Abstract

The stopper has a cylindrical side skirt (11) attached with a collar of a fluid product cartridge (1) by screwing. A pocket is provided with a closed end projected out of a collar of the cartridge. L'ouverture 25 a bien entendu des dimensions appropriées pour le passage de la lame. On remarque, également, que l'extrémité libre 18 de la bande souple 16 se termine par un ergot 26 ménagé sur toute la largeur ou hauteur de la bande et qui est apte à coopérer avec un logement ou fente de retenue 27 correspondant, pratiqué dans la jupe latérale 11 du bouchon 5. La pointe 23 se trouve dans l'embout 8, au contact du produit, et elle pourrait aller, si la longueur de la lame le permettait, jusqu'à traverser diamétralement la partie en saillie sertie de la poche. A partir de là, l'utilisateur procède au dévissage proprement dit du bouchon 5 tout en maintenant son action de pression sur la bande souple 16, si bien que, par le mouvement hélicoïdal engendré (flèche F1, figure 5), la partie en saillie 10 de l'embout 8 de la poche 6 est découpée, avec le sertissage 7, par l'arête 22 de la lame 19 et est enlevée avec le bouchon 5 jusqu'au dévissage complet de celui-ci. Ainsi, comme le montre la figure 6, le moyen de découpe 15, solidaire de la jupe en étant agencé le long de celle-ci, se présente sous la forme d'un outil (clé) avec une tête de préhension 31 prolongée par une tige cylindrique 32 à pointe d'extrémité perforante 33. Le bouchon 5 en lui-même est proche de la réalisation précédente pour ce qui concerne son vissage sur le col fileté 3 de la cartouche 1 par le taraudage prévu sur sa jupe latérale. En revanche, celle-ci ne présente pas les fentes 25, 27, mais un passage cylindrique radial 34 qui est ménagé dans un bossage externe 35 de la jupe 11, et dans lequel est destinée à s'engager la pointe 33 à des fins de guidage de celle-ci. Ce passage, lorsque le bouchon est vissé, est situé au niveau du sertissage concerné 7. Pour rigidifier le bossage cylindrique 35, des nervures 36 sont prévues autour de celui-ci. Pour réaliser l'ouverture de la poche souple 6, l'utilisateur détache simplement le moyen de découpe 15 de la jupe latérale cylindrique 11 et le saisit par la tête de préhension 31, comme le montre la figure 7. Puis, il introduit la pointe 33 de la tige 32 dans le passage radial 34 du bossage 35, pour perforer la partie en saillie 10 au niveau du sertissage 7 de l'embout 8 terminant la poche de produit, et située au-delà du col fileté 3 de la cartouche, comme le montre la figure 8. Claims

REVENDICATIONS1. Fluid cartridge cap contained in CLAIMS1. Cap for a cartridge of fluid product contained in a pocket (6) inside the cartridge, of the type comprising a cylindrical side skirt (11) cooperating by screwing with a neck (3) of said cartridge (1), said pocket (6) being terminating in a closed end-piece (8) protruding from the neck of the cartridge, characterized in that it comprises a cutting means (15) for said pocket (6) associated externally with the cylindrical lateral skirt (11) of the plug (5) and movable relative thereto to pass through the skirt and perforate the tip (8) of the pocket, then detach the latter as a result of unscrewing the cap.

2. Stopper according to claim 1, wherein the cutting means (15) is obtained by molding with said cylindrical side skirt.

3. Stopper according to one of claims 1 and 2, wherein said cutting means (15) is provided on a flexible strip (16) which is issued externally of the cylindrical side skirt (11) partially surrounding thereof .

4. Stopper according to claim 3, wherein said cutting means (15) is defined by at least one blade (19) arranged radially on the flexible strip (16) to engage, by pressure on the strip, substantially radially in the tip (8) of the pocket after passing through said cylindrical side skirt (11).

5. Stopper according to claim 3 or 4, wherein an opening (25) is formed in the cylindrical side skirt (11) for the passage of said cutting means (15).

6. Stopper according to one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the free end (18) of the strip (16) and the cylindrical side skirt (11) cooperate with each other by a connecting means ( 26, 27) for holding the strip in position around the cylindrical skirt during the cutting of the nozzle 5 and the unscrewing of the skirt.

7. Stopper according to claim 6, wherein said connecting means comprises a lug (26) projecting from the strip and a housing (25) for receiving said lug, provided in the cylindrical side skirt. 10

8. Stopper according to one of claims 1 and 2, wherein said cutting means (15) comprises a pin (32) tip (33) detachable from said cylindrical side skirt (11) and adapted to engage in a radial passage (34) provided in the skirt to cross, after engagement, the tip (8) of said pocket.

9. Stopper according to claim 8, wherein said cutting means (15) comprises a gripping portion (31) extended by the rod (32) cutting tip. 20

Cartridge (1) fluid product contained in an inner bag (6), said cartridge ending in a threaded neck (3) on which is mounted a closure cap (5), and said bag ending with a closed end (8) protruding from said threaded neck, characterized in that the plug (5) comprises a cutting means (15) of the type defined by any one of claims 1 to 9. 30
