L'invention concerne un dispositif d'entrainement (6) d'un compresseur électrique comprenant un boitier (7) et un moteur électrique (2) situé dans une cavité (17) dudit boitier (7), ledit moteur électrique (2) étant destiné à entrainer un mécanisme de compression d'un fluide réfrigérant, ladite cavité (17) étant configurée pour faire circuler ledit fluide au contact dudit moteur électrique (2), caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif d'entrainement (6) comprend des moyens de guidage du fluide réfrigérant en direction d'au moins une zone prédéterminée. L'invention concerne aussi un compresseur électrique comprenant un tel dispositif d'entrainement.
