Abstract
【課題】本考案は、塩もみしたり、茹でてカットした野菜片の取りまとめを容易にし、簡単に水切りができる絞り袋により調理時間を短縮する。
【解決手段】本考案は、野菜片を取りまとめて入れやすくする為開口部を広くしたり、絞りやすくする為に形状をすり鉢状にし、茶巾絞りの要領で容易に水切りができるようにした。
