Abstract

Dispositif de diagnostic d'un processus industriel évolutif comportant une pluralité d'étapes techniques visant la production d'un composé industriel donné pour lequel une pluralité de données techniques d'état ou de caractérisation sont disponibles, le dispositif comprenant : - au moins un microprocesseur (22) et une mémoire (23) ; - un module interface; - un module compteur (11), permettant de vérifier l'atteinte d'un critère d'arrêt de calcul ; - un module de gestion (12), permettant de gérer les opérations et échanges de données entre les différents modules ; - une grille (20) de calcul, comportant une pluralité de modules de calculs de fenêtres de production (24), en vue de déterminer des fenêtres de productions favorables ; - un module de groupage (14), permettant de répartir les combinaisons de paramètres entre plusieurs groupes afin d'effectuer des calculs de convergence; - un module de convergence (15), permettant de vérifier si un taux de convergence prévu entre les groupes est atteint.
