Description

The present invention relates to an ecological damping system without chain or ores degrading the seabed, consisting of a textile line provided with several elastic segments with the progressive strength of resistance. It may apply to the maintenance of buoys or the docking of boats or any other type of floating craft.

Traditional moorings include a chain connecting an anchorage point on the seabed to a boueeou a surface structure. The chain, by its weight and its length greater than the height of water, plays a role of damper, but scrapes on the bottom and damages the latter. Furthermore, the wear of the links by friction on each other is important and requires maintenance, monitoring and regular replacement. There are systems to lift and maintain the chain above the seabed, including using a buoy or a sub-surface float. In this configuration, it is the resistance to advancement of the submerged buoy that acts as a damper and reminder of the mooring line. Several recurring problems have been identified with this type of assembly: the float, usually placed at about one-third of the total length of the anchor line, comes too close to the surface of the water, especially at low tide. areas with significant tidal range, thus representing a certain danger for navigation. The other problem commonly encountered with these systems is that the sub-surface float offers too much power. In areas subject to currents, the float is quickly at the limit of displacement and no longer assures its role of damper properly. The device of the present invention makes it possible to remedy the problems of degradation of the seabed by removing the chains, to absorb surges, to preserve a flexibility and a comfort in the mooring and to reduce the radius of evasion. It is a textile wetting line to which is coupled several elastic segments with hardness and progressive strength of resistance acting as damper and reminder of wetting near the vertical anchor point. These elastic segments, capellated in series or in parallel on the textile wetting line, near the bottom or directly under the surface buoy, advantageously replace the chain. Each elastic segment corresponds to a longer segment of the textile line and each end of the elastic segments is attached to the wetting line. The number and the technical characteristics of the elastic segments will be adapted and optimized according to the need for damping, absorption of jolts and use of the concerned anchor lines. The ecological mooring system can be adapted to any type of anchor: dead body, anchor screw, sealing, anchor classic, etc ... The mooring line and its progressive damper system does not rely on the bottom and to do this, will be realized for all or part with materials of a density lower than that of water. If necessary, one or more small subsurface floats can be added to adjust the buoyancy and keep the set off the bottom. The embodiment of the present invention will be described below by way of non-limiting example with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: - Figure 1 represents the ecological damping with damping at rest. FIG. 2 represents the ecological damping with damping in extension.

The device comprises a mooring buoy (1), followed by a textile line (2) partially equipped with resilient segments (3) whose resistance is progressive, connected to the anchoring system on the bottom (5). Under the action of wind, currents or swell, the buoy (1) tends the textile line (2). The elastic segments (3) are gradually deformed and lengthen according to the various stresses, including tensile forces. Their elastic resistance is progressive. Each elastic segment (3) is attached, at its ends, to a longer segment of the wetting line (4), so that its elongation is limited by the length of the segment of the wetting line (4) which corresponds to him. This principle makes it possible to limit the elongation and to control the aging of the elastic linked to the repeated extensions and to avoid any risk of rupture of the latter. When the first elastic segment is stretched and reaches the same length as its textile segment, the second segment, with a higher tensile strength, goes into action and so on until the last segment. Moreover, the more the line (2) tends, the more the angle of pull on the anchoring point of the seabed decreases, thereby increasing the coefficient of friction and therefore the strength of the anchor.

Thanks to its damping and recalling qualities, the device of the invention is particularly intended for organized anchorages or maritime buoyage zones.
