TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to an electrical connection assembly in which the electrical connection is provided by contacting a first piece and a second piece. Such an electrical connection assembly is particularly suitable for high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) electrical equipment, in particular HV circuit breakers, MV circuit breakers and generator circuit breakers. STATE OF THE PRIOR ART In the majority of circuit breakers, there is a main electrical circuit for the passage of electric current when the circuit breaker is in the closed position and a secondary electrical circuit for the function of breaking the current when it is desired to place the circuit breaker. in open position. Figure 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a circuit breaker disclosed in EP-A-0 982 748 (corresponding to US Patent 6,211,478) and showing a main electrical circuit and a secondary electrical circuit. In this figure, there is a casing 1 circuit breaker having a longitudinal axis 2, consisting of a metal upper portion 3, a lower metal portion 4 and a central portion 5 of electrically insulating material connecting the parts 3 and 4 The main electrical circuit comprises the upper and lower metal parts 3 and intermediate metal elements: the contact 6 fixed to the upper part 3, the contact 7 secured to the lower part 4 and the movable contact 8 consisting of a succession of fingers and which can be moved to connect the fixed contacts 6 and 7 (as shown in the figure to the left of the axis 2) or not to ensure the connection between the fixed contacts 6 and 7 (as shown in FIG. shown on the part of the figure to the right of the axis 2). The secondary electric circuit comprises a contact pin 14 able to be moved from a high position (see the left-hand part of the figure) to a low position (see the right-hand part of the figure) by means of a ordered. The contact pin 14 slides along the longitudinal axis 2 while being guided by a slideway 13. In the high position, the contact pin 14 is in electrical connection with the upper part 3 of the housing via the horizontal partition 9 of FIG. the part 3 equipped at its center with the tulip contact 11. In the low position, the contact pin 14 is no longer in electrical connection with the upper part 3 of the case 1. FIG. 1 also shows an arrangement 10 for the switching arc whose volume 18 is limited by the partition 9, the tulip contact 11, the circular wall 20 of eclectically insulating material, the partition 15 integral with the part 4 and equipped at its center with the nozzle 12. The figure 1 still shows an arc chamber 16, an electric arc 17, a circular blast slot 19, blast cylinders 21, blast pistons 22, blast channels 23 and check valves 24. disjunction opening operation ur, the main contacts (the movable contact 8 and the fixed contacts 6 and 7) separate first and the electric current that passed through these contacts switches on the secondary circuit. This switching gives rise to an arc between the fixed contacts and the moving contact. This arc erodes the contacts and limits their life as well as their performance. It is then necessary to use materials resistant to electrical erosion. PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION The present invention makes it possible, by a particular arrangement of the fingers constituting the movable contact, to improve the management of the switching. For this, it is planned to create sacrificial fingers for switching.
The subject of the invention is mainly an electrical connection assembly comprising a first electrically conductive part and a second electrically conductive part, the electrical connection being provided by contacting the first and second parts, the first part having a receiving surface, the second piece having a plurality of fingers conforming to the receiving surface of the first piece to provide the electrical connection, the pieces being disposed in the electrical connection assembly for relative movement of one of the pieces relative to to the other in a given direction provides, in one direction, the electrical connection by contacting the fingers of the second piece on the receiving surface of the first piece, and ensures, in the opposite direction, the electrical disconnection by the putting the fingers of the second part of the receiving surface of the first part out of contact with e room. The second piece comprises at least one finger, said switching finger, protruding from the other fingers, said main contact fingers, a distance sufficient so that, during the electrical disconnection, the switching off of the switching finger occurs after the off contact of the main contact fingers. Advantageously, the switching finger (more generally the switching fingers) is removable. This makes it possible to replace it when it is damaged after circuit-breaker breaking sequences. Generally, the electrical connection assembly comprises a plurality of switching fingers. This can be individually distributed among the main contact fingers. They can also be divided into sectors, comprising several switching fingers, among the main contact fingers.
The receiving surface of the first part and the switching and main contacting fingers of the second part may be made at least in part of a material particularly resistant to electrical erosion, for example tungsten, copper, carbon or in nickel. According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the receiving surface of the first piece is of cylindrical shape, the plurality of fingers of the second piece being arranged in a cylindrical shape corresponding to the cylindrical shape of the receiving surface of the first piece. the first piece. The invention also relates to a circuit breaker comprising a main electrical circuit for the passage of electric current when the circuit breaker is in the closed position and a secondary electrical circuit for the power failure function to place the circuit breaker in the open position. The main electrical circuit comprises an electrical connection assembly as defined above. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will be better understood and other advantages and particularities will appear on reading the following description, given by way of non-limiting example, accompanied by the appended figures among which: FIG. longitudinal sectional view of a circuit breaker according to the known art, - Figure 2 is an explanatory view of the operation of an electrical connection assembly according to the present invention, - Figure 3 is a view of the second piece of an electrical connection assembly according to the invention, showing a particular arrangement of the switching fingers and the main contact fingers, - Figure 4 is a view of the second part of an electrical connection assembly according to the invention, showing a another particular arrangement of the switching fingers and the main contact fingers. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PARTICULAR EMBODIMENTS The invention finds a particularly interesting application in the field of circuit breakers which have a main circuit for the passage of the permanent current and a secondary circuit for the power failure. In this case, the invention makes it possible to deal with the problem of switching between the main circuit and the secondary circuit. For this, it has within the permanent contacts of the main circuit of the sacrificial fingers on which will take place the switch so as to preserve the main contact fingers. Fig. 2 is an explanatory view of the operation of an electrical connection assembly according to the present invention. This electrical connection assembly comprises a first electrically conductive part 31 having on a receiving surface 32 intended to receive, for electrical contact, fingers 41 and 42 extending a second electrically conductive part and not shown. The fingers 41 and 42 are intended to be brought into contact with or to be put out of contact with the receiving surface 32. In FIG. 2, for the sake of clarity of explanation, the fingers 41 and 42 are shown off contact with each other. their position of contact with the receiving surface 32. It can be seen that the finger 41, which is a so-called switching finger, is offset by a distance D in the direction of the relative movement between the first piece 31 and the second piece ( not shown) represented by an arrow, with respect to the finger 42 which is a so-called main contact finger. This shift of the switching finger 41 relative to the main contact finger 42 must be sufficient to allow, when the fingers 41 and 42 of the receiving surface 32 are brought into contact, that the main contact finger 42 is no longer in contact with the receiving surface 32 when the separation between the switching finger 41 and the receiving surface 20 is involved. The first piece 31, and in particular the receiving surface 32, and the fingers 41 and 42 may be made completely, partly or not at all in material particularly resistant to electrical erosion such as tungsten, copper, carbon and nickel for example. Figure 3 is a view of the second part 50 of an electrical connection assembly according to the invention. The part 50 is of cylindrical shape and corresponds to the end of the movable contact 8 of FIG. 1 or to the end of the fixed contact 6 of FIG. 1. FIG. 3 shows the main contact fingers 52 and the fingers of FIG. switching (or sacrificial) 51 distributed individually among the main contact fingers 52. Figure 4 is a view of the second part 60 of an electrical connection assembly according to the invention. The part 60 is also cylindrical 10 and, as for the part of Figure 3, corresponds to the end of the movable contact 8 of Figure 1 or the end of the fixed contact 6 of Figure 1. Figure 4 shows main contact fingers 62 and switching (or sacrificial) fingers 61 distributed in sectors among the main contact fingers 62. As mentioned above, the switching or sacrificial fingers may be removable fingers, main contact fingers may be extensions of the second piece. The switching or sacrificial fingers can be installed on the second piece by clipping or screwing.
