Abstract

The framework of prefabricated concrete building comprises a central branch (5) separating two terminal sections including an upper branch (6) and a lower branch (7) or fixing branch. The framework of prefabricated concrete building is constituted by assembling one part of a series of vertical concrete posts (1) reinforced with rectangular section and other part of a series of horizontal prestressed concrete beams (2) having a rectangular section. The vertical concrete posts are equipped with two pairs of vertical thread spindles projecting on their upper face (3). The framework of prefabricated concrete building comprises a central branch (5) separating two terminal sections including an upper branch (6) and a lower branch (7) or fixing branch. The framework of prefabricated concrete building is constituted by assembling one part of a series of vertical concrete posts (1) reinforced with rectangular section and other part of a series of horizontal prestressed concrete beams (2) having a rectangular section. The vertical concrete posts are equipped with two pairs of vertical thread spindles projecting on their upper face (3) and penetrating in a reservation unit practically associated through the fixing branch. The reservation unit is filled with: a jointing material around the thread spindles to carry out a stitched assembly; and a viscoelastic jointing material containing bitumen doped with polymers and mineral load consisting of silica sand and/or fines to obtain an expansion joint having anti-seismic characteristics. The viscoelastic material is sunk in fixing metal box having rectangular form inserted in the reservation unit. The fixing metal box has geometry and dimensions corresponding to the reservation unit. The thread spindles cooperate with connection elements to reduce a section of viscous flow to increase its speed and its rigidity under the action of jolts seismic, and are surrounded within jointing material by concentric metal tubes to increase the surface contact with the material.
