Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de récupération des écrans jetables qui se fixent sur les masques de protection des pilotes ou sur les visières de casque afin que ces derniers ne terminent pas dans la nature. Il est constitué d'une platine de fixation(1) possédant un guide de récupération(2) muni d'une boucle d'arrêt(3). Le dispositif est fixé sur l'écran du masque par collage ou à l'aide d'une bride(4) et de vis. L'utilisateur enfile ses écrans jetables(8) le long du guide(2) et les passent au travers de la boule d'arrêt(3) afin de les maintenir contre l'écran(7) ou la visière. Ensuite il fixe l'extrémité du guide(2) a l'aide d'une rondelle(5) et d'une vis(6) à l'élastique de ses lunettes ou ailleurs. DESCRIPTION La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de récupérer les écrans jetables ou films de protection utilisé sur les lunettes ou visières de casque lors de courses motos ou autos ou tout autre dispositif utilisant des films de protections-jetables. Traditionnellement les écrans jetables sont utilisés afin de protéger l'écran du masque ou visière de protection contre les projections de boue ou de toutes autres salissures susceptibles de diminuer la visibilité. Ces derniers lorsqu'ils sont inutilisables sont arrachés et jeter dans la nature et nuisent à l'éco-système. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. Il se compose en effet selon une première caractéristique d'une platine muni d'un guide de récupération souple et d'une boucle d'arrêt. Cette boucle d'arrêt faisant partie du guide sert à maintenir les écrans jetables empilés sur le masque ou la visière et le guide lui assure la fonction principale qui est de récupérer les écrans usagés le long d'un guide souple. Les écrans jetables ont la particularité d'avoir dans leur standard des trous de fixations qui serviront au guidage pour la récupération de ces derniers. Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation : Le dispositif est composé d'une platine muni d'un guide avec une boucle d'arrêt. La platine peut comporter 2 à 3 trous de fixation en fonction de son utilisation. Le guide souple peut comporter une ou plusieurs boucles d'arrêt. La platine peut être fixée sur son support par collage ou au moyen d'une bride et de vis. Le dispositif peut comporter une encoche a l'embase du guide afin de créer une amorce de rupture en cas d'accrochage pour raison de sécurité. Dans une variante le dispositif peut comporter une coque à la place de la platine afin de s'adapter au système roll-off (écran en ruban) déjà existant. Les dessins annexés illustrent l'intervention. La figure 1 représente le dispositif ainsi que son système de fixation par bride montré sur un masque de protection. La figure 2 représente le dispositif dans une variante avec une coque a la place de la platine pour une adaptation au système roll-off. Les écrans jetables(8) sont glissés le long du guide(2) grâce aux trous de fixation déjà existant sur tous les modèles d'écran jetable. Ensuite les écrans jetables(8) passent au travers de la boucle d'arrêt(3) pour être maintenu contre l'écran du masque(7). Au bout de guide(2) une rondelle(5) sert à retenir les écrans jetables(8) lorsqu'ils sont arrachés par le pilote. Cette même rondelle(5) sera maintenue à l'aide d'une petite vis(6) directement vissée au bout du guide(2). Le pilote pourra a sa guise fixé le bout de guide(2) aussi bien sur l'élastique de ses lunettes ou ailleurs. Les masques de protection actuelle possèdent tous de petits guides munis de boulle d'arrêt afin de fixer les écrans jetable. Dans le but de s'adapter le dispositif à des masques ne disposants pas de système de fixation pour écran jetable, il suffit d'installer un second dispositif a l'autre extrémité de l'écran(7) et de couper le guide(2) à hauteur de la boucle(3). Ainsi on pourra adapter les écrans jetables(8) tout en pouvant les retirer grâce à leur languette(9) prévu à cet effet.
