Abstract

The accessory (1) has a central part (5) dimensioned to be introduced into a hole to reseal it, and two side parts (6) connected to the central part. The side parts are positioned relative to each other to take support with frictions against a side of a wall (3) delimiting the hole when the accessory is introduced into the hole to reseal it. A receptacle is formed among the central part and the side parts to receive a washer generated by cutting the hole using a hole cutter. The central part includes a basic wall forming a support surface for spackling.

La présente invention concerne un accessoire de rebouchage d'un trou aménagé dans une paroi. Lors de la construction d'un bâtiment, il est fréquent de devoir aménager des trous dans des parois, en particulier des trous destinés à recevoir des prises électriques. Or, il s'avère que dans un certain nombre de cas, des trous ayant été préalablement aménagés doivent être rebouchés, en particulier lorsque l'emplacement d'une ou plusieurs prises électriques est modifié dans une pièce du bâtiment. Cette opération s'avère particulièrement problématique lorsqu'il existe un vide en arrière de la ou des parois comprenant les trous, comme cela est fréquemment le cas de parois formées par des panneaux préfabriqués du genre "Placoplâtre"0 : en effet, ce vide empêche de simplement appliquer un enduit de rebouchage au-dessus d'un trou. Dans un tel cas, il est connu de réutiliser la rondelle générée par la découpe du trou au moyen d'une scie-cloche, que l'on essaye de faire tenir dans le trou, légèrement en retrait de la surface de la paroi, puis sur laquelle un enduit de rebouchage est appliqué. Le maintien de la rondelle en position est très incertain, ce qui complexifie considérablement l'opération d'application de l'enduit. Un collage de la rondelle dans sa position de mise en place n'est guère envisageable compte tenu du temps relativement réduit imparti pour opérer l'installation des prises électriques.The present invention relates to an accessory for filling a hole in a wall. Claims

CLAIMS1 - Accessory (1) for filling a hole in a wall, characterized in that it comprises a central portion (5) sized to be adapted to be inserted into the hole (2) to be recapped and at least two parts sides (6) connected to the central part (5), the lateral parts (6) being positioned relative to one another so that when the accessory (1) is introduced into the hole (2) to be covered , to bear with friction against the edge of the wall (3) delimiting the hole (2).

6 - Accessory according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the base of at least one side portion (6) is located in the perimeter of said central portion (5) and in that this side portion is slightly inclined with respect to the central part, towards the outside of this central part, or has a progressive shape in cross-section, such that the radially outer surface of this lateral part (6) is slightly inclined relative to the part central (5), towards the outside of this central part.

7 - Accessory according to claim 6, characterized in that all its lateral parts (6) have their bases located in the perimeter of said central part (5) and are slightly inclined relative to the central part, in the direction of the outside of this central portion, or have said evolutionary forms in cross section.

8 - Accessory according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it comprises a central portion (5) formed by a frame (8a, 8b) supporting a grid (9), four side portions (6) regularly distributed on the perimeter of this central part (5), provided with external ribs (6a) with inclined free edges whose heights increase toward the free ends of these lateral parts (6), and a central gripping tab (10).
