DESCRIPTION (1) La présente invention se rapporte à un pendentif publicitaire, par exemple pour application à des bouteilles, notamment de champagne. (2) L'on connait les pendentifs publicitaires pour application à des bouteilles de vins, ou autres, qui consistent en une feuille ( papier, carton, plastique ) simple ou double, pourvue d'un grand trou à son extrémité supérieure pour l'accrocher au goulot de la bouteille. Cette feuille de publicité connue peut tourner librement autour du goulot de la bouteille et peut être enlevée facilement ou être perdue involontairement. Un autre pendentif publicitaire connu comporte une bague , par exemple en matière plastique ou en matières élastiques, à placer autour du goulot de la bouteille et portant une feuille imprimée simple ou double. On connait également des manchettes publicitaires en forme de pyramide tronquée à placer autour du goulot de la bouteille. Aussi cette manchette de publicité peut tourner autour du goulot de la bouteille et peut se perdre très facilement de façon involontaire. En outre, elle doit être pliée pour obtenir la forme de pyramide tronquée et les bords doivent être pliés ensemble. On connait des manchettes publicitaires dont une partie est autocollante et qui est étudiée pour se coller sur le flanc du goulot de la bouteille. (3) La présente invention qui remédie à ces différents inconvénients et en plus amène une visibilité forte au produit sur le linéaire car sa partie mobile flottant avec l'air ambiant attire particulièrement l'attention du consommateur, est étudiée pour être posée non plus sur le goulot mais sur le sommet du bouchon. Il s'agit d'un pendentif publicitaire, non plus sous les différentes formes vues plus haut mais sous forme d'une languette imprimée auto adhésive avec une partie flottante. Cette languette se compose d'une partie sèche et d'une partie auto adhésive. La partie auto adhésive adhère au bouchon tandis que l'autre partie laissée complètement flottante attire l'attention du consommateur. Le but est de signaler les produits à l'attention du consommateur. Ce type de PLV ( publicité sur le lieu de vente ) n'existe pas aujourd'hui car elle pose des problèmes techniques pour sa mise en place. (4) Quels sont ces problèmes techniques 1° Les bouteilles passent trop vite sur la chaine de production pour poser un auto adhésif partiel. Un dispositif sur le sommet du col de la bouteille n'est aujourd'hui pas possible car les bouteilles passant trop vite sur la chaine d'embouteillage aucun système ne permet de le poser. Il faillait donc trouver une solution permettant la pose. C'est une partie de l'objet du présent dépôt. 2° Les languettes doivent être imprimées sur la face visible par le consommateur et auto adhésives sur une partie seulement de l'autre face. 3° Ne pas géner les suceuses qui prennent les bouteilles pour l'encartonnage automatique. 4° La pose d'étiquettes simples est trop longue pour être rentable. Le temps de pose a un coût de main d'oeuvre trop élevé. (5) Le dispositif selon l'invention rend très rapide la pose manuelle, la rendant ainsi rentable. La présente invention consiste en une languette partiellement auto adhésive à poser sur le sommet du bouchon de la bouteille . Cette languette est extraite d'une feuille représentant l'ensemble des languettes dont le plan de découpe permet la pose rapide du pendentif publicitaire sur le sommet du goulot de la bouteille. En voici le descriptif : La languette est composée de deux couches de papier. L'une adhésive , l'autre de protection de la partie encollée. La partie adhésive de la languette est composée d'une partie supérieure lisse qui servira de support à l'impression de la publicité. La partie inférieure qui est une bande de protection sera plus courte de 1 à 2 cm ou autre selon la taille du bouchon. La feuille regroupant les languettes est composée de deux couches . L'une adhésive, l'autre de protection de la partie encollée. La couche supérieure de la feuille sera prédécoupée en languettes de 1 à 2 cm, ou autre selon la taille du bouchon, de large sur toute sa longueur soit 10 à 15 cm, ou autre, de long selon la taille de la bouteille. La partie inférieure qui est une bande de protection de la partie supérieure encollée sera prédécoupée selon le plan ci-joint en figure 3. c'est à dire : elle sera prédécoupée en languettes de 1 à 2 cm, ou autre selon la taille du bouchon, de large sur presque toute sa longueur, resterons non découpé 2 à 3 cm, ou autre selon la taille du bouchon, desquels on pourra dégager la bande de protection de la partie adhésive au moment de la manipulation finale soit la pose du pendentif sur le bouchon. Cela permettra une pose rapide. Chaque pendentif est donc relié à une partie fixe qui rend l'ensemble solidaire. La bande de protection de la partie autocollante qui adhérera au bouchon représente une partie fixe qui rend homogène l'ensemble en reliant la totalité des pendentifs entre eux . Ceci créera un ensemble solidaire que la manipulatrice pourra aisément tenir en main et manipuler pour les détacher les uns après les autres et ainsi en faire la pose sur le sommet du bouchon. Les dimensions peuvent varier en fonction de la taille du contenant et de la machine d'embouteillage. Cela n'entame en rien le principe. Les dimensions sont calculées pour que les suceuses de manipulation des bouteilles ne soient pas entravées dans leur tâche. Chaque plaque assemble environ 10 pendentifs prédécoupées détachables. Lors de la pose, il suffira à l'opératrice de tirer sur la partie flottante de la languette pour la détacher du corps central et dans le même geste appliquer la partie collante sur le sommet de la bouteille. Les bouteilles étant repérées pour le passage devant l'étiqueteuse sortent obligatoirement sur la bonne face. Ceci donnera l'unité de facing nécessaire à la bonne visualisation du produit sur le linéaire.
