The invention relates to a device adapted to maintain a live fish and / or a lure, avoiding that it can be removed from the device, and especially during its launch or its animation in fishing action. The invention is of interest primarily to predator fishers and particularly those who practice various techniques on the surface or bottom with live fish known as "live fishing" or by animating lures. These fishermen generally use live fish or lures hooked to barbed hooks. During throws or pulls made with the line by the fisherman, it often happens that the live fish or lure accidentally unhooks the hook and sometimes without him noticing it. The solution usually used to maintain a live fish is to place a rubber washer on the hook but it usually does not take long and needs to be replaced frequently. Another solution is to use lures by gluing or ligation but this has the disadvantage of impairing their mobility. With the invention, on the contrary, the holding of live fish or lures will be simplified and they will maintain a very high mobility. The invention makes it possible to produce a device making it possible to maintain a live fish and / or a lure, by its front part, characterized in that it comprises: at least one solid element, called a body, suitable for serving as ballast or float 30 - at least one metal element, called hook, open hook-shaped, adapted to be assembled to the body, rigid enough to hold a live fish and / or lure and having an open end, called pointed end, suitable for crossing the front of a live fish and / or a lure, to achieve its implementation in the assembled device - at least one removable solid element, called removable element, suitable for styling and / or maintaining, totally or partially, the pointed end of a hook; this removable element being also able to be deliberately removed from the pointed end to remove a live fish and / or a decoy previously fixed to the hook - at least one solid element, called flexible element, which can pass through the removable element and is suitable for be directly or indirectly connected to the fishing line and / or hook. The invention being characterized in that all the elements assembled together, connected to a fishing line is able to maintain during the fishing action a live fish and / or a lure, without it being possible remove, during its launch or animation, all allowing him to keep a maximum of vivacity or mobility. The device described can be packaged loose in the form of a kit formed of several elements of different size, shape and mass or can be presented assembled totally or partially. Other features and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the following descriptions, which refer to the appended figures below. Figures 1 to 8 describe a device adapted to maintain a live fish and / or lure (14). The fisherman may if he wishes to replace live and / or lure (14) by another natural bait (alive or dead) or by a combination of various baits and / or lures. Figure 1 is a schematic side view of the unassembled constituent elements of the device of the invention. The solid elements, called bodies (1a, 1b, 1c), are able to serve as ballast or float and thus allow to present live fish, referred to as live, and / or lures either at the bottom or on the surface. They can be of very different shapes and sizes and can be made with the same materials as those composing the weights (lead generally) or the floats (balsa, cork, foam, etc.). The bodies (1a, 1b, 1c) are described in section in two views, profile and face. The drawings on the left represent the bodies in profile and those on the right represent the bodies in front view. The body (1a) has a conical shape with a base (9a) planar enough to prevent it from rolling or tipping when it is placed on a flat floor. A variant can be made with a concave base (9a). The body (1b) has a cylindrical central portion having conically shaped sides; this body (1b) can roll on a flat ground but can not tilt laterally. The body (1c) is totally spherical and can therefore roll in all directions. A bore (8a, 8c) passes through the bodies (1a, 1c). To fish thoroughly with live, the fisherman will preferably use bodies (1a, 1b) having a base to avoid lateral tilting in order to maintain their live in the horizontal swimming position; the quick, by not being able to lie down on the side, will thus preserve its freedom of movement. By cons, to practice on the surface, the spherical shape of the body (1c) will be more suitable and easier to manufacture because many ball-shaped floats are currently available. The metal elements (2a, 2b), called hooks, have the function of keeping the alive and / or the decoy by his nose. The element (2a) is made from a single hook having an eyelet (6a) and a barb (10a) that it will be possible to remove by grinding. The element (2b) is made from a strong rod, such as a piano wire, rigid enough to pierce and hold a live and has an eyelet (6b) made with a round nose plier by twisting the piano wire. These hooks (2a, 2b) have a pointed end (3a, 3b) for piercing the live for its implementation; they are not intended in principle to shoe and bring back predators because they are capped by the removable element (4a, 4b) 25 during the fishing action. The elements (4a, 4b), called removable elements allow to cap the pointed ends (3a, 3b) of the hooks (2a, 2b). The element (4a) is made from a compression spring. Its internal diameter is large enough to introduce a flexible element (5) and the pointed end (3a, 3b) of the hook (2a, 2b). The installation of live and / or lure is done by compressing the spring. In the presence of a hook (2a,) having a barb (10a), the establishment or withdrawal of the spring is made by screwing around the pointed end (3a). The use of a spring (4a) allows to have a solid styling element and can not remove involuntarily and especially if the pointed end of the hook has a barb (10a). 40 The element (4b), presented in section, is constituted by a piece of flexible and hollow elastic sheath. The diameter of its central channel (11) is large enough to be able to intrude and maintain by wedging a flexible element (5) and the pointed end (3a, 3b) of the hook (2a, 2b) or remove. 05 Element (5) schematizes a sufficiently flexible yarn usually used by fishermen to make seamen or to line a reel. The main purpose of the flexible element (5) is to traverse and thus maintain the removable element (4a, 4b) during the fishing action. Its diameter is a function of the nature of the carnivores sought and the size of the live and / or lures used. The flexible element (5) can also be used to attach incidentally one or more hooks (7). The flexible element (5) can be connected to a hook (2a, 2b) or slide freely in the eyelet (6a, 6b) thereof. The element (7) schematizes a triple hook designed to hook the predator; the fisherman can also use different forms of hook (single, double ...). The element (12) is a swivel usually used by the fisherman; it allows to connect the flexible element (5) and the fishing line 20 to reduce the twisting phenomenon. FIGS. 2 to 7 are plunging devices made with a non-spherical body (1a, 1b) with a density greater than 1. On the other hand, FIGS. 7 and 8 describe a floating device obtained with a spherical body (1c) of density The hook (2a, 2b) can be assembled to the body (Ia, 1b, 1c) by molding or by any other method. FIGS. 2 and 3 show a profile dipping device comprising a body (1b) assembled to a hook (2b), made from a piano wire, and a flexible element (5) 30 passing through a removable element (4a). ), made with a compression spring, capping the pointed end (3b) of the hook (2b). Only Figure 2 is a sectional view. Figure 3 shows the same elements as Figure 2 but shows the device in fishing situation on the bottom. A triple hook (7) is attached to the flexible member (5), a live fish (14) is held by its hook nose (2b). The fishing line (13) is fixed to the eyelet (6b) of the hook (2b) by a single knot. The compression spring (4a) is long enough to hold the pointed end (3b) in the rest position; it is 40 tablets to put the quick (14) or remove it.
Figures 4 and 5 describe a profile plunging device comprising a body (1b) and a hook (2b) made of piano wire. A removable element (4b), obtained from a flexible sheath, is traversed by a flexible element (5), then knotted 05 under the eyelet (6b) of the hook (2b) and extends outside the device . The removable element (4b) wedges the pointed end (3b) and the flexible element (5). The flexible element (5) has two ends; one passing through the removable element and terminated by a single node (15) and another being free. Figure 4 is a sectional view in contrast to Figure 5. Figure 5 which comprises the same elements as the previous and schematizes the device in fishing action. A snap (14) is attached to the hook (2b). The fishing line (13) is tied to the eyelet (6b). A hook (7) is attached to the free end of the flexible member (5). To set the snitch and / or lure, replace or remove, the fisherman moves the removable element on the flexible element (5). The node (15), made at the end of the flexible element (5), retains the removable element (4b) during handling and thus prevents its loss.
L'ardillon (10a) saillant du crochet (2a) empêche le retrait accidentel du ressort (4a).Figures 6 and 7 show a dipping device having a profile body (1a), only Figure 6 is in section. The body (1a) has a bore (8). A hook (2a) made from a single hook has a barb (10a). The flexible element (5) passes through a removable element (4a) constituted by a compression spring. A swivel (12) is located at the end of the flexible element (5). Figure 7 comprises the same elements as Figure 6 and shows the device in fishing situation on the bottom. A hook (7) equips the device which is connected to the fishing line 30 (13) at the swivel (12). The fishing line slides freely in the bore (8) of the body (1a). The setting up or removal of the live is done by unscrewing or screwing the spring (4a). The barb (10a) protruding from the hook (2a) prevents accidental removal of the spring (4a).
A flexible element (5) passes through a removable element (4b) made with a flexible and elastic sheath styling the pointed end (3b) of the hook (2b). The hook (2b) 40 is made with a metal rod, like a piano wire, which is pressed straight into force in the body (1c), and then twisted to the clamp to achieve its final shape. The flexible element (5) is attached to the hook (2b) under its eyelet (6b). Figure 8 is a sectional view of the elements of the assembled device.
Figure 9 shows, in profile, the same elements of the device in fishing action. A hook (7) is attached to the flexible member (5) and the line (13) is attached to the eyelet (6b). The setting up of the quick or its removal is done by moving the sheath (4b). The length of the flexible element (5) can be adjusted by winding under the eyelet (6b) around the hook (2b).
