Abstract

La production de dihydrogène et de dioxygène par électrolyse de l'eau est un procédé très grand consommateur d'énergie électrique et d'eau. Les objectifs de réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre (comme le CO ), la préservation de l'environnement, l'augmentation des coûts d'achat de l'eau et de l'énergie, incitent les producteurs à se tourner vers des processus industriels radicalement différents. Le « Procédé et dispositif de production de dihydrogène et dioxygène par électrolyse de l'eau par voie écologique» est une plateforme de production de dioxygène et de dihydrogène totalement autonome et écologique. Cet équipement permet la production de dihydrogène et dioxygène par électrolyse de l'eau à partir d'équipements alimentés par le solaire photovoltaïque et d'une eau de processus ultrapure obtenue par dessalement et des eaux (eau de mer, eau saumâtre) et/ou traitement des eaux douces (eau pluviale, eau fluviale). Aucun additif chimique n'est utilisé dans les processus de production. La plateforme optimise la production de ces composés chimiques (eau ultrapure, dioxygène, dihydrogène) tout en réduisant l'impact environnemental. Le dispositif se définit dès lors comme une solution alternative et écologique pour la production d'eau ultrapure, de dioxygène, de dihydrogène.
