Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Dispositif de réduction catalytique sélective des gaz circulant dans une ligne d'échappement d'un moteur thermique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un substrat poreux enduit et/ou imprégné d'une composition catalytique associant une zéolithe en chabazite sous forme acide échangée ou imprégnée au cuivre et/ou au fer et un oxyde mixte contenant du zirconium et du cérium.
- 2. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le substrat est un filtre à particules (1).
- 3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le substrat est à base de carbure de silicium ou en mélange carbure de silicium et silicium, ou à base de cordiérite, de mullite, de titanate d'aluminium, ou du mélange d'au moins deux de ces composés.
- 4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la chabazite est de type aluminosilicate ou silico-alumino-phosphate.
- 5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la teneur en cuivre et/ou fer de la chabazite est comprise entre 1 et 10% massique, et notamment entre 1 et 3 en (3/0 massique.
- 6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'oxyde est de formule CexZryM,02, avec M au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe comprenant l'yttrium, le scandium et les terres rares.
- 7. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que, dans la formule CexZryM,02, x est supérieur à y.
- 8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'oxyde est un oxyde mixte de cérium et de zirconium Zr02 - Ce02, avec un pourcentage en poids de Zr02 compris entre 10% et 90 (3/0 et un pourcentage complémentaire à 100% en Ce02, notamment un pourcentage de Zr02 compris entre 40% et 50% et un pourcentage en Ce02 complémentaire compris entre 60 et 50%.
- 9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce le rapport relatif massique entre la zéolithe en chabazite sous forme acide échangée ou imprégnéeau cuivre et/ou au fer et l'oxyde mixte contenant du zirconium et du cérium est compris entre 50/50 et 90/10, notamment entre 60/40 et 80/20.
- 10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la composition catalytique associe la zéolithe en chabazite sous forme acide échangée ou imprégnée au cuivre et/ou au fer et l'oxyde mixte contenant du zirconium et du cérium par un liant minéral, notamment à base d'alumine.
