The invention relates to the field of thermal engines. It relates to an engine block of an internal combustion engine comprising a fuel pump driven mechanically by a camshaft. [0002] In a conventional manner, an engine block of an internal combustion engine comprises in particular a cylinder block, an oil sump closing the lower part of the cylinder block, and a cylinder head supported by the cylinder block. It also comprises a crankshaft and a camshaft mounted in pivot connection relative to the cylinder block. The camshaft is rotated by the crankshaft. In a particular configuration, the camshaft is said to "head", that is to say, it is located above the cylinder head. It can then directly control the valves. In addition, the engine block includes a fuel supply device for injecting fuel into the engine cylinders from a fuel tank. A fuel supply device usually includes a filter and a fuel pump. A fuel pump can be electrically operated or mechanically controlled. In the first case, the pump is actuated by a solenoid connected to the ignition circuit. In the second case, the pump is actuated by one of the cams of the camshaft. For a plunger fuel pump, the actuation of the pump is effected by transforming the rotational movement of the camshaft into an alternative reciprocating movement known as the reciprocating movement of the plunger. movement being obtained by the eccentric shape of the cam. One of the problems of a fuel pump with conventional mechanical control is that it has a large footprint in the axis of the translational movement of the plunger. This translation axis is perpendicular to the axis of the rotational movement of the camshaft. In practice, the camshaft is generally mounted in pivot connection along a horizontal axis, that is to say parallel to the ground plane, and the plunger is mounted in sliding connection along a vertical axis, that is, ie orthogonal to the ground plane. The fuel pump is then positioned above the camshaft, which increases the size of the engine block along the vertical axis. [0004] Patent GB 978,460 describes an internal combustion engine comprising a camshaft and a fuel pump whose axis of the translational movement of the piston forms an acute angle with the axis of rotation of the camshaft. The camshaft is geared with a crankshaft by a pinion, one side of which carries a disk provided with an inclined control surface and on which is pressed the piston of the fuel pump. This fuel pump configuration reduces the size of the engine block along the vertical axis. However, it has the disadvantage of introducing a thrust force having a non-zero radial component and a non-centered axial component. As a result, the distribution of forces on the camshaft is not optimized. An object of the invention is in particular to overcome all or part of the aforementioned drawbacks by providing an engine block comprising a camshaft and a fuel pump configured to balance the best the force exerted by the fuel pump. on the camshaft while limiting the size of the fuel pump along the axes perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the camshaft. For this purpose, the subject of the invention is an engine block of an internal combustion engine comprising: a housing, a camshaft pivotally connected to the housing along an axis, and a fuel pump. The fuel pump comprises: - a fixed element secured to the housing, - a movable element in sliding connection relative to the fixed element along the axis, an alternative translational movement of the movable element relative to the fixed member 25 along the axis for pumping fuel, and - a roller attached to the movable member, or fixed to the camshaft 12 with the cam attached to the movable member. [0007] The camshaft comprises an axially transmitting cam having a bearing surface on which the roller bears, the bearing surface being profiled in such a way as to print an alternating translational movement along the axis at the movable element through the roller with a rotational movement of the camshaft along this axis. [000s] According to a particular embodiment, the axial transmission cam is located at one end of the camshaft or on the movable member. The fuel pump may comprise two rollers attached to the movable element or to the camshaft, symmetrically to each other with respect to the axis, the two rollers being simultaneously supported on the surface of the axially transmitting cam to perfectly balance the forces between the camshaft and the plunger. [0olo] The roller or rollers may be pivotally connected relative to the movable member, or to the cam shaft, along a second axis perpendicular to the first axis to reduce friction. The bearing surface is for example profiled so that the movable element of the fuel pump is driven by a sinusoidal translation movement along the first axis with a rotational movement of the camshaft. according to this axis. Alternatively, the translation may be partially in polynomial form, for example of the second degree, or be obtained by reading points. According to a particular embodiment, the fixed element of the fuel pump is fixed in a sleeve formed in the housing. The invention also relates to any vehicle, including automobile, comprising a motor block as defined above. The invention will be better understood and other advantages will appear on reading the detailed description given by way of nonlimiting example and made with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: - Figure 1 shows, in a view in perspective, an example of an engine block according to the invention; FIG. 2 represents, in a perspective view, a detail of the embodiment of the motor unit of FIG. 1. FIG. 1 represents, in a perspective view, an example of an engine block comprising a camshaft and a fuel pump according to the invention. The engine block 10 is that of an internal combustion engine. It comprises a housing, for example a cylinder head 11, a camshaft 12 mounted pivotally connected along an axis X in the cylinder head 11, and a fuel pump 13, for example a fuel pump. The pivot connection along the X axis between the camshaft 12 and the yoke 11 is carried out by means of bearings 14 machined in the yoke 11. The camshaft 12 is rotated by a crankshaft, not shown, by example by means of a gear, a transmission chain or a toothed belt. It comprises a set of cams 121 each formed by an eccentric. The cams 121 make it possible to control the distribution members of the heat engine, not shown, by a transformation of the continuous rotational movement of the camshaft 12 along the X axis in reciprocating translation movements along axes perpendicular to the X-axis. The cams 121 allow in particular the control of valves for the admission and exhaust of gas in a combustion chamber of the engine. The fuel pump 13 is disposed at one end of the camshaft 12. It is of mechanical control type and plunger. In other words, the fuel pump 13 comprises a plunger capable of performing an alternating translational movement in a pressure chamber from the rotational movement of the camshaft 12. The fuel pump is for example housed in a sleeve 111 [0016] FIG. 2 represents, in a perspective view, a detail of embodiment of the camshaft 12 and the fuel pump 13 of FIG. 1, the upper part of the sleeve 111. being cut off. The cam shaft 12 comprises an axial transmission cam 122, that is to say a part comprising a bearing surface 122A profiled so that the height along the X axis between a reference fixed point and any point of the bearing surface 122A varies continuously by rotation about the axis X. The axial transmission cam 122 is integral with the camshaft 12. The fuel pump 13 comprises in particular a plunger 131, a chamber closed envelope 132, and two rollers 133 and 134. The casing 132 of the pressure chamber is integral with the cylinder head 11. It is for example fixed in the sleeve 111 formed in the cylinder head 11. The plunger 131 is in sliding connection along the axis X relative to the pressure chamber 132. It is centered relative to the axis X (that is to say crossed at its center by the axis X), it is that is to say, with respect to the axis of rotation of the camshaft 12. The casing 132 and the plunger 131 form a r in particular a fixed element and a movable element of the fuel pump 13. The rollers 133 and 134 are fixed to the plunger 131, symmetrically relative to each other with respect to the axis X. [0018] Alternatively , the rollers can be attached to the camshaft, and the cam can be attached to or be integral with the plunger 131, it is then the rollers which rotate in place of the cam. The rollers are simultaneously supported on the bearing surface 122A of the axial transmission cam 122 and thus form a cam follower. In order to allow simultaneous contact between the rollers 133 and 134 and the bearing surface 122A, the latter has at each of its points an axial symmetry along the axis X. A return mechanism such as a spring, not shown, to maintain this contact. The axial transmission cam 122 is advantageously attached to one end of the camshaft 12, that is to say at the end of the camshaft, in order to facilitate its contact with the rollers 133 and 134. It can be pierced at its center so as to allow the plunger 131 to penetrate into it. [0020] The axial transmission cam 122, in particular its bearing surface 122A, and the rollers 133 and 134 cooperate to transform the rotational movement of the camshaft 12 about the X axis in an alternating translational movement of the plunger 131 along the same axis X. The axial transmission cam 122 thus forms a pusher for the plunger 131. According to a particular embodiment, the 122A support surface of the axial transmission cam 122 is profiled so that the displacement d of the plunger 131 along the X axis relative to its central position follows the following relationship: [0021] d = c -. sin (2 a) 2 where C is the stroke of the plunger 131 and the angle of rotation of the camshaft 12 along the axis X. Thus, the plunger 131 is driven by a sinusoidal translation movement along the X axis. In order to reduce the friction between the rollers 133 and 134 on the one hand, and the axial transmission cam 122 on the other hand, the rollers 133 and 134 can be mounted in pivot connection relative to the plunger 131 along an axis perpendicular to the axis X. The pivot connection allows the rollers 133 and 134 to roll on the bearing surface 122A. The fuel pump described with reference to Figure 2 comprises two rollers symmetrically fixed on the plunger. This particular embodiment makes it possible to perfectly balance the thrust force of the axially transmitting cam on the plunger. Nevertheless, the fuel pump according to the invention may have only one roller attached to the plunger.
