Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce que : - le moyen (5) pour stabiliser comporte une portion de disque (50) perpendiculaire au plan et à la direction d'extension du plateau (2); - le moyen (6) pour monter est conçu pour monter, en rotation autour d'un axe, perpendiculaire au plan de la portion de disque (50), passant par le centre du disque, et parallèle au plan ainsi qu'à la direction d'extension du plateau (2).
