Abstract
Instrument médical (10) avec une tige (12) avec extrémités distale (14) et proximale (16), comportant une tête de mâchoire (18) sur l'extrémité distale (14) pouvant pivoter depuis l'axe longitudinal (44) de la tige (12), présentant deux parties de mâchoire (22, 24), au moins l'une pouvant pivoter, au moins un premier élément d'actionnement (56) pour faire pivoter la tête de mâchoire (18) et au moins un deuxième élément d'actionnement (38) pour faire pivoter l'au moins une partie de mâchoire pouvant pivoter (24), les éléments d'actionnement (38, 56) étant reçus dans la tige (12), et des éléments de commande (123, 124, 125) disposés sur l'extrémité proximale (16) de la tige (12) pour commander le mouvement des éléments d'actionnement (38, 56). Les éléments d'actionnement (38, 56) évoluent coaxialement et sont reçus dans la tige (12) de façon à pouvoir tourner conjointement autour de l'axe de tige (44), par rapport à la tige (12).
