Abstract
Compresseur à palettes multi-étages composé de plusieurs cellules d'unité s de compresseurs à palettes permettant d'atteindre des pressions finales très élevées (environ 1000 bars) grâce à un empilement de cellules permettant de conserver un delta de pression identique à chaque étage.
Description
DESCRIPTION La présente invention consiste à disposer sur un arbre unique de rotation (1) plusieurs cellules (2) d'unités de compresseurs à palettes. L'entrainement de ces derniers se faisant grâce à l'arbre unique de rotation. Cette disposition spécifique permet de mettre en série chaque unité de compression afin d'augmenter de manière significative la pression finale entre l'aspiration (3) du premier étage et l'étage final (4). A l'intérieur de chaque cellule le delta de pression (5) est toujours constant. Ainsi en disposant en série les cellules, nous pouvons imaginer grâce à l'empilement de plusieurs étages d'augmenter la pression finale pour arriver à des pressions (environ 700 bars pour six étages) non encore atteintes facilement. A chaque étage supplémentaire, le volume (6) de compression se réduit en rapport au taux de compression. Sur cette base de compresseurs, nous pouvons envisager d'empiler un certain nombre d'étages et ainsi arriver à des pressions de 1000 bars voire plus. Par rapport à ces pressions élevées, l'encombrement de ce compresseur est très réduit. A pression égale (environ 1000 bars en pression finale), ce compresseur a un poids très réduit

- REVENDICATIONS1°) Compresseur à palettes multi-étages équipé de plusieurs étages de compression 2°) Compresseur à palettes mufti-étages selon la revendication 1 qui est équipé d'un arbre unique de rotation 3°) Compresseur à palettes multi-étages selon les revendications 1 à 2 qui peut empiler un 5 nombre significatif de cellules de compression 4°) Compresseur à palettes multi-étages selon les revendications 1 à 3 qui permet d'atteindre des pressions très élevées en assemblant plusieurs étages de compression permettant d'augmenter le niveau de pression à chaque étage 5°) Compresseur à palettes multi-étages selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 qui 10 possède un poids et un encombrement réduit par rapport à d'autres compresseurs à pression équivalente du fait de l'empilement des étages de compression
