Cette structure d'éolienne offshore comportant des moyens formant fondation (2) à partir desquels s'étend un mât (3) de réception d'une nacelle d'éolienne proprement dite, est caractérisée en ce que les moyens formant fondation (2) comportent des moyens d'accrochage de moyens (7, 8, 9, 10, 11 et 12) en forme de caissons de flottabilité amovibles, permettant de faciliter son déplacement.
