Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de pilotage et un procédé de gestion de débit d'eau turbinée d'une pluralité d'usines hydroélectriques disposées en série définissant entre elles une pluralité de biefs correspondants, dans lequel, pour au moins un desdits biefs, - on acquiert (S1) une mesure de niveau dudit bief, - on détermine (S2) un terme de commande de débit de régulation de niveau dudit bief, - on détermine (S 3) un terme de commande de débit de régulation aval à partir dudit terme de commande de débit de régulation de niveau pour générer (S31) une commande de débit des usines en aval dudit bief, - on détermine (S4) un terme de commande amont de débit de régulation amont à partir dudit terme de commande de débit de régulation de niveau pour générer (S41) une commande de débit des usines en amont dudit bief.
