The invention relates to an exhaust gas recirculation device in a supercharged engine with internal combustion and a supercharged engine equipped with such a device. According to the traditional design, a supercharged internal combustion engine does not suck the fresh air directly from its environment but is supplied with fresh air by a compressor is generally in the form of a turbocharger that provides air in increased quantity and pressure compared with a direct, so-called atmospheric supply. The compressor of such a turbocharger is driven by a turbine which itself is driven by engine exhaust gas. Thus, in a four-cylinder engine, there are four gas puffs on two turns of the crankshaft. However, when the four-cylinder engine is equipped with an exhaust gas recirculation system where one of the four cylinders is dedicated entirely to the recirculation of its exhaust gas, the exhaust of this cylinder do not go through the turbine. This results for such a four-cylinder engine that the turbine receives three successive gas puffs, followed by a dead time, and that, consequently, the energy supplied to the turbine is less than on a conventional supercharged engine. In addition, this design does not meet the requirement that the energy recovered by the compressor must be sufficient to power the four cylinders and must compensate for the effects of inert gas recirculated gas. For the operation of the engine, this means that, compared to a supercharged engine of traditional design, the exhaust gas recirculation of only one of the four cylinders causes a drop in torque at low speeds and a loss of power at high speeds, as shown by the diagram of Figure 5. The object of the invention is to overcome the drawbacks described above and in particular to recover the energy portion lost in the exhaust gas of the cylinder entirely dedicated to the recirculation of its exhaust gases. The object of the invention is achieved with an exhaust gas recirculation device in a supercharged internal combustion engine having a plurality of cylinders of which at least one cylinder is dedicated entirely to the recirculation of its exhaust gas. the engine being equipped with compression means generating supercharging by compressing the combustion air before it is admitted to the engine cylinders, the compression means being driven by drive means actuated by exhaust gases from the engine, characterized in that the drive means comprise two turbine stages, one of which is actuated by the exhaust gases of the cylinders which are not dedicated to the recirculation of their exhaust gases and the other of which is actuated by the exhaust gases. exhaust (or) cylinder (s) entirely dedicated to the recirculation of its (or their) exhaust gas. According to various possible embodiments, the invention also relates to the following characteristics, considered alone or in combination: the two turbine stages are part of a single turbine; the two turbine stages form two distinct turbines; the two turbine stages are locked relative to one another in rotation so as to rotate with the same speed of rotation; the two turbine stages are interconnected by a transmission providing a ratio of speeds of rotation between them; the transmission is adapted so that the ratio between the speeds of rotation of the two turbine stages can be variable. The present invention also relates to a supercharged internal combustion engine having a plurality of cylinders of which at least one cylinder is dedicated entirely to the recirculation of its exhaust gas, the engine being equipped with the device described above. Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of three embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings of which: - Figure 1 shows the conventional diagram of a motor with gas recirculation of Figure 2 shows a first embodiment of the invention, - Figure 3 shows a second embodiment of the invention, - Figure 4 shows a third embodiment of the invention and - Figure 5 shows a diagram respectively illustrating the loss of torque and the loss of power in the event of recirculation of the exhaust gas of a single cylinder of all the cylinders of an engine. According to the conventional design, shown in FIG. 1, of an internal combustion engine having a plurality of cylinders of which a cylinder is entirely dedicated to the recirculation of its exhaust gases, the engine comprises a motor unit 1 having four cylinders 2, 3, 4, 5, a single intake block 6 for the four cylinders, an exhaust manifold 7 for the cylinders 2 to 4, and an exhaust duct 8 for conveying the gases exhaust cylinder 5 to a catalyst 9 from which these exhaust gases are recirculated through a conduit 10, through a cooler 11 recirculated exhaust gas, to be reintroduced into the engine 1. [0011] The conduit 10 opens into a mixer not shown in which also opens a conduit 12 bringing fresh air. The air / exhaust gas mixture then passes through an inlet flap 13 before reaching the intake block 6. [0012] According to what is also visible in FIG. 1, the engine 1 is supercharged. that is to say the fresh air arriving via the conduit 12 has previously passed through a compressor 14 driven by a turbine 15 which, it is driven by the exhaust gas leaving the three cylinders 2 to 4 not dedicated to recirculation their exhaust fumes. These exhaust gases are discharged by a catalytic system 16. According to the present invention, the conventional design of FIG. 1 is modified, as represented in FIGS. 2 to 4, by interposing between the exit of the cylinder entirely dedicated to the recirculation of its exhaust gas, thus of the cylinder 5 in the example shown, and the catalyst 9 a second turbine 21 whose rotary energy is supplied, in addition to the energy coming from the turbine 15, to the compressor 14 The second turbine 21 can be made as a separate element from the turbine 15, just as it can form with the turbine 15 a single turbine with two stages where each stage is driven by the corresponding exhaust gases. In general, the first turbine 15 and the second turbine 21 are mounted on the same axis and thus directly mechanically connected to the compressor 14. However, it is also conceivable to interpose a transmission 22 between the two turbines so to create a fixed ratio or a variable ratio between the speeds of rotation of these two turbines. Figures 2 to 4 show three different embodiments of the design according to the invention, the differences in the location where the recirculated gases are mixed with the fresh air. According to the embodiment of Figure 2, the exhaust gas from the cooler 11 are mixed with fresh air as in the conventional design of Figure 1, that is to say in a non mixer. shown in which also opens the duct 12 fresh air. According to the embodiment of Figure 3, the exhaust gas from the cooler 11 are carried by a conduit 23 to an inlet of the compressor 14 or, as shown in Figure 3, to a point upstream of an inlet duct 24 of the compressor 14 to be mixed with fresh air and then compressed with fresh air. And according to the embodiment of Figure 4, the exhaust gas from the cooler 10 arrive in a three-way valve 25 which allows to alternate between the embodiment of Figure 2 and that of Figure 3. [0019] In summary, Figures 2 to 4 show the arrangement of the two turbine stages 15 and 21 driving the compressor 14 and different ways to reinject the recirculated gas at the engine intake. This design, whatever its embodiment, makes it possible to send all the energy of the exhaust gases to the compressor, which allows the compressor to compress the fresh air in the same way as a compressor. engine equipped with a traditional supercharging. At the same time, the design of the invention makes it possible to give the engine the full load curve of an equivalent engine, not equipped with an exhaust gas recirculation system comprising a cylinder entirely dedicated to recirculation. of its exhaust gas (hereinafter D-EGR system for "Dedicated Exhaust Gas Recirculation"). The D-EGR technology is already known, and for example described in US2009 / 0308070. The benefit of the invention is visible in the diagram of Figure 5 where - curve A represents the torque of a motor with a traditional supercharging, - the curve B represents the torque of an equivalent engine equipped with a DEGR system, - the curve C represents the power of a motor with a traditional supercharging and - the curve D represents the power of an equivalent engine equipped with a D-EGR system.
