Abstract

The head (18) has a distribution pipe (40) for a cosmetic product e.g. sun lotion, and a proportioning mechanism (44) for proportioning another cosmetic product e.g. gel capsule. The proportioning mechanism comprises an obturator (80) that is movable between a position of obturation of a distribution opening (36) and a position of distribution of the latter cosmetic product through the distribution opening. The obturator is elastically urged toward the position of obturation. Description

The present invention relates to a dispensing head for a cosmetic product for a receptacle intended to contain a first cosmetic product, the head comprising: a first dispensing duct of the first cosmetic product intended to opening internally facing the container and opening outwardly through a first dispensing opening of the first cosmetic product; a reservoir intended to contain a second cosmetic product, the reservoir being sealed from the first distribution conduit; - A second dispensing opening of the second cosmetic product internally connected to the second cosmetic product tank and opening outwardly in the vicinity of the first dispensing opening. The head of the aforementioned type is intended to be mounted on a container containing a first cosmetic product intended to be mixed with a second cosmetic product contained in the head. The first cosmetic product is for example a fluid cosmetic product, such as a liquid, a cream, an emulsion, a gel or a powder. It is for example water-based or oily. The first cosmetic product is advantageously a care product, such as a facial or body cream formula, a shampoo, a hair mask, a cleansing oil, a treatment oil, a washing cream, a scrub, a mask, a cream solar. The second cosmetic product contained in the head is advantageously in solid form, especially in the form of a divided solid such as tablets or capsules, or in the form of a loose powder or plaster. This product advantageously contains active agents, proteins, salts, pigments, or other compounds generally used in cosmetic compositions. More generally, a "cosmetic product" is a product as defined in Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products. The cosmetic product compositions are often prepared by the manufacturer according to the needs common to a plurality of users. However, each user may also wish to be able to customize the cosmetic formulas he uses according to his own needs.

In particular, it is known to add additives in a cosmetic product supplied by a manufacturer at the time of use. For example, the user can add a few drops of an essential oil to a shampoo, salt or baking soda to a shower gel, silk proteins or collagen in a facial. To achieve this addition, it is known to provide kits comprising on the one hand, the first basic cosmetic product in a first container, and on the other hand, a second cosmetic product intended to be mixed with the basic cosmetic product to form a personalized formula. These devices comprise, for example, syringes which are used to deposit the second cosmetic product in the first product. Such devices are not entirely satisfactory, since it is complicated to uniformly mix a large amount of cream. In addition, the first basic product to be personalized is modified once and for all, once the second cosmetic product is added in the first cosmetic product. It is therefore not possible to customize differently the cosmetic product successively.

To overcome this problem, dispensing devices for storing products separately, and subsequently mixing the products at the time of use, are known, for example, from US Pat. No. 7,828,141, WO 2007/101348 or US 2009 / 0134168. Such devices facilitate the realization of the mixture. However, once the mixture is made, it is no longer possible to customize the cosmetic composition dispensed by the device. Moreover, FR 2 769 299 and FR 2 597 443 describe cosmetic product dispensing heads which make it possible to separately deliver two distinct cosmetic products, for example one in the form of powder, and the other in the form of a fluid, to realize their mixture.

However, the devices of the aforementioned type also do not allow efficient customization by the user of the distributed composition. An object of the invention is to provide a dispensing head that allows easy personalization of the cosmetic composition for use by the user, from at least two separate cosmetic products stored in a packaging device. For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a head of the aforementioned type, characterized in that the head comprises a dosing mechanism of the second cosmetic product interposed between the second cosmetic product reservoir and the second dispensing opening to allow selective dispensing. of the first cosmetic product independently of the second cosmetic product, - the dosing mechanism comprising a shutter movable between a closed position of the second dispensing opening and a dispensing position of the second product through the second dispensing opening, the shutter being biased towards its closed position, in particular being biased elastically towards its closed position. The first cosmetic product 12 is advantageously a care product, such as a facial or body cream formula, a shampoo, a hair mask, a cleansing oil, a treatment oil, a washing cream, a scrub, a mask, Solar cream. In the example shown in FIG. 3, the second cosmetic product 14 is present in the form of individual doses, for example in the form of tablets, capsules or beads.

This product 14 advantageously contains active agents, proteins, salts, pigments, or other compounds generally used in cosmetic compositions. The mass of each dose of the second cosmetic product 14 is less than the total mass of the first cosmetic product 12 contained in the device 10. The mass of each dose is, for example, less than 1 g and between 0.02 g and 1 g, especially between 0.04 g and 0.6 g, particularly between 0.04 g and 0.3 g. As illustrated in Figures 1 to 4, the first device 10 comprises a container 16 containing the first cosmetic product 12 and a dispensing head 18 according to the invention, disposed at an outer end of the container 16 to allow the selective distribution of the first product 12 and doses of the second product 14. The container 16 defines an interior volume 20 containing the first cosmetic product 12. The volume 20 is delimited by a wall 22 and opens through a product outlet opening 24, visible in Figure 2. In this example, the wall 22 is elongate along an axis AA 'shown vertical in Figure 1. It has an outer end, at the top in Figure, a neck 26 defining the opening 24. The neck 26 is provided with means 28 fixing the head 18 on the neck.

Advantageously, the container 16 forms a tube whose wall is deformable. Alternatively, the container 16 is a pump bottle, a type of "no air" or "airless", an aerosol, a flexible bottle. In this example, the fastening means 28 are formed by an external thread present on the neck 26.

As shown in Figures 2, 3 and 4, the head 18 has an inner wall mounting on the container 16 and an outer wall 32 of product distribution. The outer wall 32 defines a first opening 34 for dispensing the first product 12 and a second opening 36 for dispensing the second product 14, located in the vicinity of the first opening 34. The head 18 also advantageously comprises a removable cover 38 of closing at least one of the openings 33, 34. It comprises a first conduit 40 for dispensing the first product passing through the head 18 between the inner wall 30 and the outer wall 32 to open into the first dispensing opening 34. With reference to Figure 2, the outer wall 32 has an outer wall 60 and a peripheral wall 62 projecting inwardly from the outer wall 60. The outer wall 60 is tends transversely to the axis A-A '. The distribution apertures 34, 36 are formed through the outer partition 60. They open axially into the partition 60. The peripheral wall 62 delimits a lateral slot 64 for passing the metering mechanism 44. It is advantageously engaged around the reservoir 42. Thus, in this example, the outer wall 32 closes the reservoir 42 to the outside to allow the distribution of the second cosmetic product 14 exclusively through the second opening 36.

The cover 38 is mounted movably relative to the outer wall 32 between a closure configuration, shown in FIG. 3, in which it closes off each distribution opening 34, 36, and a dispensing configuration, shown in FIGS. 2, wherein the space facing the openings 34, 36 is clear to allow dispensing of cosmetic product through the openings 34, 36.

The cover 38 caps the outer partition 60 in the shutter configuration. Advantageously, it has a projection 66 inserted into the first opening 34 to close this opening 34 in a sealed manner. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the cover 38 is hinged to the outer wall 32, for example via A hinge 68. It is thus pivotable about the hinge 68 between the shutter configuration and the dispensing configuration. The first distribution duct 40 extends between the inner wall 30 and the outer wall 32. It opens upstream by an inner opening 70 connected to the interior volume of the container 16 (visible in Figure 3). The first distribution duct 40 of the first product 12 in the example shown in the figures, the first distribution duct 40 extends through the reservoir 42 between the inner wall 30 and the outer wall 32. It delimits a light internal product circulation 72 which is sealed from the contents of the tank 42.

In the example shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the first distribution duct 40 is formed by a tube made in one piece and integral with the inner wall 30. The duct 40 thus projects in accordance with FIG. axis AA 'with respect to the inner wall 30. The reservoir 42 extends around the first distribution duct 40.

In this example, it comprises a bottom formed by the inner wall 30 and a side wall 76 which protrudes from the inner wall 30 towards the outer wall 32. The reservoir 42 thus forms a bowl delimiting an interior space 78 for receiving the second cosmetic product. The inner space 78 is delimited by the side wall 76 and the inner wall 30 forming the bottom of the tank. It is closed upwardly by the outer wall 32 and is sealed from the first product distribution lumen 72 by the wall of the dispensing pipe 40. Thus, the head 18 is arranged so that the first cosmetic product 12 distributed through the first distribution conduit 40, then through the first dispensing opening 34 and the second cosmetic product 14 present in the reservoir 42 are kept out of contact with each other before being extracted out of the head 18.

The outer wall 32 is mounted on the side wall 76 to close the reservoir 42. The second distribution opening 36 extends facing the interior space 78.

The metering mechanism 44 comprises a shutter 80 movable between a closed position of the second dispensing opening 36 and a release position of the second dispensing opening 36. It advantageously comprises a member 82 for resilient biasing of the shutter 80 to its closed position and an actuating button 84 for protruding out of the head 18 to be operated by a user of the device. It further comprises guiding means (not shown) for the shutter 80 disposed under the outer wall 32. The shutter 80 is placed inside the outer wall 32. It is advantageously disposed above the tank 42 second product.

The shutter 80 is here formed by a movable plate mounted under the outer wall 60 of the outer wall 32 opposite the peripheral wall 62. It defines a passage 86 for dispensing the second product, and a slot 88 for engaging the first distribution duct 40. The passage 86 and the slot 88 extend through the shutter 80.

In this example, the shutter 80 is slidably mounted along an axis B-B 'transverse to the axis A-A', between the closed position and the release position. When the user wishes to personalize the cosmetic composition to be dispensed, by adding the second cosmetic product 14 into the first cosmetic product 12, he presses the actuating button 84 and moves the shutter 80 towards its release position, against of the biasing member 82. This displacement causes the alignment of the dispensing passage 86 with the second dispensing opening 36. It makes it possible to produce at least two personalized cosmetic compositions on the basis of the same first cosmetic base product 12, by adding a second cosmetic product 14 in the first product 12 in a controlled manner.

The dosage of the second cosmetic product 14 is carried out directly on the composition to be applied to the user out of the device 10. Thus, the first cosmetic product 12 contained in the device 10 is not contaminated by the second cosmetic product 14. The proximity between the first dispensing opening 34 and the second dispensing opening 36 allows this mixture to be made simply and efficiently. In a variant (not shown), the dispensing head 18 comprises a plurality of tanks 42 separated from each other each opening into a second opening 36 of distribution. A particular metering mechanism 44 of each reservoir 42 is interposed to seal each second opening 36. Each reservoir 42 advantageously contains a cosmetic product distinct from the other products present in the other reservoirs 42. On the device of Figure 3, the button 84 may be aligned under the hood opening aid system 38. Thus when the cover 38 is closed, it is almost impossible to press the button 84. In contrast to the head 18 of the second device 98, the reservoir 42 is made in one piece with the outer wall 32 being connected to the outer wall 32 by a flexible hinge 104. The operation of the third device 103 according to the invention is also similar to that of the second device.

Unlike the first device 10, the head 18 of the fourth device 120 comprises a reservoir 42 of product disposed adjacent to the first distribution duct 40, advantageously above the first distribution duct 40. The first distribution duct 40 comprises a first upstream section 122 extending along the axis AA 'and a second downstream section 124 projecting transversely with respect to the axis A-A' . The first opening 34 is delimited at the free end of the second downstream section 124.

As illustrated in FIG. 8, the reservoir 42 has a base wall 126 which is common to a wall of the duct 40, a peripheral wall 128 and an upper wall 130 for closing off. In the example shown in the figures, the reservoir 42 is connected to the outside of the head 18 via an outlet channel 132 opening through the second opening 36 for dispensing cosmetic product at its free end. The second opening 36 opens out adjacent to the first opening 34, around the downstream section 124. The metering mechanism 44 comprises a shutter 80 intended to be slidably mounted in the outlet channel 132 and an actuating button 84 integral with the 'shutter. It further comprises an elastic biasing member 82 formed by a deformable biasing blade 136.

The shutter 80 has a dispensing portion 138 delimiting a notch 140 for receiving the second product and a shutter portion 142. The shutter 80 is inserted into the channel 132 opposite an outlet 144 (visible in FIGS. and 9) of the tank 42 delimited by the peripheral wall 128, by the upper wall 130 and by the bottom wall 126.

Furthermore, the elastic biasing member 82 is advantageously disposed outside the peripheral wall 128, between the peripheral wall 128 and an outer wall 146 projecting for example from the upper wall 130. The shutter 80 is movable in the channel 132 between a closed position, in which it prevents product dispensing through the channel 132 and the second opening 36, and a product dispensing position, wherein the second product contained in the notch 140 shutter 80 is adapted to be dispensed through the channel 132 and the second opening 36. In the closed position, shown in FIG. 9, the dispensing portion 138 closes out the channel 132 and prevents the dispensing product from the interior space 78 delimited by the tank 42 towards the outside of the channel 132. In this position, the notch 140 extends opposite the upstream outlet 144, which is the passage of the second cosmetic product 14 from the interior space 78 to the notch 140. The shutter 80 is held resiliently biased in this position by means of the biasing member 82. A locking stop 148 limits the stroke of the member 80. The stop block 148 is advantageously received in an opening 149 formed through the button 84. The button 84 also projects out of the channel 132 outside the tank 42. In the dispensing position , the shutter 80 has been moved in the channel 132 to place the notch 140 in communication with the outlet opening 34 through the downstream portion of the channel 132. In this position, the shutter portion 142 is arranged facing the output 145 prohibiting the passage of the second cosmetic product to the outside. Thus, a limited number of doses of cosmetic product, corresponding to the volume of the notch 140 may be dispensed at each passage of the shutter 80 from its closed position to its dispensing position. At rest, the shutter 80 occupies its closed position and is resiliently biased into this position by means of the biasing member 82. When the user wishes to dispense the first cosmetic product, he can actuate this distribution independently of the distribution of the second cosmetic product. In the case where the user also wishes to dispense the second cosmetic product, he tilts the device 120 to bring a dose of cosmetic product in the notch 140 of the shutter 80. Then, he presses the button 84 to move the shutter from its closed position to its product dispensing position, against the resilient biasing member 82. During this passage, the notch 140 moves opposite the downstream portion of the channel 132 to in communication with the second opening 36. The second cosmetic product 14 is then distributed from the notch 140 through the downstream portion of the channel 132 to the second opening 36 to the outside of the device 120.

It will be noted that the fourth device 120 is advantageously adapted to be mounted on a container comprising a pump, such as an aerosol. As illustrated in Figure 8, the head 18 of the fourth device 120 is advantageously made in one piece by being made of material. In this case, one end of the blade 136 is integral with the reservoir 42, for example integral with the side wall 138. A dispensing head (18) for a container (16) intended to contain a first cosmetic product (12), the head (18) comprising: a first conduit (40) for dispensing the first cosmetic product (12) intended to contain to open interiorly facing the container (16) and opening outwardly through a first opening (34) for dispensing the first cosmetic product; a reservoir (42) for containing a second cosmetic product (14), the reservoir (42) being sealed from the first distribution conduit (40); - a second opening (36) for dispensing the second cosmetic product (14) internally connected to the reservoir (42) of second cosmetic product and opening outwardly in the vicinity of the first dispensing opening (34); characterized in that the head (18) comprises a mechanism (44) for dosing the second cosmetic product interposed between the reservoir (42) of the second cosmetic product and the second dispensing opening (36) to allow selective dispensing of the first cosmetic product (12) independently of the second cosmetic product (14), - the dosing mechanism (44) having a shutter (80) movable between a closed position of the second dispensing opening (36) and a dispensing position of the second product through the second distribution opening (36), the shutter (80) being biased towards its closed position, in particular being elastically biased towards its closed position. 2.
