'il est guidé par les faces inclinées des dents de cliquet, et en même temps amène la barre de piston (16) à tourner dans le même sens, entraînant de ce fait le disque (15) formant valve à pousser et à comprimer vers l'intérieur dans la direction axiale, ce qui oblige le produit cosmétique liquide situé à l'intérieur à sortir avec pression vers le composant (10) d'application de produit cosmétique, à travers le conduit d'application (14) du siège de valve (13). Le but d'obtenir une délivrance contrôlée du liquide est ainsi atteint, pour permettre des opérations de maquillage en continu. En outre, un capuchon (30) est utilisé pour recevoir, recouvrir et entourer le composant (10) d'application de produit cosmétique après une opération de maquillage. Ce capuchon (30) est conçu sous la forme d'un tube en U ayant une ouverture de tube (31) dont une circonférence interne forme une surface de fixation (32) apte à venir en prise avec une surface filetée du corps de récipient (11) afin d'être relié avec celle-ci. Le capuchon (30) forme également une portion inférieure de verrouillage qui est agencée selon une configuration à épaulement afin de permettre le montage et le positionnement direct d'un organe de raclage (33). Ce dernier présente un épaulement ouvert en forme de cône tronqué, de raclage de produit, sur l'épaulement, de sorte que l'espace intérieur inférieur en forme de U du capuchon (30) forme un autre espace de stockage pour recevoir un liquide se remplissant en lui, servant d'espace de réception pour un produit cosmétique liquide, ce qui permet le stockage du composant d'application de produit cosmétique (10), après l'utilisation de celui-ci. Ce stockage est fait en inversant le corps de récipient (11) et en insérant directement le composant d'application de produit cosmétique (10) à l'intérieur du capuchon (30). Ceci, associé à une opération de vissage et de fixation, permet que l'élément cosmétique (10) soit fermement et solidement rangé par cette insertion, formant ainsi une nouvelle structure d'un dispositif d'application de produit cosmétique qui permet le chargement et le stockage de deux liquides. Pour permettre la sélection et l'assemblage d'un composant d'application de produit cosmétique (10), la présente invention permet l'assemblage de différents types d'outils d'application, tels qu'un pinceau à lèvres, un pinceau d'application de rouge à lèvres liquide, une brosse à cils, un eye-liner, ou différents types de crayons de maquillage. Dans le mode de réalisation illustré sur la figure 6, un assemblage avec une brosse à cils courante est montré à titre d'exemple. Grâce à une manipulation facile de pression pour l'application d'un produit de manière quantitative stable permise par la présente invention, faite pour une utilisation à des fins d'application de produit cosmétique, le composant d'application de produit cosmétique (10), lorsqu'il est pivoté pour faire saillie hors de l'ouverture du capuchon (30), permet que le liquide en excès soit raclé par l'organe de raclage intérieur (33) et soit ensuite utilisé pour le maquillage. Pour l'assemblage des différents types de composants (10) d'application de produit cosmétique mentionnés dans la présente invention, grâce à l'agencement combiné du capuchon (30), relié au corps de récipient (10) et assemblé à ce dernier, au fait que ce capuchon (30) soit monté de façon sûre et assure une fermeture sûre, et au fait que l'organe de raclage (33) soit monté sur une circonférence interne de ce capuchon adjacente à l'ouverture, un espace de stockage est formé directement à l'intérieur du capuchon (30) afin de recevoir un produit cosmétique liquide venant le remplir. Ceci permet une insertion et un stockage faciles du composant (10) d'application de produit cosmétique et aussi une fixation simultanée du produit. Lors de l'utilisation pour un maquillage, par une rotation permettant de le libérer du corps de récipient (11), et du fait du raclage facile du produit en excès au moyen de l'organe de raclage (33), une utilisation sûre de maquillage peut être obtenue. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The improved structure according to the present invention is illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5. The plunger bar (16) has a circumferential surface which may be in the form of a circular bar or in a form having opposite faces which are flat and parallel. The lower tube seat (20) has an annular end surface forming a rough surface (22) which is inserted into the container body (11) and fixed in a fixed position therein to realize an inserted and fixed assembly to form a fully enclosed filling space within the container body (11).
