Description

- d. - d. The present invention relates to a device for connecting a treatment trolley or medicine trolley or medicine trolley to a computer cart (for the remainder of the explanation, we consider that the term "medical trolley" includes different functions: care trolley, medicine trolley, medical trolley) in order to meet the demand for computerization of hospital care services. Current devices require the user to move the medical cart and the computer cart to its suite and independently. Another solution used is the installation of a computer system on a medical trolley, but this solution does not allow to enter patients' rooms with the computer system (medical trolley not easy enough, too large). The device, according to the inventor, overcomes this disadvantage by rendering, if necessary, the computer trolley dissociable or physically inseparable from the medical trolley, depending on the needs of the user. Thus, it can use the function to connect the two trolleys during the distribution of drugs, for example, and disconnect the computer cart of the medical trolley to enter the rooms of patients, or the doctor, who needs in some However, only the computer part to consult the clinical information of its patients will prefer to use the computer cart and disconnect the medical cart section. A second possible use of the connection system would be "anti-theft" use. Indeed, one can also use the device to block the mobility of the computer cart, which would prevent an evil person from leaving with the cart, and allow to leave the carriage outside the areas monitored (gain Dz.5 room). According to the particular embodiment: The invention makes physically connectable or disconnectable a medical carriage 3.0 of a computer cart. The module of the invention fixed on the medical trolley uses the universal fasteners of the medical trolleys (rails) which allows the invention to be easily installed on any type of medical trolley without modifying the structure of the medical trolley. In the absence of universal fasteners 35 on the carriage, it will nevertheless be possible to fix a metal plate on the lateral part of the medical trolley, to compensate for this absence. The module of the invention fixed on the computer cart is adjustable in height because it uses the standard rail at the rear of the computer cart, which allows easy adjustment of the 4o system height. In the absence of universal fasteners on the computer cart, we can nevertheless fix the connection module on the rear or side of the computer cart, to compensate for this absence. 4-S The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention, as an indication and in no way limitative: Figure 1 illustrates the computer trolley. FIG. 2 illustrates the module of the invention fixed on the computer trolley. Figure 3 shows a simplified diagram of the computer cart seen from the rear. Figure 4 shows a simplified diagram of the computer cart seen from the rear and the positioning of the invention on the standard mounting rail of the computer cart (rear position). Figure 5 shows a simplified diagram of the computer cart viewed from the rear and the positioning of the invention on the standard mounting rail of the computer cart (lateral position). Figure 6 shows a schematic diagram of the medical cart and its standard rail. FIG. 7 represents the electronic circuit of the invention. Figure 8 shows the receiving part of the invention, which is positioned on the rail of the medical trolley. Figure 9 shows the positioning of the invention when connecting the medical cart with the computer cart. Figure 10 shows an overview of the computer cart and the medical cart connected using the invention. 62.S With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a fixing support (2) fixed on the back (FIG.4) or the side (FIG.5) of the computer cart (11). If the computer cart (11) has a vertical universal rail (3), in this case, the universal rail (3) will be used to fix the mounting bracket (2) and adjust the height. At the end of this attachment (2), is fixed 3 electromagnetic lock (1), which is powered by 12V or 24V according to the supply (8) available on the computer cart (11). The receiving part of the suction cup (5) is positioned on the medical trolley (12), and more particularly on the horizontal rail (4) which equips the medical trolley (12). If the operator actuates the switch of the device (7), he feeds through the electric circuit of the invention (FIG. 7) the electromagnetic lock (1), which has the effect of creating a magnetic field which will allow to maintain the receiving plate (5) of the electromagnet (1) which is fixed on the rail (4) of the medical cart (12), and therefore to create a magnetic attachment between the computer cart (11) and the medical cart (12). If the operator decides to disconnect the medical cart (12) from the computer cart (11), it will be sufficient to cut off the power supply (8) of the electromagnetic lock (1) by deactivating the switch 40 of the invention (7) . The addition of the receiving part (5) of the electromagnet (1) on the medical trolley (12) is not essential for the proper functioning of the system if the horizontal rail (4) of the latter is made of steel (smooth surface). The attachment system (2) of the electromagnetic lock (1) will be adjusted vertically to the height of the receiving plate (5) for proper operation of the assembly. In the case of the use of the invention to prevent 4.5 the mobility of the computer cart (antitheft system), it will be sufficient to fix the receiving plate (5) of the electromagnetic lock (1) on a stationary support (example: wall) In this case, the operator uses the key switch (7) to lock the power supply (8) of the electromagnet (1). - 3 - The support (2) of the electromagnet (1) consists of a "U" shaped part. The 4 screws (9) at its end allow to fix the electromagnetic lock (resistance 300 Kg). The piece (2) fixed by 2 screws (10) opposite the suction cup (1) allows to fix the assembly to the vertical foot of the computer cart (11). The receiving plate (5) is fixed to the rail of the care trolley (4) by means of 2 screws (13), which hold it in position. The device according to the inventor is particularly intended to physically join or disassemble a computer cart and a medical cart in order to meet the mobility and flexibility of the medical world.
