Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif dénommé « Système PalmProtect'4D » pour permettre de traiter efficacement à coeur les végétaux et plus particulièrement les palmiers. Traditionnellement le traitement des arbres par pulvérisation d'insecticides et de fongicides,... nécessite leur ascension. Cela génère des risques de chute, de pollution et de contamination. Elaboré pour lutter contre les nuisibles des végétaux et plus particulièrement dans la lutte du Rynchophorus Ferrugineus (Charançon Rouge du Palmier) le système «PalmProtect'4D» consiste à placer un injecteur/diffuseur (1) basse pression au coeur du bouquet foliaire des palmiers au plus près de leur bourgeon végétatif. Ce système peut également être adapté à n'importe quel autre végétal nécessitant un traitement par épandage ou trempage sans intervention en hauteur et de manière totalement sécurisée. L'installation d'un ou plusieurs injecteurs au niveau du bourgeon terminal d'un plant permet d'optimiser les traitements appliqués, de limiter les quantités de produits phytosanitaires employés (Insecticides et éventuellement des traitements cryptogamiques, phytosanitaires ou fongiques). Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention : La Figure 1 représente le dispositif de l'invention La Figure 2 représente le dispositif en situation d'utilisation La Figure 3 représente de boitier sécurisé ouvert En référence à ces dessins ce dispositif comporte un injecteur/diffuseur (1) qui assure un débit uniforme (jet en forme de douche ou d'écoulement selon le réglage pratiqué) qui est relié à sa base, (à titre d'exemple non limitatif, d'une tête de vipère sortie lisse 4 x 6 mm) à un tuyau capillaire (2) en polyéthylène ou PVC de 4x6mm (à titre d'exemple non limitatif) lui-même fixé et ancré au moyen d'agrafes et/ou d'attaches type « colliers rilsan » le long du stipe du palmier (ou le long du tronc d'un végétal) jusqu'à un boitier-connecteur sécurisé (3) (& Cf. Fig.3), verrouillé par fermeture à clef (6) lui-même fixé sur le stipe du palmier (ou le tronc). (Cf Fig. 1) (A titre d'exemple non limitatif le boitier aura des dimensions de l'ordre de 70mm(h) x 50mm(1) x 40mm(p) (Cf. Fig. 3) et pourra être identifié par une signalétique portant les mentions de mises en garde règlementaires ainsi que les coordonnées éventuelles du prestataire). Le boitier sécurisé ((3) & Cf Fig. 3) est placé à une hauteur située entre 1,5 et 2,5 mètres de hauteur afin d'éviter tout risque de contact avec des individus et plus 35 particulièrement les enfants et tout risque de vandalisme dans les communes. The installation of one or more injectors at the level of the terminal bud of a plant makes it possible to optimize the treatments applied, to limit the quantities of phytosanitary products used (Insecticides and possibly cryptogamic, phytosanitary or fungal treatments). The attached drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents the device of the invention FIG. 2 represents the device in use situation FIG. 3 represents open secure box Referring to these drawings, this device comprises an injector / diffuser (FIG. 1) which ensures a uniform flow (shower-shaped spray or flow depending on the setting) which is connected to its base, (as a non-limiting example, a smooth exit viper head 4 x 6 mm ) to a capillary tube (2) polyethylene or PVC 4x6mm (by way of non-limiting example) itself fixed and anchored by means of staples and / or fasteners type "Rilsan collars" along the stipe of the palm tree (or along the trunk of a plant) up to a secure box-connector (3) (& Cf. Fig.3), locked by a key lock (6) itself fixed on the palm's trunk ( or the trunk). (See Fig. 1) (By way of nonlimiting example the case will have dimensions of the order of 70mm (h) x 50mm (1) x 40mm (p) (see Fig. 3) and may be identified by a sign bearing the notices of regulatory warnings as well as any contact information of the service provider). The secure case ((3) & Cf Fig. 3) is placed at a height between 1.5 and 2.5 meters in height to avoid any risk of contact with individuals and especially children and any risk vandalism in the communes.
Une fois ouvert (Cf. Fig. 3), le boitier sécurisé laisse apparaître, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, un raccord rapide femelle-femelle (5) d'un diamètre de 6mm avec valve anti-retour sur lequel un technicien vient raccorder son matériel d'injection (4) (type pompe, surpresseur, injecteur, ...) effectuant ainsi son traitement sans jamais entrer 40 en contact avec les produits. (Cf. Fig. 2) Le traitement effectué, le technicien déconnecte alors son matériel, le clapet anti-retour du raccord rapide femelle-femelle (5) entre alors en fonction et évite tout écoulement, protégeant ainsi l'opérateur. Le boitier sécurisé (3) peut alors être refermé et verrouillé grâce à sa serrure (6) 45 jusqu'à la prochaine intervention protégeant ainsi tous les individus venant à proximité du plant traité. Le système « PalmProtect'4D » allie donc esthétique, efficacité, simplicité, et sécurité permettant des interventions rapides en toute sécurité. Cette méthode innovante ne nécessite donc plus l'ascension systématique des 50 végétaux par les techniciens pour procéder aux traitements à coeur limitant ainsi les risques de chute. Elle évite encore toute dispersion dans l'air d'insecticides et de produits phytosanitaires dans un souci de respect de l'environnement, de la faune et des personnes résidant à proximité des plants traités en application de la loi «Grenelle 2». The "PalmProtect'4D" system combines aesthetics, efficiency, simplicity, and security, allowing quick and safe interventions. This innovative method therefore no longer requires the systematic rise of the 50 plants by the technicians to carry out heart treatments thus limiting the risk of falling. It still avoids any dispersion in the air of insecticides and phytosanitary products in a concern of respect for the environment, the fauna and the people residing near plants treated under the law "Grenelle 2".
