Cette agencement est simple réalisé et facile à mettre en oeuvre.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention generally relates to an anchoring device for safety belt buckles mounted on a structural element of a motor vehicle. It is known in the prior art devices anchoring seatbelt buckles to a vehicle seat that are rigidly attached thereto to provide adequate protection of the passenger in the event of shock to the vehicle. In the case of a bench, rear or front, which offers three seats including a side and a central place, it is usual to have two strands loops between the two seats so that two seat belt straps corresponding to places , can be attached by means of their respective bolt. A loop strand is generally constituted by a loop, comprising a locking means 15 in which is inserted the bolt attached to the strap, an intermediate element, such as a cable for example, and a rigidly fastening component attached to the vehicle structure and connected to the loop by means of the intermediate element. For regulatory reasons, the two loops must be specifically oriented relative to one another to provide adequate protection. This restricts the modularity of the bench which can not slide one place relative to the other without changing the relative orientation of the loops. In addition, the installation of two separate loops takes time and requires additional workload. It has therefore been proposed to modify the fastening system of the loops by proposing a single fastening component common to both loops in order to eliminate a mounting step and increase the modularity of the seat. EP 0 635 406 discloses a seat belt anchor device comprising a single fastener component 20 formed of a sheet attached to a vehicle frame member by means of a screw. This sheet consists of an elongate member whose ends are folded so as to form two loops at the respective ends retaining two cables connected to two belt loops. A disadvantage of this system is the large space required for this folded sheet structure which provides two double layers of sheets in order to be able to bond to the intermediate cables. In addition, the device does not allow to precisely position the sheet which can freely rotate around the central attachment point. DE 10 2009 010 781 discloses a common anchoring device with two seat belt buckles. The device consists of a folded part attached to a vehicle structural element and two flexible intermediate elements attached to the belt buckles. As for the previous device, the device does not allow to precisely position the folded part which can freely rotate around the central attachment point. Moreover the shape of the piece imposes a specific assembly in a particular direction and also takes up a lot of space because of its folded aspect. DE 103 23 239 discloses a common anchoring device with two safety belt loops having the same disadvantages as the devices described above. An object of the present invention is to meet the disadvantages of the documents of the prior art mentioned above and in particular, first of all, to provide a device for anchoring seat belt buckles end, easy to mount, reversible and securely positioned on the vehicle structure. For this purpose, a first aspect of the invention concerns a device for anchoring two safety belt buckles to a vehicle structure element, characterized in that it comprises a first anchoring component connected to a first buckle, a second anchor component connected to a second loop, distinct from the first anchor component and having a shape identical thereto, wherein the first and second anchor components comprise first relative positioning means; male and female type relief, and are assembled back to back so that the first positioning means provide a positioning lock of one with respect to the other so as to provide them with an identical orientation. In this way, the two anchoring components are provided with a keying means that prevents improper mounting and provide a reversible device that facilitates installation. A particularly interesting embodiment consists in that the first positioning means consist of an assembly lug and an obviously provided between two projections disposed on the periphery of the anchoring component. This structure allows a simple and reliable locking when simply setting back the anchoring components. Advantageously, the assembly tabs are dimensioned so as to deform in case of shock to provide a relative movement of the two anchoring components. In this way, in case of shock the two belt loops can move differently depending on the weight, for example, the occupant. As an alternative to this first embodiment, one of the first and second anchoring components is composed of a less rigid material than the other of the first and second anchoring components. In this way in case of impact the stiffer component does not have to be replaced. Advantageously, the first and second anchoring components are attached to the vehicle structure member by means of a welded screw 25 and nut passing through a bore provided in said anchoring components and the vehicle structure. This structure allows a strong and reliable attachment of the device on the vehicle structure. A particularly interesting embodiment is that the first and second anchor components are strips. Thus, the device is thin and takes up little space. A particularly interesting embodiment consists in that the first and second anchoring components are provided with a second positioning means capable of locking the anchoring device with respect to the structural element of the vehicle. In this way, a specific orientation angle can be maintained. Advantageously, the second positioning means consists of an assembly lug adapted to engage in a bore provided in the structural element of the vehicle. This arrangement is simple and easy to implement.
Advantageously, the vehicle structure element is a seat frame. Thus, the mounting of the vehicle is simplified. A second aspect of the invention is a motor vehicle comprising at least one safety belt buckle anchoring device according to the first aspect of the invention.
Other features and advantages of the present invention will appear more clearly on reading the following detailed description of an embodiment of the invention given by way of non-limiting example and illustrated by the appended drawings, in which: - Figures 1A and 1B show a device for anchoring safety belt loops, respectively alone and mounted on the structural element of the vehicle, according to the present invention. FIGS. 2A and 2B show the anchoring components of the anchoring device for safety belt loops according to the present invention. FIGS. 1A and 1B show an anchoring device 1 for two belt buckles 2, 2 '. safety, preferably a lateral seat belt buckle and a center seat belt buckle, to a vehicle structure member 9 such as a seat frame or vehicle frame, for example. This device 1 comprises a first anchoring component 3 connected to a first loop 2 and a second anchoring component 3 'having a shape identical to the first anchoring component 3 and connected to a second loop 2'. The two anchoring components 3, 3 'have an identical shape and are assembled back to back so as to have the same anchor point on the vehicle structure element 9. Each anchoring component 3, 3 'is connected to a loop 2, 2' by means of an intermediate element 4, 4 'such as a cable or the like. As shown in FIG. 1A, the first and second anchoring components 3, 3 'are assembled back-to-back and relatively positioned by means of first relative relative positioning means of the male and female type 31, 32, 31', 32 'so as to give them an identical orientation. Once assembled, the first and second anchoring components 3, 3 'are locked in this relative position by these first positioning means 31, 32, 31', 32 '.
Figure 1B shows the anchoring device of the present invention mounted on a structural member 9 of the vehicle. It can be seen that the first and second anchoring components 3, 3 'are provided with a second positioning means 6, 6' able to lock the anchoring device with respect to the structural element 9 of the vehicle. In this embodiment, the second positioning means 6, 6 'consists of an assembly lug adapted to engage in a bore provided in the structural element 9 of the vehicle. Figure 2A shows an anchoring component 3 of the unassembled safety belt buckling device 1. The two anchoring components 3, 3 'are identical strips and comprise first positioning means in the form of assembly tabs 31, 31' and of course 32, 32 'provided between two projections disposed on the periphery of each anchoring component. When placed back to back, as shown in FIG. 2B, the tabs 31, 31 'of each anchoring component 3, 3' engage with the recess 32, 32 'of the other anchor component. Preferably, these assembly tabs 31, 31 'are dimensioned so as to deform in case of shock to provide a relative displacement of the two anchoring components 3, 3'. Indeed, if two passengers of different weights sit side by side, such as an adult and a child, the solicitation in terms of inclination of the loop strand in case of shock will not be the same on both strands loop, and it is therefore necessary to provide a relative movement of the two anchoring components in case of shock. Alternatively, one of the first and second anchoring components 3, 3 'may be composed of a less rigid material than the other of the first and second anchoring components 3, 3', its first positioning means will yield in impact case allowing the relative movement of the two loop strands. Figure 2B shows the two anchoring components 3, 3 'in assembled form. The first and second anchoring components 3, 3 'are fastened together by means of a screw 7 which passes through a bore 5 provided in the anchoring components 3, 3'. As shown in FIG. 1B, this screw 7 also passes through a bore of the vehicle structure element 9 and is fastened to a welded nut 8 to attach the anchoring device to the vehicle structure element 9.
