Abstract

The cage has a fixing plate for fixing a cleaning system on top of the cage. The cleaning system includes a distribution pipe for distributing water mixed with a cleaning product, a motorized rotary long stem brush, double drying scraper, cleaning water retention bottle containing a water pump connected to the distribution pipe. A sliding device slides a bottom plate of the cage and includes a rotative motor. Pinions are fixed parallely on a rotation axle fixed on the motor. Notched rails are fixed under the bottom plate. Bottom of the cage has a drawer to accommodate a waste discharge bag.

Description

La cage autonettoyante La cage autonettoyante est une cage qui se nettoie et évacue ses déchets toute seule par le biais d'un mécanisme motorisé simple et efficace. Cette cage est composée de : Un haut de cage : grille supérieure où se fixe le système de nettoyage un système de nettoyage qui comprend : un ballet à poils fins, un tuyau de distribution de l'eau mélangée au produit,1 brosse tige longue rotative et motorisée ( modèle 1) ou plusieurs brosses rotatives ( modèle 2 ), une double raclette pour le séchage, un système de bonbonne pour y mettre l'eau et le produit nettoyant par une pompe à eau à l'intérieur. Une plaque en plastique rigide qui sert de fond de cage mobile, montée sur des rails crantée. Fond de cage en cuve avec un tiroir pour l'évacuation des déchets. Cette cage fonctionne à l'énergie électrique 220 v mais peut-être adaptée sous d'autre voltage ( ex : 12 v ). Il suffit d'appuyer sur la touche supérieure pour mettre en route le système de coulissage du sol de la cage et le système de nettoyage qui comprend la distribution de l'eau mélangée au produit nettoyant par un tuyau, au niveau de la brosse nettoyante rotative en tige. Par le mouvement de coulissage de la plaque qui sert de sol et lieu de vie de l'animal, elle passe obligatoirement par le système qui présente un ballet à poils fins qui repousse les déchets dans le tiroir d'évacuation du fond de cage, ensuite la surface de la plaque en mouvement est exposée au jet de sortie du mélange nettoyant et à la brosse rotative qui permet d'éliminer les déchets incrustés et les tâches plus dures à éliminer, suivi d'un système de double raclette qui permet le séchage de la surface ce qui permet de retrouver une surface propre et saine idéale pour prolonger la vie de l'animal qui réintègre sa cage. A la fin de cette opération qui ne dure que quelques minutes, il suffit d'appuyer sur la touche inférieure de l'interrupteur pour remettre le plateau en place et réintégrer l'animal.
