The present invention relates to a decouplable crankshaft pulley for thermal engine accessory frontage, this pulley being intended to drive the main belt of the accessory facade connecting it to an alternator, a starter-alternator. or an electric machine among other accessories. More particularly, the crankshaft pulley according to the present invention comprises a controlled clutch fixed actuator and finds a preferential application but not limited to a heat engine developed for a hybrid motor vehicle, preferably of the semi-hybrid type otherwise called the English name mild-hybrid, this to reduce the friction losses of the engine. A semi-hybrid vehicle is a vehicle equipped with a heat engine and a low power electric motor. This vehicle is also equipped with a kinetic energy recovery system, for example braking or during a descent, the electric motor then operating as a generator. This recovered energy provides additional power at low speed or during a phase of strong acceleration. A generalized architecture for this type of hybridization is to replace the alternator or the alternator-starter with a high power machine, powerful enough in any case to recover all or part of the kinetic energy of the vehicle when deceleration phases. The sizing of the drive system accessories, including the electrical machine is part, ensures other life situations such as charging the battery or batteries in the vehicle by the engine, assistance In addition to the power of the combustion engine, the electrical machine also drives the engine and transmits the power to the wheels via the usual transmission system. As shown in Figure 1, a conventional accessory front of a combustion engine of a motor vehicle advantageously semi-hybrid is composed of a belt 1 accessory called main belt, a crankshaft pulley 2, of a pulley 3 of electric machine 3a or alternator-starter and a tensioning system of the belt 5, here illustrated by two tensioners but can take other forms. The main belt 1 connects the crankshaft pulley 2 to the pulley 3 of the electric machine 3a. The accessory frontage of the crankcase also advantageously carries an air conditioning compressor pulley 4 and a water pump carrying a pulley 6 whose driving is ensured by a secondary belt 7 in a plane other than that of the main belt 1, this belt secondary 7 being conventionally secured to the crankshaft pulley 2. [0007] As is known, on a motor vehicle with a conventional heat engine, the crankshaft pulley 2 is mechanically fastened to the axis of the crankshaft. For a semi-hybrid, the performance of the electric machine 3a is such as to recover a lot of energy during the deceleration and recovery phases to the point that the use of the electric machine 3a in alternator mode becomes more rare. The couples and powers to be transmitted by the main belt 1 of the accessory facade impose significant installation voltages to ensure hybrid operation. These high laying voltages induce significant drag forces of the motor by creating friction. These friction will reduce the efficiency of the engine over its entire operating range and this regardless of the life situation. It has therefore been envisaged to temporarily stop the drive of the accessory facade when the power reserves are sufficient to ensure the power consumption of the vehicle. This can also be considered on a motor vehicle of a type other than semi-hybrid but the gains would be more limited, life situations for which the stopping of the drive on the accessory facade is possible being less frequent. A solution proposed by the state of the art is to use an electromagnetic clutch between the crankshaft axis and pulley. The levels of torque to be transmitted being high, such a device however requires a large power supply and therefore generates overconsumption. In addition to a significant power consumption that may call into question the energy savings from disengagement of the crankshaft pulley, electromagnetic solutions have the disadvantage of being very bulky and therefore difficult to implant in a constrained environment as the sub -capot of a motor vehicle, including a hybrid vehicle, more particularly a semi-hybrid. Therefore, the object of the present invention is to be able to uncouple or easily mate the main belt of the accessory front of the engine crankshaft. To achieve this objective, it is provided according to the invention a crankshaft pulley for driving the belt (1) of a main accessory facade of an engine or be driven by the main belt (1) of a accessory facade of a motor, which consists of an inner part and an outer part, a clutch being provided between the two parts of the pulley, this clutch having a control assembly of the clutch with a piston of clutch whose translation carries out the function of the clutch and an actuator in rotational movement, means for transforming the rotational movement of the actuator in translation movement of the piston being interposed between the actuator and the piston. The technical effect is to obtain a controlled clutch at least partially incorporated into the accessory facade crankshaft pulley. Advantageously, the actuator has a rotation shaft driving a motor pinion driving directly or indirectly at least one reduction gear, the transformation means being interposed between said at least one reduction gear and the piston. Advantageously, the transformation means are in the form of a cam system or in the form of a roller moving on a slope. In one embodiment, the actuator is at a distance from the pulley, a chain or a belt connecting the driving pinion of the actuator to at least one reduction pinion. In another embodiment, said at least one reduction gear is rotatably disposed on a reducing frame, the reducing frame being integral with the actuator, an actuating ring being disposed in the peripheral zone of the reducing frame. by being engaged with said at least one reduction gear, the transformation means being disposed between the actuating ring and the reducing frame. Advantageously, when the transformation means are in the form of a cam system, the system comprises elements carried respectively by the actuating ring and the reducing frame or, when the transformation means are in the form of a cam. a roller and a slope, the roller is carried by the reduction frame or the actuating ring and the slope is carried by the actuating ring or the frame. Advantageously, the actuator is towards the outermost end of the pulley in its central zone. The invention also relates to an accessory facade of a motor vehicle engine, this facade having a main belt connecting a crankshaft pulley to a pulley of at least one alternator, an alternator-starter or an electric machine, characterized in that it comprises a crank pulley as described above, the inner portion of the pulley being integral with the crankshaft while its outer portion receives the main belt of the facade. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle having at least one engine, characterized in that the engine has such an accessory facade. [0023] Advantageously, the vehicle is semi-hybrid. Other features, objects and advantages of the present invention will appear on reading the detailed description which follows and with reference to the accompanying drawings given by way of non-limiting examples and in which: - Figure 1 is a schematic representation of a perspective view of an accessory facade of a heat engine according to the prior art, - Figure 2 is a schematic representation of a sectional view of a crankshaft and its pulley, the pulley according to the present invention, the pulley comprising an outer portion and an inner portion incorporating a clutch between the two parts; - Figure 3 is a schematic perspective representation of a first embodiment of the assembly; for controlling the clutch of the pulley according to FIG. 2, this assembly comprising an actuating ring and a reducing frame; FIG. 4 is a diagrammatic representation in perspective of a second embodiment of the control assembly of the clutch of the pulley according to FIG. 2. FIG. 1 has already been described in the introductory part of the present patent application. As previously mentioned, the purpose of the present invention is to create a controlled clutch in the crankshaft pulley of the accessory facade. [0027] Figure 2 shows a crankshaft 14 having at its end facing the accessory facade a pulley. According to the present invention, this pulley is in two parts. The crankshaft pulley comprises an inner portion 13 connected to the crankshaft 14 and an outer portion 12 on which the belt of the accessory facade is wound. The two inner 13 and outer 12 parts are connected to each other by a clutch 8. The crankshaft pulley according to the present invention also comprises a control assembly of the clutch composed of an actuator 9, for example an electric motor or a hydraulic motor. This actuator 9 is advantageously fixed relative to the motor housing. The pulley according to the present invention comprises a control assembly having in particular an operating ring and a gearbox frame 10, crown and gearbox which will be better described with reference to FIG. 3. The gearbox 10 is fixed relative to to the motor housing, this eliminating the problem of power transfer between a fixed part and a rotating part. The actuator 9 has a rotating drive shaft which drives a drive pinion 17. This driving pinion 17 meshes with one or more reduction gears 16 carried by the gearbox 10 being free to rotate with respect to the In this case, the drive of the reduction gears 16 by the drive pinion 17 is qualified as direct, but this drive may also be indirect, an element such as a chain or a belt that can be inserted between the drive gears and gearbox, as will be seen in FIG. 4. [0031] There is provided means for transforming the rotational movement of the actuator shaft 9 and of its motor gear transmitted to the (x) reduction gear (s) ( s) 16 in translational motion. This translational movement will be transmitted by the crown of the control assembly to a piston 11 which will tighten the clutch 8 and thus bind the two parts 12, 13 of the pulley and therefore the main belt of the facade accessory to the crankshaft 14 of the engine. The clutch 8 can be of several types, for example without this being limiting, dry clutch, wet clutch, friction cone, etc.. This clutch is therefore controlled by the actuator 9 in the form of an electric or hydraulic motor, which is advantageously fixed on a support connected to the engine casing so fixed. Figure 3 shows an embodiment of the clutch control assembly of a crankshaft pulley according to the present invention. As previously mentioned, this control unit comprises a gearbox 10 which is fixed relative to the crankcase, the actuator referenced 9 in FIG. 2 being also fixed as integral with the gearbox 10. The gear frame 10 carries at least one reduction pinion 16, advantageously three reduction gears 16 regularly distributed around the central zone of the gearbox 10 traversed by the drive pinion 17 of the actuator referenced 9 in FIG. 2. [0035] The the reduction gears 16, for example three in number, are free to rotate relative to the frame 10. This or these reduction gears 16 are driven by the motor pinion 17, the or each reduction pinion 16 meshing with the drive pinion 17 The reduction gear or gears 16 then retransmit the rotational movement that the motor pinion 17 has communicated to them to an actuating ring 18. The actuating ring 18 is disposed at the periphery of the reducing frame. According to the invention, the rotational movement communicated to the reduction gears 16 by the drive pinion 17 and consequently to the actuating ring 18 is converted into translation. This is done, in the non-limiting embodiment shown in Figure 3, by the incorporation of a cam system 15, consisting of a cam and a cam follower, this cam system 15 being disposed between the interface of the reducing frame 10 and the actuating ring 18. This cam system comprises elements carried respectively by the ring gear 18 and the frame 10 and represents one of the embodiments of the means for transforming the rotational movement of the actuator and its drive gear in a translational movement of the control piston. of the clutch. As shown in Figure 2, this translational movement pushes the piston 11 in the clutch position: the outer portion 13 of the pulley is then coupled with its inner portion 12 and the entire pulley is put in rotation. It is then proceeded to decoupling the rotational movement of the pulley of the control assembly, for example by means of a bearing. Referring to Figures 2 and 3, it should be borne in mind that the cam system between the gearbox 10 and the drive ring 18 is not the only embodiment for the means of transformation of the rotation movement into translation movement. The use of any means for transforming the rotational movement of the actuator 9 into a translation movement to actuate the translation piston 11 clutch is also possible. For example and without limitation, one can also use a freewheel type system for which a roller is disposed between the reducing frame and the crown, the roller moving on a slope thus creating the transformation of the rotational movement. in a translation movement. The roller can be carried by the reduction frame or the actuating ring and the slope can be inversely carried by the actuating ring or the frame. As a possible modification among others, the control assembly, fixed relative to the crankcase, is not necessarily placed towards the outer end of the pulley in the central portion thereof, as it was shown in Figure 2. It is possible to provide a control assembly disposed at least partially between the motor housing and the pulley, advantageously offset relative to the pulley. This figure shows substantially the configuration of the crankshaft 14 and a pulley in two parts 12, 13 with a clutch 8 disposed between the two parts 12, 13 and actuated by translation of a piston 11. In this embodiment, the actuator 9 of the control assembly of the clutch is disposed at a distance from the pulley. The operation of the control assembly of the clutch is however substantially the same as that shown in Figure 2, a transmission means 19 of the chain or belt type connecting the drive pinion 17 of the actuator 9 to the less a gear 16 gear of a member acting as a reduction frame and associated with an actuating ring. This embodiment makes it possible to gain in total thickness of the pulley by decreasing it, as well as being able to place the actuator 9 directly on the crankcase or a place that is considered appropriate. In all embodiments of the invention, it is thus obtained not to excessively increase the current dimensions of a crankshaft pulley, while allowing to control at will the disengagement or not of the pulley of the belt. principal of the accessory facade. What has previously been described advantageously applies to a hybrid vehicle, including a semi-hybrid vehicle. This is however not limiting and the present invention applies to any motor vehicle even non-hybrid, since in some cases of life of such a vehicle, it is possible to recover the losses of the drive in accessory facade by disengaging it. For example, on a vehicle equipped with a stop system and automatic restart or STT, otherwise called "stop and start" system, with a crankshaft pulley according to the invention, it is possible to disengage the facade accessory to turn only the air conditioning with the alternator. For the preferred application of the pulley of the present invention, this application concerning hybrid motor vehicles and more particularly semi-hybrid, when the engine is stopped, it is possible, for example, to turn the air conditioning with the alternator with such a pulley or no longer recharge the battery when it is full or when it is recharged by the hybrid system. The invention is not limited to the described and illustrated embodiments that have been given as examples.
