Abstract
Description
The present invention represents an object to embroider in cross stitch which is fully finished and can be held in his hand (here we took as an example a heart, but it can have different shapes).
The embroiderer embroiders a cross-stitch work on a support that is a canvas (linen or aida) and systematically with a drum to stretch the fabric and thus achieve perfect points. Once the work has finished being embroidered, the embroiderer must think about the finishing of her work and the use she will make of it: either she frames it, she sews it to make a pochon or all other linens. The present invention has two uses: it allows in a first time to remedy the use of the drum, and in a second time to overcome the finishing phase always complex for the embroiderer. Indeed, the object has the advantage of having a canvas stretched so the drum is no longer useful. The embroiderer can embroider on two weft threads or one weft thread. In addition, the object is totally finished and ready to embroider. The object consists of two wooden plates (fig.1 A and A ') between which is stretched a linen embroidery linen or aida (T) visible at a pre-cut opening (0) can have different shapes: round, oval, square, rectangular. Inside this opening and between the two wooden plates is the stretched canvas (linen or aida). The object of the invention therefore has a stretched canvas and is ready to be embroidered. The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: Figure 1 shows the two wooden plates and their openings. Figure 2 shows the bonding of the fabric on one of the two plates. Figure 3 shows the finished object. -2 The object is broken down as follows: - 2 plates (fig.1) of identical woods in medium of three millimeters (A and A ') and of different forms (heart, oval, cat ...). Each plate has an identical opening (0). - On one of the plates, linen or aida embroidery fabric (T) is stretched and glued (fig.2). - After drying, the second plate is glued on the first in mirror mode. A 'sticks on A. The embroidery fabric (T) is thus caught between the two wooden plates (fig.3). - The object is then coated in its periphery, then painted. - The total thickness will not exceed six millimeters. The object is intended for embroiderers and allows them to embroider without worrying about the drum and finishing such as the frame, or the seam. The object thus facilitates the finishing phase of the embroiderer.
