Description
The present invention relates to a method of producing a decorative panel, and also a decorative panel thus obtained. The object of the present invention is essentially to provide decorative panels which produce original effects, which have not yet been seen. Traditionally, the decorative panels existing in the state of the art are obtained by performing a decorative patterning on a base support of any material; however, the decorative panels thus obtained are immutable over time. This has the disadvantage of causing some weariness in the owner of the decorative panel. To overcome this drawback, the present invention consists in particular in a method of producing a decorative panel whose pigment dyes which compose it will interact with a light source and return a radiation of variable wavelength giving an impression of change of color. color and luminous intensity to the person viewing said decorative panel. More precisely, the method comprises the following steps: at least two successive layers are superimposed on one of the faces of a first transparent wall, each one of said layers being obtained by a specific mixture between at least one pigment dye and at least one at least one lacquer and / or at least one pure chemical and / or at least one solvent, said first wall and said successive layers then forming a panel comprising two lateral and two upper and lower slices; at least one light source is integrated in the decorative panel. Advantageously, and following the application of the successive layers on the first wall, a second transparent wall is applied to the face of said first wall on which said successive layers have been applied.
According to a preferred embodiment of the panel according to the invention, at least one light source is integrated at at least one edge of said panel. In another embodiment, at least one light source is integrated at one of the faces of the first wall, or one of the walls, so as to obtain rear projection lighting. Preferably, walls of glass or acrylic glass are used for producing said decorative panel. In a particularly advantageous manner, at least one pigment dye chosen from among the metal powders of gold, silver, copper, bronze, molten iron, mica, glass and diamond is used for producing the layers. successive. According to a particular embodiment of the process, between two successive layers, at least one colored metal powder or iridescent or pearlscent. Advantageously, in addition to the pigment dye, luminescent pigments and / or triboluminescent crystals and / or blue diamond powder are dissolved in at least one layer in a varnish or in a transparent polymer or in an amino resin. . Preferably, prior to the production of the layers on one of the faces of the first acrylic glass wall, a plurality of vertical lines and / or a plurality of horizontal lines are etched on this face. More preferably, the face of the first wall is etched on at least half the thickness of said wall. According to an exemplary embodiment of the method, the flux emitted by the light source is coordinated with an audio signal and / or with a motion detection system. The invention also relates to a decorative panel obtained by implementing the method according to the invention, comprising at least a first transparent wall on one of the faces of which are arranged at least two successive layers comprising at least one pigment dye and at least one lacquer and / or at least one pure chemical and / or at least one solvent, said first wall and said successive layers forming the decorative panel, the latter comprising two lateral and two upper and lower edges, said decorative panel incorporating at least one light source. Preferably, said decorative panel comprises, in addition to said first wall, a second transparent wall, said two walls being contiguous to one another, at least two successive layers being arranged between said two walls, each of said layers comprising less a pigment dye and at least one varnish and / or at least one pure chemical and / or at least one solvent. Advantageously, at least one edge of the panel comprises at least one light source; more preferably, it is the two upper and lower portions of said panel which each comprise at least one light source, the latter consisting for example of a strip of light-emitting diodes. According to a different embodiment, one of the faces of the first wall, or one of the walls, comprises at least one light source, so as to obtain back-projection illumination. Advantageously, the decorative panel according to the invention comprises a system for controlling the light source by an audio signal and / or a control system of the light source by the motion detection. The invention further relates to a modular wall incorporating at least two decorative panels. The process according to the present invention is particularly advantageous because it makes it possible to obtain decorative panels which do not remain fixed over time, contrary to the traditional panels of the state of the art. Such an evolution of the decorative panel according to the invention is in particular permitted by the combination of pigments and various specific chemicals with a light source, which can advantageously be coordinated with a particular sound, for example music, or movements. Other features and advantages of the invention will emerge from the detailed description of the non-limiting embodiments of the invention, with reference to the single appended figure which represents an example of assembly of several decorative panels. The present invention relates to a method for enabling the production of a decorative panel 1 visible in the attached figure, the latter comprising at least a first wall 2, and more preferably still two transparent walls 2 and 3. More specifically, the method according to the invention comprises at least two steps.
During the first step of this method of producing a decorative panel 1, on one of the faces of a first transparent wall, for example the wall 2, at least two successive layers are superimposed so as to form a pattern decorative.
Each of the superimposed successive layers is obtained following the production of a specific mixture between different components, in particular between at least one pigment dye and at least one varnish and / or at least one pure chemical product and / or at least one solvent.
In a second optional step of the method, a second transparent wall 3 is applied to the face of the first wall 2 on which the decorative pattern has been affixed.
According to a preferred embodiment, the two transparent walls 2 and 3 are made of acrylic glass. This consists of polymethyl methacrylate, better known as Plexiglas®. The two walls 2 and 3 of the decorative panel 1 may also be made of glass. It is also conceivable that one of the two walls is acrylic glass while the second is glass.
Preferably, the two walls 2 and 3 are joined to each other by any means known and suitable for this purpose. In particular, the transparent walls 2 and 3 are joined together by means of magnets.
The first wall 2 and the successive superimposed layers, possibly completed by a second wall 3, thus form the decorative panel 1 according to the invention, which then comprises four slices, that is to say two lateral slices 4 and 5 , an upper slice 6 and a lower slice 7.
Finally, the next step of the method according to the invention consists in integrating at least one light source into the decorative panel 1. According to an exemplary embodiment, at least one light source is integrated at at least one of the slots 4, 5. 6, 15, 7, of the decorative panel 1. According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, allowing optimal distribution of the light throughout the panel 1, the light source consists of a ribbon of light-emitting diodes and there is a of these strips on each of the upper 6 and lower 7 slices. Another possibility consists in integrating the light source at a face of the first wall 2, or a face of one of the two walls 2, 3 This advantageously makes it possible to obtain backprojection illumination of the panel 1 according to the invention. It is also conceivable to integrate on the one hand at least one light source with at least one of the slices of the decorative panel 1 and, on the other hand, at least one other light source at a face of the one or the other wall 2, 3. To return now to the successive layers forming a decorative pattern, the pigment dye is preferably chosen among the metal powders of gold, silver, copper, bronze, iron melted, mica, glass, diamond.
However, such an embodiment should not be understood as being limiting of the invention, and any suitable pigment dye can be used. This pigment dye is mixed with at least one lacquer and / or at least one pure chemical and / or at least one solvent. By "varnish" is meant, in the field of the decorative arts, a more or less viscous liquid made from a natural resin, such as, in particular, copal, mastic or dammar, or a synthetic resin, for example example acrylic, ketone or polyurethane. The resin, whether natural or synthetic, is then dissolved or dispersed in a gasoline type turpentine or oil, to obtain the varnish. Finally, the term "solvent" means a liquid which has the property of dissolving and diluting other substances without chemically modifying them and without itself being modified. In particular, to obtain a decorative pattern layer it is possible to contact copper sulfate powder which, after crystallization on the panel, turns blue on contact with water, used as a solvent. The layer thus obtained is a very bright turquoise blue. According to a particular embodiment of the process according to the invention, this comprises an additional step in which at least one colored metal powder, iridescent or pearlscent, is blown between two successive layers. Thus, for example, it is possible to blow this or these powders after the application of the first layer on the wall 2, and before the step of applying the second layer. Such an additional step makes it possible in particular to impart a sanding effect to the successive layers between which these colored, iridescent or pearlescent powders have been sprayed. According to yet another embodiment of the present process, luminescent pigments and / or triboluminescent crystals and / or blue diamond powder are also added to at least one of the layers of the panel 1, the latter being dissolved, for example, in a varnish or in a transparent polymer or in an amino resin. With regard to the "amino resins", in which the pigments, the triboluminescent crystals, or the blue diamond powder can be dissolved, these consist of thermoplastic polymers obtained by polycondensation reaction from formaldehyde and a second comonomer bearing amino groups -NH2. The term "luminescent pigments" means pigments that emit light, this being produced by the return of excited electrons to a state of lower energy, the electrons being excited by a mode different from the heating, for example by absorption of a photon. Within the luminescent pigment family, there are fluorescent pigments which are able to spontaneously emit light immediately after photon absorption. In particular, extremely transparent fluorescence can be obtained by mixing opaque pigments and varnishes, while more intense fluorescence is obtained when the diluent used in the process is a clear polymer. Triboluminescent crystals, for their part, are crystals in which light is generated by the breaking of asymmetrical bonds, for example when these crystals are scraped, broken or rubbed. Thus, under the effect of a light excitation produced by the light source, in particular by the light-emitting diodes, the luminescent pigments will re-emit light. These pigments become fluorescent if the deexcitation is fast. Consequently, the light re-emitted by the pigments will give an impression of color change to an observer of the decorative panel 1. It is also possible to modify certain parameters of the light source to cause variations in the luminescence emitted by the pigments present in the light. one and / or the other of the layers, these parameters being able to be in particular the intensity of the illumination, the wavelength of the photons arriving on said layer, the duration of exposure or the temperature. According to a particular embodiment, a plurality of horizontal lines 8 and / or vertical lines 9 are etched on one side of the first transparent wall, for example the wall 2, prior to the setting up of the successive layers of pigments on this surface. face. Preferably, this face is etched on at least half of the thickness of said transparent wall 2, and more preferably, the horizontal 8 and vertical 9 lines are V-shaped. This advantageously allows a concentration of where the wall 2 is etched and thus diffraction of the light of a high intensity in this precise place. In a particularly advantageous manner, again intended to accentuate the evolutionary aspect of the decorative panel 1, the method comprises an additional step, in which the flux emitted by the light source, for example light-emitting diode ribbons, is coordinated with a signal audio, the latter 20 may especially be a music. The light source can also be coordinated with a system for detecting movement of persons moving in the room in which the decorative panel 1 is disposed. The invention also relates to a decorative panel 1 obtained by applying the present method. Thus, preferably, the decorative panel 1 according to the invention comprises at least a first transparent wall 2, and preferably two walls 3 which are contiguous to one another, forming a visible screen on both sides. On one of the faces of the wall 2, or between the first wall 2 and the second wall 3, are arranged at least two successive layers, each of which comprises at least one pigment dye and at least one varnish and / or at least one pure chemical and / or at least one solvent.
De façon particulièrement avantageuse, le panneau décoratif 1 est refermé, à chacune de ses extrémités supérieure et inférieure, par un capuchon respectivement supérieur 10 et inférieur 11.Thus, the first wall 2 and the successive layers, or said two walls 2 and 3 framing said layer, form the decorative panel 1, the latter comprising two side edges 4, 5 and two upper and lower 6 and lower slices 7. Said panel decorative 1 according to the invention incorporates at least one light source, which can be arranged at least at least one of the slices 4, 5, 6, 7. More particularly, it is the upper slices 6 and lower 7 decorative panel 1 which each comprise at least one light source. It is also conceivable that the decorative panel 1 comprises, at one of the faces of the first wall 2, or one of the walls 2, 3, a light source. Such an embodiment advantageously makes it possible to obtain illumination of said panel 1 by backprojection. More preferably still, said light source consists of a ribbon of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) which are advantageously dimmable, that is to say of which the light intensity can be varied. This advantageously allows, on the one hand, to hide the light sources to make the panel 1 more aesthetic, and, on the other hand, to allow optimal distribution of light inside the material advantageously located between the two walls 2 and 3 of said panel 1. According to a particular embodiment, the transparent wall 2 or, according to the embodiment, each of the transparent walls 2 and 3, constituting the decorative panel 1 according to the invention, is composed of glass or acrylic glass. Advantageously, sanded grooving of a depth and width of approximately 8 mm can be formed on each of the four slices 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the decorative panel 1. We have already mentioned that the Upper 6 and lower 7 slices of the decorative panel 1 could be preferentially intended to integrate light-emitting diode ribbons serving as a light source. With regard now to the side edges 4 and 5 of the decorative panel 1, they are advantageously intended to receive a wiring necessary for the supply and / or transmission of information. These elements are not shown in the attached figure. In a particularly advantageous manner, the decorative panel 1 is closed at each of its upper and lower ends by an upper cap 10 and lower 11 respectively.
A cap 10, 11 can in particular consist of a stainless steel element having a U-shaped fold. Each of the two caps 10, 11 can be fixed to the decorative panel 1 by means of a plurality of fastening means, not visible in the figure, bolts type. In particular, some of these bolts can be "free", allowing the addition of connecting parts of a first decorative panel 1 to a second panel. Other bolts for fixing the cap 10, 11 can be crimped, so as to allow optimal protection of the light system against an abusive intrusion of the user's hands, for example. Preferably, inside the cap 11 covering the lower edge 7 of the decorative panel 1 are arranged two connection cables with a male connector output and a female connector, thereby putting the decorative panels 1 in series. This lower cap 11 may also serve as a support means for fixing said panel 1 on a base 12 for holding the panel 1 in the vertical position. Such a base 12 is advantageously made of a stainless steel type material, and preferably comprises four removable parts 121, 122, 123, 124 and a fixed part 125. The latter advantageously comprises a system for adjusting the feet of the base 12, the latter allowing a precise leveling of the four angles and a possible readjustment of the height. This fixed part 125 may also comprise a ballasting system on both sides ensuring a perfect balance of the decorative panel 1 and a vise clamping system ensuring the holding thereof while maintaining the lower cap 11 in place. In the center of the base 12, a guide pin advantageously makes it possible to confirm the proper placement of the decorative panel 1. The base 12 can also be intended to receive the control system of the light arrangement and the power supply. It can advantageously be protected by a sealed housing designed to prevent access to the end user to avoid any false manipulation that may lead to damage or accidents. The two faces of the housing are advantageously removable to allow access to adjustment systems, clamping and ballasting. Most preferably, the decorative panel 1 15 further comprises a control system of the light source by an audio signal and / or a motion detection control system, said light source may advantageously consist of LED ribbons. More particularly, this audio signal control system may comprise a module capable of allowing spectral analysis of this signal. The latter is transformed using mathematical algorithms into DMX signals. The DMX signal is then transformed into a "serial peripheral interface" bus (SPI). The latter is then analyzed by a decoder specific to each light-emitting diode. These each having their identity, the decoder therefore analyzes the portion of the signal assigned to them and thus vary the voltage specific to each channel (RGB) thus restoring a final color additive trichromatic.
In other words, this control system causes the light source to vibrate, in particular the electroluminescent diodes at the rhythm, cadences, and tessitations of the sound signal, which may consist in particular of a music or a voice. With regard to the control system of the light source by motion detection, it may comprise a module capable of allowing movement detection based on a vector analysis of the movements of the human skeleton. These movements are captured by an infrared camera that can either be integrated within the decorative panel 1, or be placed on the periphery of said panel 1. The vector analyzes of human movements are then transformed by software for assigning data to different control protocols (dmx, midi, osc). As in the audio signal control system, the DMX signal is then transformed into a serial peripheral interface bus (SPI). The latter is then analyzed by a decoder specific to each light emitting diode. The latter each having their identity, the decoder therefore analyzes the portion of the signal assigned to them and thus vary the voltage specific to each channel (RGB) thus restoring a final color additive trichromatic. The movement detection control system thus enables the diodes to vibrate as a function of the movements of people in the room, thus causing effects and contrasts of lights playing with the pigmentary dyes of the successive layers arranged at one of the faces. of the first wall 2 or between the first and second transparent walls 2, 3 of the decorative panel 1. The control systems by audio signal or motion detection may optionally comprise a module in which are prerecorded sequences respectively sound or movement. Advantageously, these sequences can be restored by the user via any remote control. The present invention further relates to a modular wall 30 having at least two decorative panels 1 according to the present invention. More preferably still, said wall comprises at least three decorative panels 1. When the decorative panels 1 are intended to form a flexible wall, at least one of said decorative panels 1 35 the component is associated with a base 12 as already described above, that it can be connected, by means of connection means of the plate and fastener type, to at least one other decorative panel 1. The attached FIG. 1 represents an exploded view of a particular embodiment of the invention , in which the flexible wall 5 comprises three decorative panels 1. More particularly, the illustration relates to a flexible wall having an angle of 90 °. However, such an embodiment is not limiting of the invention and the flexible wall can also be straight or have several angles including 90 °. Preferably, in the case where three decorative panels 1 constitute a flexible wall, the two panels 1 which are located at the ends rest on a base 12 while the decorative panel 1 intermediate is not associated with such a base 12. The panels decorative 1 according to the present invention can also be used as partitions, partition walls, modular or not, or as wall or floor dressings.
The decorative panels 1 according to the invention are particularly advantageous. In particular, the insertion into a panel 1 of a light source, which can be changeable and interactive with a sound signal and / or with movements, makes it possible to vary the luminescent properties, in particular of the pigments constituting the successive layers preferably arranged between the two transparent walls 2, 3. This causes an impression of modification of the decorative pattern of each of these layers, unlike the traditional panels that seem frozen.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the examples illustrated and described above which may have variants and modifications without departing from the scope of the invention.
