Aujourd'hui des distributeurs de sacs d'hygiène canine disparates sont présentes dans certaines communes, obligeant ainsi le propriétaire à s'en servir avec ses mains du début jusqu'à la fin de l'intervention. Par ailleurs, il existe également , des emplacements aménagés composés de sable dont la garantie d'hygiène n'est pas assurée puisque le renouvellement du sable n'est pas toujours opéré. Notre dispositif permet justement de remédier à cet inconvénient. Il permet d'assurer d'une part une garantie d'hygiène pour le propriétaire grâce à sa conception et son fonctionnement, et d'autre part une propreté pour les passants ( adultes et enfants) Il comporte une première caractéristique : sa forme télescopique permet une intervention à distance. Ce manche télescopique est muni d'un support de sac. Il convient à cet égard d'indiquer que le sac peut être changé à chaque utilisation. Dans un premier temps, il est composé d'un manche ajustable en fonction de la distance des besoins du besoin du chien. Dans un second temps, le support de sac ajusté au manche est celui par lequel le sac est interchangeable. Le support est celui de la gouttière. Il y a deux trous pour y installer l'élastique . La figure I présente l'invention dans son utilisation. Le manche télescopique assure une légèreté qui est telle que le geste de l'utilisateur sera confortable, simple et rapide.
