Claims (16)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de préparation d'une poudre de polyester (semi-)aromatique, ou PESA, comprenant, voire consistant en, les étapes consistant à : a) former un mélange fondu comprenant : - au moins un polyester (sem i-)aromatique PESA et - au moins un additif X, qui est un copolymère à bloc comprenant au moins un bloc A compatible avec le PESA et au moins un bloc B hydrosoluble, l'additif X étant en particulier de type AB ou BAB, pour obtenir une dispersion discrète de particules comprenant le PESA, b) refroidir ledit mélange à une température inférieure à la température de ramollissement du PESA, c) traiter ledit mélange refroidi pour provoquer le délitement des particules discrètes comprenant le PESA.
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bloc A compatible avec le PESA comprend, voire consiste en, un ou plusieurs motif(s) de répétition comprenant un radical aromatique et au moins une fonction ester, et en particulier le bloc A est un homopolymère.
- 3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le bloc A comprend un motif de répétition comprenant un phtalate, un benzoate, un phénolate et/ou un phénylméthanolate.
- 4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le bloc A comprend, voire consiste en, poly(éthylène téréphtalate), poly(triméthylène téréphtalate), poly(butylène téréphtalate), poly(éthylène téréphtalate) glycolisé, poly(acrylate de benzyle), poly(acrylate de phénoxyéthyle).

Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le bloc B comprend, voire consiste en, des unités répétitives issues des monomères de Formule II CH2=C(R1)COX Formule II dans laquelle- R1 représente H ou un alkyle comprenant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, en particulier un groupe méthyle ou éthyle, - X représente -0R2 ou -NR3R4, avec R2, R3 et R4 choisis de manière à ce que le bloc A soit hydrosoluble, en particulier R2 et/ou au moins l'un de R3 et R4 représente -NMe2 ; o -N \--4-4 avec p représentant 1 ou 2 ; ou - (CH2CH20)qR5 avec q étant un nombre entier allant de 1 à 120 et R5 = H ou CH3.
- 6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le bloc B est choisi parmi la poly(N-diméthyle acrylamide), la poly(N-vinyl pyrrolidone), le poly(poly(éthylène glycol méthyle éther acrylate)).
- 7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la teneur en bloc B dans l'additif X est supérieure ou égale à 50 % en poids par rapport au poids total du copolymère, et en particulier va de 70 à 90 % en poids par rapport au poids total de l'additif X.
- 8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'additif X comprend : - un bloc A hydrophobe choisi parmi le poly(acrylate de benzyle) et le poly(butylène téréphtalate) et - au moins un bloc B choisi parmi la poly(N,N-diméthyle acrylamide), la poly(N-vinyl pyrrolidone) et le poly(poly(éthylène glycol méthyle éther acrylate)).
- 9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la teneur en additif X dans le mélange additif et PESA peut aller de 25 à 75 % en poids, notamment de 30 à 55% en poids par rapport au poids total du mélange additif et PESA.
- 10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le PESA, répond à la Formule (I) suivante -(CO-X-COO(CH2)m-0)n- Formule I 30 35 dans laquelle- X est un groupement aryle, alkyle ou aralkyle - m représente un nombre entier allant de 2 à 12, et - n représente un nombre entier allant de 5 à 500.
- 11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le PESA est choisi parmi les homopolymères du type poly(butylène téréphtalate) (PBT), le poly(éthylène téréphtalate (PET), le poly(triméthylène téréphtalate) (PTT), le poly(éthylène téréphtalate) glycolisé (PETG) ou le copolymère du type poly[butylène téréphtalate-co-poly(alkylène glycol) téréphtalate] et leurs mélanges.
- 12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que l'étape a) est effectuée à une température supérieure ou égale à la température de fusion du PESA, en particulier à une température allant de +10 à +50°C par rapport à la température de fusion du PESA
- 13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que l'étape a) a une durée inférieure à 20 minutes, notamment à 10 minutes, en particulier à 8 minutes.
- 14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que l'étape a) est effectuée avec une extrudeuse.
- 15. Poudre ou particule susceptible d'être obtenue par un procédé tel que défini selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14.
- 16. Utilisation d'au moins une poudre ou de particule(s) telle(s) que définie(s) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14 dans un procédé de frittage, en particulier de frittage laser, et/ou en tant qu'additifs, notamment dans des compositions cosmétiques.
