Claims (15)
- REVENDICATIONS1 Appareil de gestion réseau (NM), comprenant : un système de circuit récepteur pour : recevoir des données représentatives d'un premier rapport de défaillance de liaison radio (RLF), le premier rapport RLF comprenant des informations se rapportant à une déconnexion d'un premier équipement utilisateur (UE) d'un réseau d'accès radio terrestre universel évolué (E-UTRAN), et recevoir des données représentatives d'un deuxième rapport RLF, le deuxième rapport RLF comprenant des informations se rapportant à une déconnexion d'un deuxième UE de l'E-UTRAN ; un système de circuit d'analyse de couverture pour identifier un trou dans une zone de couverture de l'E-UTRAN sur la base au moins en partie des premier et deuxième rapports RLF ; et un système de circuit d'action corrective pour exécuter une action automatisée d'optimisation de couverture et de capacité (CCO) pour reconfigurer les ressources de cellule de l'E-UTRAN sur la base du trou identifié.
- 2 - Appareil de gestion réseau (NM) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les informations se rapportant à la déconnexion du premier UE de l'E-UTRAN comprennent une puissance reçue de signal de référence (RSRP), une qualité reçue de signal de référence (RSRQ), un identifiant d'une cellule à laquelle le premier UE était connecté avant la déconnexion du premier UE del'E-UTRAN, des informations de localisation, ou un horodatage représentatif d'une heure de déconnexion.
- 3 - Appareil de gestion réseau (NM) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, dans lequel la réception de données représentatives d'un premier rapport RLF comprend la réception de données représentatives d'un premier rapport RLF d'un premier noeud B évolué (eNB) desservant le premier UE lors de la reconnexion du premier UE à l'E-UTRAN.
- 4 - Appareil de gestion réseau (NM) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la réception de données représentatives d'un deuxième rapport RLF comprend : la réception de données représentatives d'un deuxième rapport RLF d'un deuxième eNB desservant le deuxième UE lors de la reconnexion du deuxième UE à l'E-UTRAN, dans lequel les premier et deuxième eNB sont un eNB commun, ou la réception de données représentatives d'un deuxième rapport RLF d'un deuxième eNB desservant le deuxième UE lors de la reconnexion du deuxième UE à l'E-UTRAN, dans lequel les premier et deuxième eNB sont des eNB différents.
- 5 - Système d'identification de trou de couverture comprenant un noeud B évolué (eNB) comprenant : un système de circuit de fourniture de service pour fournir un service d'un réseau d'accès radio terrestre universel évolué (E-UTRAN) à un équipement utilisateur (UE) situé au sein d'une cellule de couverture de l'eNB,un système de circuit récepteur pour recevoir, de l'UE, un rapport de défaillance de liaison radio (RLF) comprenant des informations se rapportant à une déconnexion précédente de l'UE de l'E-UTRAN, et un système de circuit émetteur pour transmettre des données représentatives du rapport RLF à un composant d'optimisation de couverture et de capacité (CCO) d'un appareil de gestion réseau (NM) de l'E-UTRAN pour une utilisation dans l'identification d'un trou dans une zone de couverture de l'E-UTRAN ; et un appareil NM de l'E-UTRAN, comprenant : un système de circuit récepteur pour recevoir des données représentatives du rapport RLF de l'eNB, et un composant CCO comprenant un système de circuit d'analyse de couverture pour identifier un trou dans une zone de couverture de l'E-UTRAN sur la base au moins en partie du rapport RLF, et un système de circuit d'action corrective pour exécuter une action CCO automatisée pour reconfigurer des ressources de cellule de l'E-UTRAN sur la base du trou identifié.
- 6 - Système d'identification de trou de couverture selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le système de circuit émetteur permet en outre de transmettre les données sur une interface-N (Itf-N).
- 7 - Système d'identification de trou de couverture selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'UE génère le rapport RLF sur la déconnexion précédente de l'UE de l'E-UTRAN.
- 8 - Système d'identification de trou de couverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5à 7, dans lequel l'eNB comprend en outre un deuxième système de circuit récepteur pour, après que le système de circuit émetteur transmet des données représentatives du rapport RLF au composant CCO de l'appareil NM de l'E-UTRAN, recevoir une requête basée sur la zone de minimisation de test de mesure de couverture (MDT) du composant CCO.
- 9 - Procédé comprenant : la réception de données représentatives de la performance d'un service fourni par un réseau d'accès radio terrestre universel évolué (E-UTRAN), les données étant représentatives de la performance de service à une pluralité d'emplacements géographiques couverts par une ou plusieurs cellules de l'E-UTRAN ; la corrélation des données pour identifier une zone géographique à déficience de service ; et le réglage d'une ou plusieurs cellules de l'E-UTRAN pour fournir un service supplémentaire à la zone géographique à déficience de service.
- 10 - Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel les données comprennent un ou plusieurs d'un nombre d'équipements utilisateur (UE) actifs, de l'utilisation de blocs de ressources physiques de téléchargement vers l'amont ou vers l'aval, du débit de protocole Internet (IP), du retard de paquet, du taux d'abandon, et du taux de perte.
- 11 - Procédé selon la revendication 9, comprenant en outre : l'accès à des données représentatives d'informations environnementales ;dans lequel la corrélation des données pour identifier une zone géographique à déficience de service comprend la corrélation des données représentatives de la performance de service et des données représentatives des informations environnementales.
- 12 - Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel les données représentatives des informations environnementales comprennent un emplacement d'une route ou d'un complexe sportif.
- 13 - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, dans lequel le réglage d'une ou plusieurs cellules de l'E-UTRAN pour fournir un service supplémentaire à la zone géographique à déficience de service comprend le fait de rendre une ou plusieurs cellules plus petites pour augmenter la capacité dans la zone géographique à déficience de service, le remodelage d'une ou plusieurs cellules en réglant une ou plusieurs antennes correspondantes, ou le fait de rendre une ou plusieurs cellules plus grandes pour couvrir au moins une partie de la zone géographique à déficience de service.
- 14 - Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le réglage d'une ou plusieurs cellules de l'EUTRAN pour fournir un service supplémentaire à la zone géographique à déficience de service comprend le remodelage d'une ou plusieurs cellules en réglant une ou plusieurs antennes correspondantes pour aligner approximativement un axe longitudinal d'une ou plusieurs cellules avec un axe longitudinal d'une ou plusieurs routes.
- 15 - Noeud B évolué (eNB) associé à un réseau d'accès radio terrestre universel évolué (E-UTRAN), l'eNB comprenant : un système de circuit émetteur pour transmettre des données à un appareil de gestion réseau (NM) , les données étant représentatives de la performance d'un service fourni par l'E-UTRAN au sein d'une cellule de couverture desservie par l'eNB ; un système de circuit récepteur pour recevoir, de l'appareil NM, une instruction pour régler un paramètre de service de la cellule de couverture desservie par l'eNB pour fournir un service supplémentaire à une zone géographique à déficience de service, la zone géographique à déficience de service étant identifiée par l'appareil NM sur la base au moins en partie des données transmises à l'appareil NM par l'eNB ; et un système de circuit de fourniture de service pour ajuster le paramètre de service de la cellule de couverture conformément à l'instruction.
