Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de stockage et de restitution d'énergie, dans lequel : - pour stocker de l'énergie provenant d'un apport externe : - on extrait un premier constituant A d'au moins un mélange AB en phase liquide de ce premier constituant A avec un deuxième constituant B au moins partiellement miscible avec le premier, par thermocompression en vaporisant au moins partiellement le constituant A et en comprimant le constituant A sous phase vapeur en utilisant de l'énergie provenant de l'apport externe, - l'on accumule le constituant A ainsi extrait et au moins un mélange enrichi en constituant B, et - pour restituer de l'énergie vers un accepteur externe : - on opère une thermo-détente du constituant A ainsi accumulé, en prélevant de l'énergie liée à une détente du constituant A pour la restituer au moins partiellement à l'accepteur externe, et en diluant le constituant A après détente avec au moins un mélange enrichi en constituant B précédemment accumulé.
