La présente invention concerne notamment un procédé de notification de données contextuelles relatives à un programme télévisuel. Elle s'applique particulièrement au domaine de la télévision connectée dans laquelle le téléviseur, jusqu'alors simple récepteur, est aussi raccordable à un réseau de communication du type internet. Grâce au téléviseur connecté le public aura accès à une quantité de contenu illimité. Mais ces contenus demeurent la propriété intellectuelle des opérateurs de TV quels qu'ils soient. Aucun enrichissement, aucune offre commerciale ne pourra s'afficher sur l'écran de la TV à moins qu'elle ne provienne de l'opérateur lui même, il utilisera pour cela la technologie HBBTV. Le terme HBBTV est l'acronyme de « Hybrid Broadcast Broadband TV » ou encore en français Télévision hybride de diffusion large bande, dans lequel la diffusion de programmes télévisuels et l'accès à l'internet sont associés et harmonisés. Il existe un besoin pour un procédé qui rende plus flexible le mode de fourniture de données d'enrichissement, d'offres commerciales ou d'autres données contextuelles à l'utilisateur. L'invention propose dans ce cadre un procédé de notification de données contextuelles relatives à un programme télévisuel, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes : - à un dispositif électronique, réception de données d'informations de contenu relatives au programme télévisuel depuis un téléviseur ; - envoi, par le dispositif électronique d'une requête en fourniture des données contextuelles, en direction d'un serveur ; - réception, par le dispositif électronique des données contextuelles, depuis le serveur ; - notification des données contextuelles à un utilisateur. Ainsi, l'invention découple la fourniture de données contextuelles de celle du programme télévisuel. On peut donc avoir accès aux données contextuelles par d'autres biais, ce qui augmente les possibilités de fourniture de ces données, notamment les sources de données. On évite aussi que le réseau de communication du fournisseur de programmes télévisuels soit encombré par ces données. L'invention concerne aussi un dispositif électronique comportant au moins un processeur et au moins un produit programme d'ordinateur comportant des instructions pour, lorsqu'elles sont exécutées par le processeur, mettre en 5 oeuvre les étapes du procédé. Un autre aspect de l'invention est un système comportant un dispositif et : - un téléviseur agencé pour transmettre au dispositif électronique, des données d'information de contenu relative à un programme télévisuel ; - un serveur agencé pour recevoir depuis le dispositif électronique une 10 requête en fourniture de données contextuelles relatives au programme télévisuel et pour transmettre au dispositif électronique les données contextuelles.
