Abstract

The device has a box comprising a digital camera, and a control system for releasing a wire (4) connected to a langette (3). Description

-1- La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour prendre des photos aériennes à partir d'un cerf-volant de traction,et avec l'énergie du vent et dans le milieu nautique - Il est connu de l'état de la technique des dispositifs motorisés, hélicoptère, avion, paramoteur, ces dispositifs on pour principale inconvénient le tarif onéreux qu'il demande pour leurs 5 utilisation,la nuisance sonore,et le dangé du souffle généré par l'hélice de la machine.Le drone à propulsion élèctrique est géré électroniquement, ce dispositif a pour principale inconvénient la vulnérabilité de son principe de fonctionnement ,trop fragile par rapport au milieu corrosif de la mer.Le cerf-volant térrestre,ce dipositif a pour principale inconvénient la vulnérabilité de son principe de fonctionnement et aussi du fait qu'il n'est pas un engin aéro tracté n'ayant pas de 10 pouvoir de mobilité sur l'eau. - Pour remédier aux inconvénients ci-dessus notifié,la présente invention propose un procédé de prise de vue aérienne basse altitude à partir d'un cerf-volant de traction ,caracrérisé par un caisson souple matérialisé par un sac plastique soudé à la taille de l'appareil photo,et qui sert à étenchéifié l'appareil photo, et la partie rigide du caisson est en fibre de verre qui prend une 1 5 fonction de boitier de maintien de l'appareil photo,le boitier en fibre de verre est muni d'une langette soudé à froid en alignement sur le boitier en fibre de verre et qui prend le role de poussoir et ressort de rappel du fil de commande, la langette remplace le doigt de l'utilisateur et travaille à l'extérieur du caisson souple pour venir y appuyer grace au fil de commande amarré à la langette. Ce fil de commande introduit dans une gaine de protection sera actionner par le bas par l'utilisateur 20 du cerf-volant. Cette invention a été developper pour ne pas subir le problème de corrosion apporté par l'environnement de la mer. Selon une variante de l'invention le fil de commande à distance est, amarré à l'éxtrémiter de la langette et le fil qui redéscend jusqu'au l'utilisateur,ce fil est introduit dans une gaine semi rigide pour la protègé et facilité son fontionnement.Cette gaine est attaché sur plusieurs points successifs 25 tout le long de la ligne directionnel du cerf-volant, pour guidé le fil de commande jusqu'en haut. - Selon un autre mode de réalisation une platine de liaison qui viens entre le boitier et le cerf- volant ,qui sert de support pour rigidifié la surface stabilisateur du cerf-volant,cette partie du cerf- volant est en tissus,pour la fixé ,toute la platine est recouvert de tissus accrochente velcro correspondant a son utilité. De la sort le boitier qui maintien l'appareil photo viens se placé 30 exactement au meme endroit sur la platine grace à des guides étudié pour cette fonction. - selon une variante de l'invention un étui de protection est placer temporairement autour de la platine de liaison ,cette étui a pour utilité de protègé le boitier pendant la phase de décollage. -2- Le cerf-volant qui fait voiler le dispositif ,s'utilise comme n'importe quel cerf-volant d'origine. Les déssins annèxes illustrent l'invention: La figure 1 représente le dispositif de l'invention sur la zone stabilisatrice du cerf-volant. La figure 2 représente le boitier de maintien coté face La figure 3 représente le boîtier de maintien dérrière. La figure 4 représente l'ensemble des éléments en ordre d'assemblage La figure 5 représente le principe de fonctionnement vue de dessus -En référence à ces déssins,le dispositif comporte un caisson en deux parties (1,2),qui viens ce reposé sur une platine de liaison (5),ce module est fixé sur la zone stabilisatrice(7) du cerf- volant,la stratégie de l'emplacement est importante du fait quel ne déséquilibre pas et ne modifie pas le comportement du cerf-volant en vol. Le caisson en deux parties(1,)est garni sur son coté pile par une bande velcro velour(8)une solution rapide pour fixé les piéces du dispositif,la premiere partie du caisson(2)est un sac platique ordinnaire soudé à la taille de l'appareil photo(10),un hublot est adapté sur le caisson en face de 1 5 l'endroit qui correspond à l'objectif de l'appareil,la deuxième partie du caisson est le boitier(1)e est un moule en fibre de ver "de" l'appareil photo,afin qu'il prenne sa forme éxact,aprés un travaille d'ajustage,une languette(3)est soudé sur le boitier(1) à l'opposé du bouton d'éclencheur de l'appareil ,cette langette(3) prend la fonction d'appuyé sur le bouton de l'appareil numérique, la langette vient appuyé par dessus le sac plastique (2).Cette langette est connecté à un fil de 20 commande(4)qui descend jusqu'à la hauteur de porté de la l'utilisateur qui pilote le cerf-volant,pour qu'il puisse d'une action sur le fil ,actionné la langette(3) et faire fonctionner l'appareil photo,la langette(3) qui appui sur le bouton déclencheur de l'appareil photo. Dans la forme de réalisation( figure5 ) l'utilisateur du cerf-volant doit s'éxècer a prendre des photos ,et doit prendre des points de repairs pour qu'il puisse reproduire sur le sol, en délimitant 25 la zone projeté par la photo,le cerf-volant doit etre incliné entre 40°et70° en alignement par rapport au sujet. Selon une variante non illustrée du disposif le system de commande par fil (4) a été développé pour contré les agréssions du au fait de l'environnement corrosif de la mer et du sable de plage ,et pour limité au maximum l'entretien.
