The present invention belongs to the field of thermal or hybrid engines (thermal-electric or thermal-pneumatic, for example), in particular for a vehicle of the automotive type. It relates more particularly to the sliding mounting mechanisms of a piston inside a jacket that comprises a cylinder of the engine or hybrid (hereinafter referred to as "thermal" or "internal combustion" for the sake of concision). The invention relates more specifically piston rings which are mounted on the piston in radial interposition between the piston and the jacket. The engines fitted to motor vehicles comprise cylinders which provide a combustion chamber and which comprise a sleeve inside which is slidably mounted a rotary drive piston of a crankshaft. According to a conventional embodiment, the piston comprises a piston head which is provided with a set of piston rings and which is extended by a skirt carrying a piston pin in articulated engagement on a link connecting the piston to the piston. crankshaft. The piston rings are radially interposed between the piston head and the liner, each being arranged as an open ring and being housed and individually held within respective grooves in the piston head. The piston rings are successively axially distributed on the piston head according to their proper function, and are currently three in number, including two so-called compression segments, - a segment called "firewall" and a segment called "sealing" - And a segment called "scraper" disposed between the compression segments and the skirt. Under the effect of combustion, the piston is driven by a sliding movement and the piston rings undergo substantial friction along the sliding surface of the jacket. The compression segments are assigned to the airtightness of the combustion chamber and are subject to significant constraints, particularly with regard to the fire-break segment. Such stresses are mainly caused by the high pressures that are generated in the combustion chamber and by the high heat of the gases from the combustion. The scraper segment is assigned to retain a lubricant inside the liner, to maintain the formation of a lubricating film between the liner and the piston. Small amount of lubricant may not be retained by the scraper ring, and the sealing ring completes the retention of the lubricant to the skirt being axially interposed between the scraper ring and the fire barrier segment. A passage of a very small amount of lubricant to the firing segment is nevertheless desirable to promote the flow of the fire segment along the sliding surface of the liner. Overall, the piston rings provide an airtight seal between a combustion chamber and a cylinder block that includes the engine, they regulate and limit the consumption of lubricant useful for the sliding of the piston inside the jacket, and they transmit the heat induced by combustion and stored by the piston to the jacket, and accordingly to the cylinder which is cooled by appropriate means. [0004] However, the air-tightness imparted by the segments is not complete, insofar as these segments are open rings. The open part of the segments, known as cutting, allows its introduction into the grooves of the cylinder block and can absorb the thermal expansion undergone during operation of the piston. But, in fact, a certain amount of gas can cross the segments by their play in the cup. There is thus a certain pressure loss in the combustion chamber due to this gas leak via the segments. There are segments of different geometry, including helicoidal shape, an example of which is described in the patent application FR - 651119. In this example, two superimposed helical segments are contained in a groove of the shaped piston adapted for that the segments, in operating position in the groove, have their turns contiguous to each other.
To do this, the groove has a suitable dimensioning, with two shoulders serving as stops at the two outer radial ends of the two superimposed segments. It is further equipped with an expandable ring for keeping at a distance the inner radial ends of the two segments. It can be seen that this superposition of helical segments guarantees to the assembly a closed periphery, thus a complete aeraulic airtightness. In contrast, the assembly of the assembly, not detailed in the document, is complex, with a large number of parts to assemble. The invention therefore aims to overcome these drawbacks, including a new design of peripheral sealing of the piston head of an engine, which allows easy assembly and / or does not increase the number of parts usually assigned to this function, and / or which improves the airtightness obtained. The invention firstly relates to a piston head provided with at least one helically shaped segment housed in an annular groove of said piston head, said head having a mounting ramp of the segment opening into said annular groove. mos] The mounting ramp allows to mount the helical type segment in its groove, without having to deform radially (radially means with respect to the central axis of the segment which coincides with the central axis of the head piston, once mounted). This avoids causing a residual deformation of the segment. Above all, it simplifies its assembly, since it is enough to drag the segment along this ramp to the throat, what an operator can do with one hand, mounting much more delicate to do when it is necessary to spread radially the segment, then release the forces exerted on the segment so that it fits precisely in the groove, without the risk of "scratching" the surface of the piston head. According to an optional variant, it may be provided to provide the annular groove of at least one stop, at least one shoulder providing bearing surface / wedging of one of the radial ends at least of the segment. Advantageously, the segment once housed in the annular groove has its turns contiguous to each other. Advantageously, the segment housed in the annular groove has on all its periphery an axial height corresponding to at least two turns heights. This ensures that the segment is fully closed, and that it offers a complete seal over its entire perimeter, in that it completely blocks any gas passage axially between the piston head and the jacket. According to a preferred variant, the mounting ramp starts at one of the axial ends of the piston head. Preferably, the mounting ramp of the piston head is a helically shaped groove. Advantageously, a pitch of a helix smaller than the pitch is chosen which would lead to a permanent axial deformation of the gasket. According to one embodiment, the mounting ramp is a groove of helical shape, with a pitch which decreases, including progressively, towards the annular groove. Thus, progressively, during its assembly, the segment of a given state of radial extension is brought to a state of radial extension which decreases when it approaches the groove where it is arranged with its contiguous turns, so with a state of zero radial extension. According to another embodiment, the mounting ramp is a helically shaped groove with a constant helix pitch, which can make its realization simpler than in the previous embodiment. The invention relates, in particular, a piston head provided with two helically shaped segments each housed in a groove, and two mounting ramps each starting at an axial end of the piston head and opening each into a groove. . It turned out, in fact, that the use of helical segments associated with their mounting ramps could allow to have only one set of two segments, instead of three usually. Thus, a first segment can completely ensure the aeraulic airtightness alone, and replace the two compression segments, and a second segment can serve as a scraper segment, which is beneficial in terms of number of parts and assembly time segments. Naturally, it can be expected to keep three segments, at least one in the configuration of the invention, the other (s) may remain conventional open segments conventionally mounted. The invention also relates to an internal combustion engine, especially for a motor vehicle, comprising a cylinder and a cylinder head together forming a combustion chamber defined by a piston movable in the cylinder, said piston comprising a piston head such as as described above. The invention also relates to any vehicle, including any motor vehicle, equipped with such a motor. The invention also relates to the method of mounting a helically shaped segment in an annular groove of a piston head, said piston head having a ramp for mounting the segment opening into said annular groove, where the segment is dragged along the mounting ramp into the groove. According to a particular embodiment of this method, the ramp is a groove of helical shape, and one end of the segment is inserted into the end thereof opposite the end opening into the groove, and then sliding said segment along the groove until it opens into the groove, where it is compressed so that its turns are contiguous to each other. Other features and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the following detailed description of an embodiment of the invention, given by way of example only and with reference to the figures which show: Figure 1, a sectional representation of a piston / piston / piston assembly of an internal combustion engine according to the prior art; - Figure 2, an enlargement of Figure 1 at the segments, still according to the prior art; 3, a representation of a segment of helical shape according to the invention; - Figures 4A and 4B, two successive steps of mounting a segment according to Figure 3 on an annular groove of a piston head according to the invention - Figure 5, an enlargement of Figure 4B showing a portion of the annular groove of the piston head. [0025] These figures are extremely simplified to facilitate understanding, the elements shown are not necessarily scaled. Each reference retains the same meaning from one figure to another. FIGS. 1 and 2 show a known configuration of the segments, the piston and the jacket of a thermal combustion engine intended to equip a motor vehicle: Y is shown a connecting rod 1, the end of which is articulated according to an axis 2 of the piston 3 sliding in a barrel 4 of a crankcase provided with a liner 5. The segments 6, 7, 8 respectively called firestop segment, sealing segment and scraper segment are arranged on the piston head 3 The piston 3 equipping the heat engine is placed in engagement with a crankshaft (not shown) for its rotational drive. The piston 3 is guided in alternating sliding inside the liner 5 which comprises a cylinder of the heat engine, and is provided with a bore 9 for receiving the piston pin 2 for its engagement on the piston. connecting rod 1 connecting the piston 3 and the crankshaft. The bore 9 is formed through a skirt 10 which is formed in axial extension of the piston head 3 equipped with the set of piston rings 6,7,8. The piston rings 6,7,8 are of annular overall conformation open on a portion of their periphery: the game with the cut recalled above. There are three of them, housed in respective grooves, at different heights, provided on the piston head 3. The piston rings 6, 7, 8 are successively arranged on the piston head 5 in axial adjacency. and comprise a pair of compression rings 6.7 and a scraper ring 8 which is axially interposed between the compression rings 6.7 and the skirt 10. One of the compression rings is a fire-stop segment 6 while the Another compression segment is a sealing segment 7. FIG. 3 shows a helical segment 11 intended to replace the two compression segments 6, 7 of the prior art, in a state of axial extension, its turns being separated from each other by a distance d. Its central axis X coincides, once mounted on the piston head, with the axis X of the combustion chamber and said piston head. Its radial ends 111, 112 are arranged substantially facing each other vertically (considering the segment and the piston head in their most common operating position in a motor vehicle, namely oriented along a vertical axis X as shown). Alternatively, the segment 11 may have a higher number of turns. It may also have overlapping radial ends 111, 112. Figures 4A and 4B show how this type of segment 11 is mounted on a piston head portion 3 'arranged to cooperate therewith: The piston head comprises a helical groove 12, the size of which is chosen to be able to receive the segment 11, and which starts at the lower end of the piston head (here as in the rest of the text, "lower", "upper", "vertical" and other terms of spatial location are refer to the mechanical parts as shown in the figures and as they are, most usually, arranged in the operating position in the engine). The operator comes to insert the radial end 111 of the segment 11 into the lower end of the groove 12, then it makes "up" the segment along this groove, thus putting it in axial extension as shown in FIG. 3, extension determined by the pitch p of this groove 12 which can be likened to a thread. In the example of FIG. 4A, this pitch p is constant, but it can also be expected to decrease it as one approaches the annular groove 13 intended to house the segment 11. As shown in FIG. 4B, the groove 12 opens into the groove 13, the segment is then housed therein so as to compress radially, its turns becoming contiguous to each other, so that, if we follow the periphery of this segment once housed in the groove 13, there are always at least two thicknesses of turns. This guarantees excellent axial sealing, with only one segment, instead of two previously. The assembly can be done easily, with one hand, ensuring optimal positioning of the segment in the groove directly, without trial and error and without causing radial deformations detrimental to the segment. FIG. 5 is an enlargement of FIG. 4B, at the level of the groove 13: it can be seen that the segment is housed in a compressed manner, without there being any need to provide particular means for axially centering the segment ( unlike the open segments of the prior art, where it may be necessary to precisely center the segments axially relative to each other, so that their play at the cut coincide axially, or not). Note that the groove 13 is here a simple annular groove, but that it could be provided to possibly provide a stop at least serving as a bearing face at least one of the radial ends 111,112 of the segment 11. [0031] Note that advantageously, it can be provided to provide the piston head with a second helical groove, starting at the top of the piston head and opening into an annular groove, so as to be able to mount a second helical segment by this ramp, symmetrically. But we can also combine the use of a helical segment with a mounting ramp as the groove 12, with that of a conventional open segment in a conventional groove (in which opens or not a helical groove). If two helical segments are provided, mounted symmetrically, one by a lower mounting ramp, the other by an upper mounting ramp, these may be sufficient to ensure all the expected functions of the piston rings . In addition, it is possible to modulate, on the height of the piston head, the distance separating the two annular grooves, either by arranging them close to each other, or distant from one another, depending on the type of kinematics between shirt and piston that one wants to privilege. Finally, note that once the segments 11 are housed in their annular grooves 13, the helical grooves 12 are no longer involved in the operation of the piston: they are used primarily for mounting the segments, without interfering with or disrupting , then, the operation of the piston. The segments 11 are preferably metal type steel, and their mechanical properties, including their "stiffness", if we liken them to springs, and their sizing are chosen according to needs.15
