Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un cœur de réacteur à neutrons rapides (1) avec une région de combustible de cœur intérieure (2), une région de combustible de cœur extérieure (3). Le cœur comprend également une première région de blindage aux ray onnements radioactifs (4), et une deuxième région de blindage aux rayonnement s radioactifs (5). Des assemblages combustibles de cœur intérieurs (6) comprenant un combustible MOX sont chargés dans la région de combustible de cœur intérieure (2). Des assemblages combustibles de cœur extérieurs (7) comprenant le combustible MOX sont chargés dans la région de combustible de cœur extérieure (3). L'enrichissement en Pu de l'assemblage combustible de cœur extérieur est supérieur à celui dans l'assemblage combustible de cœur intérieur.
