TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of the production of domestic hot water in a building. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION housing and in particular adaptations to optimize the performance of a thermodynamic water heater. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART It can be seen in so-called "low consumption" houses that domestic hot water needs become the most energy-consuming item.
In order to save energy on this station, there are thermodynamic water heaters and in particular thermodynamic water heaters on air that use the energy of the air to heat, by means of a thermodynamic module, the sanitary water avoiding or reducing the use of other energies. These water heaters, especially when they operate through a heat exchange with the outside air, nevertheless have disadvantages. For example, their performance is subject to variation. Indeed, this type of water heater requires a constant flow of air to operate properly its refrigerant circuit. However, as the air temperature varies with the seasons, the performance of the water heater degrades when the air cools and increases when the air is warmer. In addition, this water heater does not support extreme outdoor air temperatures. Indeed, when the outside air is too cold, the thermodynamic module is likely to frost and is therefore put in safety stop. Similarly, when the outside air is too hot, the thermodynamic module also goes into safety shutdown. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Based on this state of affairs, the Applicant has conducted research aimed at providing a solution for increasing the performance of a thermodynamic water heater operating with outside air. This research has resulted in the design of a water heating device for domestic hot water production comprising a thermodynamic water heater using air wholly or partially derived from an air sensor, where the water heater comprises a primary circuit in which circulates the domestic hot water and a secondary circuit in which circulates the water heated by the air coming from the air sensor by means of a thermodynamic system. According to the invention, said device is remarkable in that it comprises an air-water battery through which the air coming from the air sensor passes before being introduced into the thermodynamic system of the water heater, so that the energy recovered by the water of the battery contributes to the production of hot water from the water heater. This new combination makes it possible to use a warmer air than that taken in the open air. Thus, the air supplied to the water heater is much less cold and allows the temperature range of use of the thermodynamic water heater to be increased by making the risk of icing much more remote. The association with such a sensor thus makes it possible to increase the thermal performance of the device 30 as well as its operating time by reaching its low temperature threshold less rapidly. Although thermodynamic water heater technology and different implementations of an air sensor exist, their association is in no way obvious. Indeed, such an association implies that the high threshold of operating temperature is reached more rapidly. The device of the invention solves this technical problem in that it interposes an air / water battery between the air sensor and the thermodynamic system of the water heater. The use of an air / water battery makes it possible to change the energy transmission fluid by passing from a hot air to a hot water which contributes to the heating of the water of the water heater. Since there is no risk of overheating, there is no risk of overheating. This feature is particularly advantageous in that it solves the technical problem resulting from the association between a thermodynamic water heater operating with outside air with an air sensor providing warmer air and therefore likely to reach the high threshold operating temperature faster. According to a particularly advantageous characteristic, said air-water battery is connected to the secondary circuit of the thermodynamic water heater for directly heating the water circulating in said secondary circuit. To implement this technical solution, the air / water battery is associated with pipes connecting to both ends of the secondary circuit by means of three-way valves. The implementation of the solution of the invention is therefore particularly simple and inexpensive. The device of the invention thus allows the use of current thermodynamic water heaters and can be adapted to existing installations using thermodynamic water heaters on outdoor air or even in combination with thermodynamic water heaters on exhaust air. The device of the invention allows an increase in thermal performance throughout the year and an increase in the period of use. According to another particularly advantageous feature of the invention, said water heater is of the two-coil type, one of the coils being dedicated to the circulation of water from the air-water battery.
According to another particularly advantageous characteristic, said water heater comprises a direct expansion coil and a coil dedicated to the circulation of water from the air-water battery. The air sensor is an outside air subjected to a warming through an installation, such as for example ventilation air under roof, air ventilation of the back of a photovoltaic sensor, air flowing in a solar collector Another object of the invention is the method of operation of the device which divides the roles between the conventional thermodynamic system whose low operating outside temperature threshold has been pushed back and the module comprising the battery. air-water that comes to ensure the heating of the water by the secondary circuit of the 20 water heater, once the high threshold of outside temperature of operation reached. According to the invention, this process is remarkable in that it consists, when the air coming from the sensor reaches a temperature that the thermodynamic system can not withstand, to stop the circulation of the water of the secondary circuit in the thermodynamic system. thermodynamic water heater and to circulate in said secondary circuit the water of the air / water intermediate battery. According to another characteristic, said method consists in simultaneously operating the air-water battery and the thermodynamic system of the water heater. For this purpose, the flow rates of the different circuits are adjusted according to the temperatures and the thermal efficiencies of the two systems. Since the basic concepts of the invention are set forth above in their most basic form, other details and features will become more apparent upon reading the description which follows and with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: by way of nonlimiting example, several embodiments according to the invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS Fig. 1 is a schematic drawing of an embodiment of a sanitary hot water production device according to the invention illustrating the first type of operation; Figure 2 is the schematic drawing of Figure 1 illustrating the second type of operation; Figure 3 is a schematic drawing of another embodiment of a domestic hot water production device according to the invention; Figure 4 is a schematic drawing of another embodiment of a domestic hot water production device according to the invention. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS As illustrated in the drawing of FIGS. 1 and 2, the device, referenced D as a whole, ensures the production of hot water DH for the dwelling house H which it equips. This device D comprises a thermodynamic water heater 100 exploiting the outside air and, in accordance with the invention, the outside air coming from an air sensor 200 disposed on the roof of the dwelling H. This water heater 100 comprises a primary circuit 30 comprising a water tank 110 fed with cold water EF and producing domestic hot water EC through a heat exchange with a secondary circuit comprising a coil 120 in which circulates heated water. This water is heated by the air coming from the air sensor 200 by means of a thermodynamic module 130 which notably comprises a water condenser 131. To do this, a pipe 210 connects the air sensor 200 to the thermodynamic module 130 of the water heater. As illustrated in the drawing of FIG. 1, the circulation of the heated air coming from the sensor towards the thermodynamic module 130 is symbolized by the arrows F1. The circulation of the water of the secondary circuit coming to exchange with said air is illustrated by the arrows F2. As explained above, the use of outside air from an air sensor avoids the use of direct outside air, which, in the event of a temperature drop, could stop the thermodynamic module. The use of an air sensor type intermediate module makes it possible to preheat said outside air before it is introduced into the thermodynamic module and to make it operate despite the temperature drop of the outside air and beyond the usually defined low threshold. According to the invention, the device D is furthermore equipped with an air / water battery 300 which, when the air coming from the air sensor 200 exceeds the upper threshold of operation, will itself serve as an interface between the too hot air from sensor and the heater 100. This battery 300 is interposed between the air sensor 200 and the air inlet of the thermodynamic system 130 of the water heater 100 so that the air from the sensor 200 passes systematically by said battery 300. In accordance with the invention, from a certain air temperature, the water of the battery 300 will be set in motion to provide a heat exchange. The water of the battery 300 will then come directly to feed the secondary circuit and therefore the coil 120, the thermodynamic exchange module with the air 130 then being stopped. The circulation of the water coming from the battery 300 and coming to circulate in the secondary circuit is illustrated by the arrows F3. To do this, a bypass is installed on the secondary circuit by means of pipes 310 and 230 connected to both ends of the secondary circuit downstream of the condenser 131. Three-way valves 311 and 321 provide the activation or the stop the bypass according to the predefined temperature threshold. According to another non-illustrated operating method, the two heat exchangers operate simultaneously by adjusting the flow rates of the different circuits according to the temperatures and the thermal efficiencies of the two systems. The water would then circulate as well according to the arrows F2 (in the coil 120 to the condenser 131) as F3 (in the coil 120 to the battery 300). Figure 3 illustrates another embodiment of a device D 'according to the invention wherein the water heater 100' is of the type with two coils 120 'and 140'. As illustrated, one of the coils 140 'is then dedicated to the circulation of water from the air / water coil 300'.
FIG. 4 illustrates another embodiment of a device D "according to the invention wherein said water heater comprises a direct expansion coil 120" and a coil 140 "dedicated to the circulation of the water coming from the battery air-water 300 ".
10 15 20 25 30 35 These configurations avoid the installation of a bypass of the secondary circuit. Nevertheless, the principles of operation remain the same. It is understood that the device and methods, which have just been described above and shown, have been for the purpose of disclosure rather than limitation. Of course, various arrangements, modifications and improvements may be made to the example above, without departing from the scope of the invention. Thus, for example, according to another embodiment not illustrated, the water loop passing through the additional exchanger (the battery) is arranged not in parallel as shown above but in series with the passage in the fluid-water exchanger so that the water passes in series in the two exchangers. 10 15 20 25 30 35
